Stayed for a week in August. The hotel was clean and service was wonderful.

Excellent hotel and staff. Food at restaurant is excellent. Room very clean and modern.

We stayed 6 nights and it was a great experience! Very friendly staffs, especially the waiter, Gustavo, in the restaurant Ala Parrilla, is very nice and provides excellent service.

At the end of April 24th, my stay at the Marquis Reforma Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Jose and Sadot.

Nice large suite with very comfortable bed. In a more quiet street. Downside: barthroom ridiculously tiny and gym is not really a gym with 2 machines.

Close to reforma, restaurants and bars. Very nice and spacious rooms. Stayed on the 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in the entire world. It's definitely a hidden gem and location is perfect for exploring the Centro Historico.

This is an excellent hotel. I could write an entire treatise about this place, but I have already done that on Yelp and Trip Advisor.
Rooms are perfect, and the service is outstanding.

Our “junior suite” at the Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec was a wonderful surprise and truly the highlight of our stay.

I had a lovely stay at Grand Fiesta Americana. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from.

Edmundo and Caroline we're Our Heroes after a disastrous Airbnb booking. We literally had nowhere to go and we found the obelesk.
Comfortable bed, large tv, and the staff made all the difference.

The pros of this hotel are the spacious suites, proximity to museums and Auditorio, and really great restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean.

We went to Samos Sabores Míos at the Ritz-carlton hotel after visiting Chapultepec Castle, and the experience was excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ritz Carlton in Mexico City. The staff were amazing, and very helpful. The location is wonderful, and the beds were super comfortable.

Fiesta Americana Toreo is a great hotel. Rooms are very well appointed with plush beds. Bed mattress in our room was topped with a 100% goose feather mattress topper added for extra comfort.

The hotel is attached to a mall, which makes it really convenient to food (several options to choose from).
The staff is friendly and it’s nice they also speak English.

Good hotel with big and comfortable room. No restaurant, other than breakfast at the top floor. The breakfast was good. The fitness center was bad with all equipment out of order!

Really comfortable experience. I needed a hotel near Centro Banamex and chose this one based upon the reviews.

They have a beautiful rooftop garden and outdoor courtyard. Good range of drinks and some snack food in the rooftop garden. I did not try the dining room. Staff were gracious and helpful.

We arrived at midnight and were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who took our luggage to our room.

This is a clean, modern hotel. Despite it's name, it's just south of the historic district.

Good value hotel in the historic district. There is slim or zero chance of early check-in if you arrive in the morning as it’s a small hotel.

The hotel is really nice, great pool, really clean and the rooms are great! I really enjoyed the hotel, the food and everything about my stay.

The hotel was adequate. Many restaurants nearby but the main tourist sites are not that close.

The service at this hotel is extremely good — some of the best I've had during all of my travels. Location was great as well. Rooms are a little rundown and in need of a refresh.

A true 5 star hotel in one of the most private, secure & upscale areas of Mexico City.

It is like being home. A 19 century remodeled palace with many rooms remodeled. Food and snacks all day on table. Great personal attention and service. It’s like home!

I stayed there for 4 days and overall, it was a good experience, with the location being very central. However, the soundproofing between rooms could be better.

Well located, steps from the Red 1 Bus Line, clean well appointed rooms, breakfast buffet included, close to airport and downtown.

I gave 3 stars to the rooms because the plug in the tub wasn't working. I had to call housekeeping to have someone come to my room and show me how to open it and close it… using my fingers as tools.

Breakfast was incredible. I'm from the US and I most always stay at Holiday Inns. The breakfast here was distinctly Mexican but had American fare too.

Rooms are average, but the friendly bilingual staff and close proximity to everything downtown was perfect.

Overall it was good. The in room fridges are useless. The staff were friendly and helpful. It has a sort of upscale restautant.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in CDMX while I had a medical procedure. The hotel was located only a few minutes on foot from the clinic which was perfect. The staff at this hotel are excellent.
