It is located in the The neighborhood San Rafael is a safe area. This is a nice hotel. Big rooms and convenient location. The service was really good. Everything was sparkling clean.

Stayed here for 5 days, as we traveled to see the F1 race. It is only 20 minutes from the race track and 30 minutes to the airport, with traffic.

Great hotel, closer to a Shopping mall (Centro Comercial), I could have dinner in the centro comercial in the same building of the hotel, so very safe. I liked the breakfast too.

A gorgeous spot in a 100-year-old building, 5-minute walk to the big park, upscale neighborhood. Breakfast included, where they squeeze the oranges in front of you.

We had a lovely stay at Orchid House Polanco during our first trip to Mexico City.

Simple but good and quiet rooms at a fair price. Would be great and deserve the top grade if it included a modest bedside lamp and a small armchair. Breakfast also needs a couple of bread options.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Colmena Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location, but what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff.

We stayed for one night due to a canceled flight. The hotel is next to a mall, which looked nice, but we didn't visit. The room was comfortable and fairly large.

We had the most amazing stay at Red Tree House — definitely the nicest place I have ever stayed. We loved the dogs Romeo and Booz so much, and we were so sad to leave.

I traveled alone in Novemver 2025 arrived late at 1am from the airport and was greeted by the lovely Anna!. Cheers k in was smoothe, warm, and welcoming. Slept great and had a great Mexican desanyu!

This is a great hotel if you just need a cheap place to sleep while in CDMX for a few days. It's quiet, clean, and has good air conditioning.

We choose this hotel as it was perfectly positioned half way between the airport and some customers we had to visit.
Easy to reach by car with free parking.
We got assigned room with two queen beds.

Good location for our travel purpose.
