Good Location But if you stay here know that it is a bit crooked… No! No! No kidding! It's crooked! I think it's construction or wear but if it's deteriorated.

The place is great is better than expected, location is super safe and near many attractions, the hotel it is clean and looks nice, and prices are awesome, the only thing that I didn't like it is that you can hear many noises from other rooms it seems like they are inside your bathroom or something like that, you may get scare at midnight but definitely they are not there, just the noise and the fact that elevators stop at 6th floor always, one won't go over that floor and the other one will stop even though nobody pushed the botom, don't get scare with the first one just press 6 and doors will open and keep trying because it will eventually get ir o just use stairs the remaining of the way. Another tip will be paying extra 100 mxn to ask for a room with AC because the default option won't have ir, that's why is cheap, so if you need it, you netter ask for it and pay the extra if not don't be complaining about it, now that you know it's your choice, somebody said that was silly, I personally believe is grat because you don't need an AC unit all year so you can save some money in your stay some seasons, I like it.

I stayed at this hotel twice in two weeks according to my travel itinerary, and I must say that both experiences were totally contrary. The first was pleasant, in a room (908) Very spacious with a small room inside and air conditioning (although we do not use this time). The cleanliness was normal but the bathrooms if they require modernization as they are a bit old. In The second experience, we had two problems, the first one, that when we were allocated room, we got a which was already booked. We Opened the door to the room and fortunately there was no one at that time, but if there were the guest things. Then, when we pay for air, it turns out that one does not have the absolute control of the air but that they go up to the room and they themselves fix the temperature without that you can modify it by your own hand, but you must call them again. The sector is not bad, it is a street of Reform.

Very good option to get to know Mexico City, clean rooms, tranquility and close to the main avenue.

The rooms are very clean, the staff is very helpful and the room is very good.

I felt very welcome and they took good care of our stuff before our check-in and after our checkout! Very nice service from everybody.

Does the job. Very noisy. Even with lots of Good Will not more than 2.5 Stars. Normally I stay at the Hilton or Marriott but thanks to lots of conventions they tripled their prices this week. 400 us for a 1980 Hilton in Mexico? Not gonna happen! No way. No A/C, no Fridge. Only local TV on a 19' screen. Walkable but still just a hotel when all the nice ones are taken. Staff was friendly. They have a safety box but not fridge. How bizarre. Well for 45 us don't expect much :) Doorbanging guests from the stone age. No noise isolation whatsoever. No remote for TV. Wifi never stable. By the way the next metro would be Hidalgo then just walk over, around 10 minutes. Not suitable with baggage! Streets are pretty bad for the wheels on the cabin rollers :)

They did not respect the phone reservation alleging that the security numbers on the card were missing that they never asked. Check in is at 3pm and we arrive at 2pm. Johnatan took the reservation and he refused us on arrival.

Not recomiemdo for nothing because when I arrived for the 1st time is supposed to be in perfect condition, and the bathroom "already neat" was with hair (not hair, clarified). The rooms do not have air conditioning, there is only one floor that has and obviously costs more… ahhh and if you want your room has air conditioning are like 100 pesos more per day. I also stole 2 pounds of Colombian coffee (when you ASEAN the rooms and that one fully trusts Já! ) What a regret that I realized when I was gone. Finally, I arrived with many suitcases and the goal is not acomidieron to help me enter them (lack of cordiality) … ahhh, I forgot: There is no plug near the bed (if you do not have a loader about 2 meters long, you screwed). I regret 100porciento having stayed there.

Good hotel. But the area is very conflicting. Due to marches and traffic.

The comfortable place in general, the rooms clean, however the attention of the staff leaves something to be desired. The food in the restaurant was simple and tasteless.

The staff on the hotel was not friendly at all, they charge for every single thing. We had a couple of friends passing for over 30 min and they wanted to charge for that. The hotel it's literally crooked, it feels like you are on a boat. The restaurant wasn't open till 9am the Sunday we wanted to have breakfast. It's a great location but for the service and settings on the room, we won't be coming back to that place.

Cleanliness, mattresses in excellent condition, room a little small but the furniture and state in general of the room is excellent, I do not know if it is recently remodeled, but it seems so.

He'S Got a good hubicacion. From there on out the rooms are small, does not have air conditioning, the attitude of the receptionist leaves a lot to be desired they leave in bad to the hotel, I do not know how the owners continue allowing people so dire in their business, people who like to do a good job s Work to have people who tend badly and without wanting business. I'll take care of it.

Good hotel with affordable prices, in my car was only one night for work but spend a nice night, the rooms super comfortable, the only bad thing esque touch every time the toilet and do not let rest well.

Everything is perfect, quiet and central. Excellent care and service, has all the basic services for a good stay.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever been. It has the WORST customer service. I was very dissapointed. When I booked this hotel, the website clearly said upto 17 was counted as children but when I got there, they kept saying it was only 11 and under are counted as children and made me pay extra 260 pesos! Employees were very rude to me. The customer service was very horrible. I could give 4/5 for the room but because of the terrible customer services, I only can give them 1/5. I was soooooo dissapointed and I would never go there. Not recommended.

Wi-Fi is precarious. Guest service is just aceptable.

I don't think I did anything wrong I've tipped everyone here. This is a 1st they ran out of towels. This I didn't believe until the guy came knocking on my door to give us one. I tell the guy its me and my wife are we suppost to share a towel. He responds the maid should have left one. I told him come inside and check there are none. Have to go to the store around here to buy some towels. If you are planning to stay at this hotel make sure to bring some towels. I'm on the 7th floor I might add so there are plenty more rooms. I've been to a lot of hotels in my life. I travel for a living. I don't know what to make of it.

Reading the opinions of others I do not agree with them.
Very friendly staff, the hotel is very attentive, the rooms are a bit small but very clean and comfortable.

I simply conclude with this. VERY BAD SERVICE! Even when they go to clean the room do not touch the door. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED! TAKE CARE! Dirty room, roaches, arrival, I say. Sales super annoying and not rest! NOT RECOMMENDED!
It good that me is a night by that the hotel where I was going to be was saturated and this was the only available! Worst decision!

Room was small, non air conditioned, but good convenient location, and hard to beat for the price, and it included breakfast.

CARE, room INFESTED of bed bugs!
What seemed a decent room, was actually a NIDOde bugs, I couldn't sleep because of this problem.
To the report it is denied to change me of room claiming saturation and worse still, suggested that I got them bugs in my luggage! annoying asked them to review them (obvious refused).
I had to go to dermatologist.

The food was horrible. Horrible. Do not eat here, there are places to eat nearby, across Paseo de la Reforma and there's a McDonalds one block away. The service was mostly horrible. One or two employees were nice but most of them were rude and inneficient. The only saving quality was the room, it was big enough and the bathroom was modern and clean as were the beds. If it were up to me I would not stay here again.

Not preferred for people allergic, there are mites in the beds, not could sleep during my stay because I started to enronchar as soon as touch the bed. Very bad the cleaning of the rooms. And the lady that is in reception during the night is very rude. Definitely to not return.

Cosy, comfortable, used very attentive and friendly, I made my reservation and was respected me check in, although I must confess that I had read nothing nice reviews, but to my surprise everything was superb, excellent room, very clean, the staff, definitely recommend it and return safe to stay here.

It is a big shame option, you cheat rentandote a hab in a hotel and you rent a room without light, the chairs broken and all filthy. It's a shame you get ripped off so to the people. In truth pesimo and horrible.

Pesimo service personnel, it seems that we were doing a favor when they respond to the needs of the guests, the worst is the Receptionist Carlos inattentive and little interested in meet a good trabajo… de the same way, the waiter of the Cafeteria of name Toño… the hotel is decent, but the staff a disaster! … with the exception of the Buttons Mauritius.

Very clean room, appreciated newly remodeled. Cheap. Very central to media cuadrita of reform. Good service. The only but that I put is that the internet did not work. That's why the 4 stars. Everything else excellent! You don't need more in the business plan, or quick visit.

The room and location are very well pesimo is the breakfast they serve, the portions are extremely small and the natural juice of the orange I had very bad taste to like the hotkaques the breakfast is not worth.

Nice place, small rooms is not so cheap but its price is affordable.
