Excellent place and attention.
Very nice facilities and with a great variety of establishments where to eat and visit.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better. Really dirty and slow service. But rooms and staff get a perfect 10!

The first stay, fine. The second… two times change of room for bad smell, 10 pm and they kept repairing blinds coming down and telephone to be able to request service to the room. A couple of weeks after the complaint for the lousy experience, a letter from the manager saying that they will pay attention to their maintenance service, which we will be expecting soon…

We went on a study trip, we already had reservation and all paid for a long time. However when we arrived at the reception we were told by the employees that we had no reservation. It took an hour and a half to solve it and give us our rooms.
The design of the place is father.

Good location and if you stay for business or work is recommended, not the best option of lodging, but if you have a very good location, the service meets the necessary, without becoming excellent.
The breakfast is also not the best but comes included and saves you a lot of time.
The rooms are OK but it billing system if you have areas of opportunity.

It has the minimum necessary to make a comfortable stay, it is a clean place, with lots of natural light, friendly with the atmosphere, very quiet, ideal to rest after a very heavy day. Near Santa Fe Shopping center.

La ubicación es muy buena, y el hotel está en perfectas condiciones. Dada la Semana Santa, disfruté el que tuviera poca ocupación, y me dieran un servicio mejor que el habitual. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero cuentan con lo necesario. El desayuno fue bastante bueno y lo mismo, sin tanta gente. El único lugar que me pareció mal atendido fue el Deli, un pequeño restaurante, cuya cajera es muy poco amable e incluso grosera.

Didn't meet my expectations. I've stayed in other City Express and I'm not satisfied with this one. There's no extractor in the bathroom, the pillows aren't very comfortable, there are some left-undone details, the windows don't have the said double glass. It looks nice, breakfast is good and the amenities are business oriented.

The staff is very professional and willing to provide support whenever guests need it. Breakfasts are well served and the rooms are comfortable.

Incredible, you ask for a transport and they can't even do that. If you are going to check in do not leave the hotel if you have not received the bill, I have been calling for more than 5 days, and they leave me on hold, they put me in music, and they no longer answer. Great location, really in the Middle of all the important spots, I arrive at the hotel at night and there wasn't enough personel around to help. Getting to the lobby was a little confusing, the hallways doesnt have enough light so you cant see were are you going really well. Despiste all that, the breakfast is good and the accomodation its quite and confortable. I really recommended!

Compared to other city express hotel locations, the staff at this hotel's service wasn't professional. I asked for a key of the safety box in my room twice and a staff said they will send someone up to my room but no one came after all. Very basic breakfast. Weak water pressure for shower : ( An hour drive to historic center. I don't recommend this hotel for tourists.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Santa Fe area. It's a few blocks from Plaza Santa Fe. The rooms are small but with all the amenities. The staff is very attentive and agile for any request. The breakfast included is very complete without being spectacular. Suitable for business travel!

It's a good hotel if it's business. The food is rich but not a lot of variety. Breakfast is lousy.

Very Nice building, simple but with many modern and pleasant details. The staff are friendly except for the kitchen as they retire the breakfast at the hour on point no matter whether people are still eating or pretending to be served. Very bad taste.

Worst hotel experience in my life. Front desk staff doesn’t respect their own corporate reservations system so they didn’t respect my confirmed reservation arguing “maintenance” problems with my room type. Staff wasn’t professional handling their fault and were more interested in me cancelling than helping to finding a solution. Finally I did another reservation across the street for the same price.

Excellent service, pleasant stay in the suites.
You can Even spend a nice time in the lobi of the hotel as it is very quiet, you can read or work at ease there.

This is a simple hotel that offers mainly a good location. The people at the reception are attentive and kind, the breakfast is a typical continental breakfast and the rooms are all the Same.

Very bad experience because our car suffered a mishap to be parked by the members of the valet parking of the hotel, which when you call our insurer were not responsible neither they nor the hotel to repair the damage in our home city of Monterrey, Nuevo León. It is a pity that this establishment does not provide a service of height as it manifests, as it is not responsible for the damage according to the benefits of their customers. The employees refused to give details of the manager of the hotel. Very bad experience!

Very good facilities. The entrance is for various businesses and offices, so it cannot be a vehicle parked too long. The Business Center works at any time and is nice. The food and snacks are expensive and little substantial.

Negative points to this hotel. Disgusting people, small rooms and no oven in room, no proper service. Someone barged in my room, they do not keep record of payment or customer residing in hotel. Cheap people, no respect to customers, never book this hotel. No porter to take luggages also. No security in this hotel. Very insecure hotel. I dont want to give any stars also. Black star to this hotel…

Excellent service, however, in the bedrooms, supposedly for 4 people, instead of 2 or 4 beds, was a bed extremely comfortable and a cot which contrasted to the bed, still feeling springs in the back. Breakfast buffet, rich, but lasted long discovered, and in the afternoon one came to suffer from bloating by beans and scrambled eggs.

Water comes out filthy and you tell them say you just "if they already know" the phone useless. Do not give water or extras if you will work. I think q should des to be much better for the price q charge.

In the same building are located the two hotels, the plus and the normal. The price difference between the two is bulging. We were in the normal, the room was huge and had even a small kitchen and living room. The only drawbacks I had were that the magnetic card is damaged each two by three, and that the sink drain smelled bad, there was no way to remove that odor.

The rooms are clean and new. The service of reception is very regrettable, because there is only one person to attend the desk. To make check in I had to wait 40 minutes. And then I was told that the room was not ready and I had to wait for 30 more minutes.
