Lovely staff and very efficient. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms charming. Very well located and great terrace!

Horrible! Their ad online is completely deceitful. They put us in a tiny room and the bathroom was across the hall inside hotel laundry room. The whole place has a very pungent smell and the shower keeps leaking water into the room.

Although​ this Riad has a nice Fes decor and decent breakfast, never again. It was cool as hell in Fes and this place had no heat. I complained to the staff and he was dismissive. Avoid this place if possible.

Great place to have a great holiday, so calm and clean, staff so friendly and so welcoming and helpful, love it sure back again.

They were in over booking and they have unsaid our room.

I’ve never had an experience like this before whilst checking into accommodation! The place has a nice Moroccan feel, lovely mosaics and is centrally located, but the room stunk of raw sewerage and there was no heating in the dead of winter. We asked if we could change room and the host was happy to but then turned around and wanted to charge us more! After back and forth talking, I didn’t feel safe in the Riad, and I hated how they tried to swindle us considering I treated my accommodation in Morocco as an escape! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BEWARE.

Spotless everything! Beautiful Riad, attention and service!

Do not stay here. Don't be fooled by their good reviews. We arrived at the Riad both tired and hungry after a long flight. The manager of the Riad, instead of helping us check-in, was on the phone for an hour. When he finally paid attention to us, he told us that we needed to pay in cash despite the fact that we had already paid using our credit cards online. With little options at 9pm and in a foreign place, we were forced to drag our stuff to the ATM because the manager of the riad refused to let us leave our stuff at the riad. We had enough money to cover the first night and promised we would paid the rest after we returned from dinner, but he wanted to us to pay all three nights in full immediately. We discovered later that although he claimed to have cancelled our credit card payment, that didn't not happen. Instead we were charged twice for our stay here. Once we returned home, we ended up spending hours on the phone trying to sort this out. That wasn't even the worst part of our experience. We were then put into a room that barely fit a queen bed while our bathroom was across the hallway on the other side of the room. The same bathroom that is used by the staff to do laundry! Meaning that we were left without a bathroom from 6am-9am. I've traveled to a lot of places, and this is the first time I'm leaving a scathing review like this. I don't want you to experience what I've experienced! You would be a fool to stay here.

Riad Noujoum Medina overbooked the night of our stay, and tried to get us to stay in a hostel owned by the manager. When we refused, they cancelled our booking, despite having made it months in advance. Don't get caught out — there are many other places to stay in Fes with more trustworthy hosts.

Amazing & peaceful experience … it was days of happiness … certainly I would go again.

Love this Riad! Very friendly staff and super helpful for booking tours, drivers and making recommendations. Rooms are good size and view from the terrace is spectacular. Great food, clean, and just a stunning place! Thanks to Zak and his team for making our stay in Fes awesome.

Very clean Riad, on a great position! Staff is very kind and well organised and ready to give useful advices and recommendations. Rooms are extremely small, but warm, and we were also able to wash the laundry at the Riad. The breakfast was various, and there was also a restaurant at the rooftop.
