Mexico DF Hotels

We came to Teotihuacan for a few days. We stayed in this wonderful hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Close to pyramids and balloon rides. Restaurant was very good. We had an awesome time. Thanks!

This young man at the entrance, I don’t remember his name but he was fantastic. (He was wearing a black jacket).

This is the location I stay many times for business trips to Mexico. Great hotel, clean, with good service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
They rebuilt their gym. It is small but nice.

The JW Marriott Polanco delivers a high-quality experience from start to finish. The hotel has been renovated, and the updated rooms and common areas feel fresh and upscale.

We had a great stay at the JW Marriott Polanco. The hotel has been recently renovated and looks beautiful, modern, and very well maintained.

This hotel is great for its location and its incredible service. You are walking distance to an abundance of top tier cafes and bars. Getting around was very easy and safe.

Básico y bien ubicado. Great zone. Door people and lobby staff are all very nice. Never went to the restaurant on the property.

Conveniently located near the bus station. Very nice, courteous and helpful staff. They went out of their way to help me since I went during Christmas week.

Love this hotel. I always stay there, every time I go to Mexico city. Neighborhood is not so nice but location is very practical. Hotel and service are great.

Stayed here solo for a weekend while attending a wedding.
Room and bathroom were spotless and clean. Location is excellent to be able to walk to the museums and park of the historic district.

I chose this hotel at last min because of the queen size bed availability. Their queen size dimensions are different than US standards. It looks more of a full bed.

Great location right next to a bus stop, metro station, and mall. Slightly farther from the city center/big attractions, but very easy to get around.

Peaceful stay. Very safe and clean. Great view from all the rooms. Great attention from staff.

A very hip, modern small hotel ideally situated in a very popular area of Roma Norte. Many great restaurants and cafes within short walk. Friendly and helpful staff.

UTOPIC is amazing. The location is perfect, easy to get to, several restaurants, bars, things to do and see in walking distance or short car ride or public transportation.

My experience at Volga went from good to extraordinary! The facilities are super cool and incredibly unique.

We stayed at Volga Hotel in Mexico City for five nights in April and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is great for the price. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 night this New Year 2026. We experienced a 6.5 earthquake on January 2. It was scary!
My review:
The shower was amazing, the water pressure was perfect, plenty of water.

When room service even made my dog’s bed every day (who loved it BTW! ), I realized how very important client satisfaction was for this establishment. The staff excelled at this.

My first time in Mexico City, I booked this hotel based on the photos. However, I was surprised to find that the reviews mentioned issues with Wi-Fi and water temperature.

I really don’t understand the negative reviews. This hotel is lovely & I would 100% stay there again. The location is ideal and in walking distance of the many fine restaurants in Roma Norte.

This is a great boutique hotel. Rooms are large and spacious. The floors are intertwined around a tree to give an atrium feel. You can hear the sounds of birds flying around.

This hotel is amazing, clean, pretty and really cozy. The people there are extremely kind, sweet and helpful, staying here was a the best choice.

A true 5 star hotel in one of the most private, secure & upscale areas of Mexico City.

Excellent service and very nice rooms with comfy beds, very clean, modern finishings and big TV. Little extras are nice and extra bed for a child of fast and free. Loved this hotel for the value.

I blindly booked this room as a final stay in CDMX due to its close proximity to the airport.

We are beyond pleased with our experience at Hotel Raizor. The staff were superb, friendly and authentic, multilingual, experienced and personable.

Perfect hotel for your stay in Mexico City. Reasonably priced, clean rooms and lobby, outstanding customer service. Very nice breakfast buffet with plenty of variety. Starbucks in the lobby.

It's about a 10 minute drive from the airport.
The room is spacious clean and functionally elegant.
The staff friendly and for mexico extremely efficient fast and on point.

Friendly service, quiet rooms, comfortable. Great Wi-Fi and smarTV. It's an oasis in the middle of a noisy location. Clean property, delicious breakfast. And nice pricing!

The people at this hotel was very serviceable and friendly. The room services was good as well and not forget to mention the breakfast was fine.

Picked this hotel randomly for my first visit to Mexico City. Upon entering, the lobby is very nice.

Nice clean place without any bells and whistles. Front desk and check in was smooth. The room servie was amazing every single day, they were timely and did a good job.

A very quiet place, very clean and pleasant. The staff, as well as the owner, are super friendly people. An unforgettable experience. The food is super delicious. I completely recommend this hotel.

This is the second time that I stayed in Teotihuacan. All is very good, also is a no smoking hotel. It is in a secure area, quiet, and 2 blocks from the plaza. Service is great, everyone is very nice.

This hotel was built in 1907 but has large rooms modern conviences, instant hot water AND wonderful service.
Be sure to take the tour of the hotel.

My parents are both from Mexico City and I have a plethora of homes I can arrive to when I visit the city but we refuse BECAUSE we absolutely LOVE Hotel Geneve! We’ve stayed here about 7-8 times!

We stayed one night with a group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) and had a great experience. Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean rooms, and a good atmosphere.

The front desk staff were phenomenal with me. Being unfamiliar with the area, and also from another country they went far above and beyond to help me arrange complicated transport many times.

Just left the hotel and what a good surprise that was to stay there for four nights. Very clean, perfect service, location is close to everything. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Hotel Harare for just one night, but it truly left a lasting impression! 🫶🏻
The service was exceptional and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Wow. This Holiday inn is getting an unusual five-star review a full 2 days before I check out. I was here for four nights on a long weekend getaway from San Francisco California.

Whenever I visit Mexico City I always book a room at this hotel because it is very centric and clean. The staff is amazing and I appreciate the availability of public and private transport.

We’ve stayed here on at least six occasions, this time for two weeks. Location is wonderful, just a few minutes walk from the bustling shops and restaurants.

Loved this hotel! One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed. Has so much character. Incredible location in the center of Polanco. Staff was helpful, kind, and readily available.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a group trip. The lobby is bright and cheerful, and our room was quiet at night. Great location near pedestrian street with many restaurants.

I arrived at the hotel, and was greeted by a very lovely gentleman.
