We paid one night and asked what time was checkout. In the morning we go out to breakfast and when we returned they were doing the cleaning and they told us very rudely that we couldn't enter that because we had not left things in the bedroom. Obviously we went but the lady did not retreat and continued the cleaning.

The access is a little complicated because you have to notify the administration to open the parking lot. Some employees with bad attitude. They Don't respond quickly by Messenger.
However the price is good and the rooms are comfortable.

Where to start? The name of the Hotel is accompanied by 4 stars and definitely has one left over. The price is more or less sincerely more than less, the attention of the receptionists very prepotent.
The rooms don't even have microwaves, refrigerators, nor the minimum bone a plate to iron the clothes you have to dial to the reception to have the iron taken and connect you to the housekeeper and if you are lucky answer if not leave mentions… je and still requires another call to reception to take it about 20 to 30min.
The elevator broke down three times on the three nights I stayed with my family. Which is very inconvenient to go up and down stairs when you are staying on the 7th floor that the way this the hotel has been the 9th floor.
They get annoyed if you ask them for the phone number of a restaurant that carries food at home, they told me they didn't allow outside food in the rooms and they don't even provide you with their menu in the room. When I contacted the restaurant that gave me the food to the hotel they asked for my location and phone number, and since my phone number is from California they couldn't reach me so they called the Hotel. When the hotel passed me the message was very bad in tone and when I was still talking they hung me.
The cleaning service failed us one day, we left around 9am and returned to the room at 9pm and everything was as left (beds unattended, used towels etc…) Oh! But they went through the iron.

Beer was cheap the food was poor. Breakfast started at 7.00 but that's what time the staff arrive.

Clean, well run, close to metro. A good value.

So far everything has been pretty favorable and I to liked the way that cater to different people. So from my point of view deserves a great vote of 5 stars.
