It's a beautiful hotel in city center, the staff specially Israel were really helpful, it has a roof top that's really fun and quiet since the hotel is in a busy street, if you want to be close to

We arrived at the hotel after midnight so it was difficult to know when we arrive since they lock the main gate after 10pm for safety.

We stayed for 10 days. We enjoyed the whole experience.
Location: great location at the center of the historical centro. Easy to walk to the attractions nearby.
Rooms: the bed is very comfortable.

Omg. This place is the place to stay in Mexico City. I got an Airbnb which sucked by the way. I spent more on the Airbnb than this beautiful hotel.

The Hotel is nice, The view Can be Better, The service On The lobby In The Afternoon Can be more servicial.

We have enjoyed our time in Mexico a family vacation our stay at Real inn was safe relax and quiet. Location was great since we had a family event.

Colima71 is located in the heart of Condesa near everything. This is a small 5 star boutique hotel with only 14 rooms.

I cannot recommend Colima 71 highly enough. The hotel itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring on foot.

A very nice, luxurious hotel to stay in, in the midst of Mexico City. The staff is wonderful, and the room was clean and quiet, as well as incredibly comfortable with all the amenities one could need.

Such a great boutique hotel! Room was pretty spacious and nicely decorated and furnished. The shower was amazing! We had adjoining rooms, which was super convenient.

Nice hotel, convenient location. The breakfast is an excellent buffet. We opted for a food package that allows for breakfast and happy hour with full bar and finger food at 6PM, extra $100 per night.

I've stayed at a good number of Hyatt's over the years, and this is one of the best experiences I've had.

Excellent service and very nice rooms with comfy beds, very clean, modern finishings and big TV. Little extras are nice and extra bed for a child of fast and free. Loved this hotel for the value.

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side… But breakfast is tasty… most importantly the coffee is delicious… and the complementary beer and light food menu in the coffee shop is perfect as well.

I had a pleasant stay at Galería Plaza Reforma. The staff were friendly and attentive, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room very clean throughout my stay.

Live Aqua Urban Resort Mexico City is a fabulous oasis right in the middle of the busy city.

An Unforgettable Experience at Live Aqua Hotel.
We recently hosted a two-day work event at Live Aqua Hotel, and it was nothing short of exceptional.

Some rooms are renovated however AC does not get cold. Bed is comfortable and bathroom spacious in Jr Suite. Hotel has underground parking with no additional cost for guests.

One of the best experiences I've had in Mexico City is with Crown Plaza. The staff is especially friendly, but the manager is spectacular.

Quite good hotel, food was great, room are clean. The hotel was connected with Sentura mall, so it easy to go to mall from my room without getting out from the hotel.

Staff were friendly but difficult to be understood in English. Air conditioning not working, was "fixed" and then working too hard… Room otherwise very comfortable, good fitness center.

We had an incredible stay at Campos Polanco! We met up with several friends there, and it was perfect for our group.

We loved Campos Polanco! The location is wonderful, which alone might be enough to recommend it. But the building is also so cool — amazing design inside and out.

Our family had a very good experience at Las Suites in Mexico City. The staff, especially Enrique, were warm, welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs.

At the end of April 24th, my stay at the Marquis Reforma Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Jose and Sadot.

Nice large suite with very comfortable bed. In a more quiet street. Downside: barthroom ridiculously tiny and gym is not really a gym with 2 machines.

Close to reforma, restaurants and bars. Very nice and spacious rooms. Stayed on the 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette.

Our “junior suite” at the Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec was a wonderful surprise and truly the highlight of our stay.

I had a lovely stay at Grand Fiesta Americana. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from.

Edmundo and Caroline we're Our Heroes after a disastrous Airbnb booking. We literally had nowhere to go and we found the obelesk.
Comfortable bed, large tv, and the staff made all the difference.

The pros of this hotel are the spacious suites, proximity to museums and Auditorio, and really great restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean.

We went to Samos Sabores Míos at the Ritz-carlton hotel after visiting Chapultepec Castle, and the experience was excellent.
