Good experience, we arrived early and they let us check in before the time, very attentive the reception, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location they also let us stay there for a while while our bus left. We had no problem.

Don't come to this seedy hotel. Where they don't give you the confidence or security that every decent guest requires. They steal money from the rooms. Their doors are damaged. It is an old hotel, poorly maintained and in a very bad area. Unfortunately I had to visit this hotel. The worst I visited.

First class to be a 4 star, very friendly large elegant rooms comfortable with a/c. Anyway all quality, and the best strategic location, to know there is no better thing than public transport and this is around the corner from the hotel in Av Reforma.

I do not recommend it, lousy service, discriminatory and racist, the food has hairs, the employees of the restaurant are rude, have no attitude of service, are wrong in the order and are reluctant to change it; the service they give is not in line with the prices.

Very clean hotel, central and spacious rooms. The only bad thing is the Wi-Fi that did not access the hotel's network by dialing "error" at all times. I think you can work that out.

The room I was assigned was spacious, comfortable, comfortable, clean and with all the services one can count on, I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Clean and spacious rooms. Its an old building but just renewed. Nothing much to say, price/value all over the place.

Cheap and comfortable if you want to visit the cdmx, near reform, you can visit everything you want from this point. They also offer tours to the pyramids and other destinations, it is very comfortable, I recommend it, it is a simple hotel but the cost benefit is correct.

Fantastic desk staff were informed, helpful and courteous with bilingual members as well. The uilding is a well maintained renovation. The rooms are espacios with nostalic touches. I really likes the wood grained floor treatment and floor to ceiling windows. The café on the ground floor serves a great breakfast buffet. Wonderful mid-range accomodations at a value price.

The room is so hot it's impossible to sleep. That's with the fan and AC on. The toilet was clogged also. Great location but all around you can find a better place for your money.

Travel with my wife and we really enjoyed the attention of the staff. Especially Mariana at the bar and Eliot at the front desk. They were both very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. While we had drawbacks with the air conditioner in the room I would go on a next trip to this hotel without hesitation. It has a great location. I want to thank the hotel manager who was kind enough to apologize for the air issue and a tour that did not meet our expectations.

The hotel is very good, comfortable and at a good price. The attention of the excellent staff, always very attentive. The internet works well, and everything in the room was in good condition and clean. The restaurant is also good, both in price and in taste.

Las instalaciones se encuentran remodeladas, sin embargo nuestra habitación no tenía aire acondicionado en funcionamiento.

Stayed there twice last year. Was very noisy and supertalented guests in permanent door banging. Nice design at first glance, secondly ypu can't get a good night's sleep ever in this one. Far too expensive for that poor construction. Portable AC that would never cool, that's what I remember … Better hotels at better prices around the area.

Very good service engineers, the hotel is located in a safe area and accessible to the city centre, it is a clean hotel, the staff is welcoming, the dishes are delicious.

Well located. The food is not very good so I take away a star, then I got a very strange room where the air was not served. Outside of that all other services correspond to a fair price for the area where it is located.

The hotel is quite well located, as it is just a few metres from Reforma Avenue. The staff is very nice and helpful and this is very much appreciated. However, the hotel is already somewhat old, the beds were very awkward so they did something hard to break. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. However the above, I think it is a hotel that is well connected with its price.

A remodeled hotel with very nice rooms, but in my case the air conditioner did not serve and I ignored to change it as it was summer and its wall is glass it gets suffocated the room. They allegedly sent someone to repair the air, but it didn't work. It was a weekend in the CDMX without being able to sleep so hot. The good thing is their breakfast included, this very complete.

The location of this place is excellent, you can get to many places walking and have an interesting gastronomic offer. The food in the firm is regular, however the dishes are pretty good. Arrachera is highly recommended. Generally the staff are friendly.

A very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We don't speak a word of Spanish but they always tried to find someone to translate. Room service was prompt but the vegetarian options in the restaurant are very limited. And the bathroom was a bit out of date. But other than that its a great place to stay in mexico city. The closest metro station is less than a kilometer away and there are many restaurants nearby.

More for business than for tourism, but in Polná is suitable for tourists.
The rooms are clean. If the air conditioning is bad, it could be hot.

The hotel it's in a very good location of the city. The A/C its not very good but since we didn't spend too much time at the hotel it didn't bother us much. And the view of the top floors it's incredible.

1. Do you have weather?
2. Will I have to wait to enter?
3. Aren't all rooms remodeled?
4. Is it smoke free?
the most important thing I wouldn't want to have problems with the staff as the people I travel with is their first time in the city
I'd like information.

The part I didn't like from our visit, that was on march, is that they don't have AC, they setup portable units but it's not enough. It was set at 19C (66F) and it was still getting hot especially in the morning. The service is really good, courteous and prompt. And the rooms are spacious, with plenty space to put your clothes away. So if they improve the AC situation this is a really nice place to stay.

The rating had an unpleasant smell when we entered, I found a cockroach in the bathroom, the showers are rusty and the room service sent me some enchiladas with a piece of plastic between the chicken.

Rooms are clean and working properly. People at reception are nice. Pillows are not that confortable, spaces are a little dark.

Good location in Mexico City. I was, however, very disappointed when I was basically verbally attacked and cursed by the taxi driver outside of the hotel. He was demanding a large fare to take me to the airport and telling me that he was the hotel taxi, like I had no other choice! Uber took me to the airport for a third of the price. The bad deal is that when I let the front desk know about this, they did nothing and appeared to side with the rude taxi driver. A Mexican style good ol' boy system that I will not tolerate. Will not consider staying there again.

Excellent interior design. Rooms are not mention, have a broad design and anything small.
The dishes of the restaurant very well prepared, great tasting and affordable.
Excellent valet parking. Take much care of your ticket!, or pay 100 pesos for the replenishment of the before mentioned.
Excellent location, quick exit Paseo de la Reforma and a few minutes walk to get to the Angel of independence.
Highly recommended.

Recommended for one or two nights, overall cleanliness is good, the service too, although the facility has some details where you can see already a little 'old' (windows, mirrors, plates of door frames). Beds are comfortable but, at least in my room, splashing a little to move in bed, and it was a bit uncomfortable.
My biggest complaint refers to the reservation, I did it for bestday and sold me it with breakfast, already at the hotel told me that my room did not come with breakfast included and explained to them they told me that they couldn't do anything. A lack of attention, unfortunately I do not know if it was part of the hotel or bestday.
There on out, if you go a couple of days is a good choice, but I think that not the best.

Excellent location, near Reforma and the historic and financial center of the city. Attended a social event so don't have an opinion on the staff service/rooms but the hotel is nice.

Excellent location. Each room has a safe and the room cleaning services are well done. The air conditioning system is under powered if the weather starts climbing above 28ºC, specially because of the "all glass" wall towards the sun during the afternoons.

The best of the hotel: its location, the buffet restaurant and the comfort of the beds.
Areas that can be improved: the service at the reception could be more friendly, clean rooms and bathrooms. Had hair in the shower and in bed by lifting the blanket. It is unpleasant.
Highly recommended for a short stay since it is very well connected with metrobus near and a few blocks from Paseo de la Reforma. The area it felt safe even walking alone and at night.

Enter at 10 pm reservation in room 802… they are 11:45 and in my room there are no towels or remote control for the Tv… I had to get my suitcase and raise it personally x that would still not be able to get my pajamas; I speak to reception to know x have not uploaded my towels and told the receptionist what problem of the "your companion to the the Czech" but am still here waiting… THE WORST TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED IN MY LIFE"… Them I recommend never, ever stay here.

A good hotel, price, location, only to check out should be a little later and not 12:00 of the day. Recommended. TIP: Book directly on the official website of the hotel, it will be cheaper.

Very complete hotel, with excellent services in spacious and clean areas, my room very comfortable and with internet, my quiet stay very good, I like very nice especially the young Ivan's attention because ultimately all very cute and Nice, I recommend the buffet which is rich and full.

Again for the city of Mexico and what better than a quiet, clean hotel and good location. That is why I decided to me by this hotel since it has excellent services and care in general is good, the room pleased also since is very broad and is always clean, I also like the attention in the restaurant and that night what better way to enjoy a coffee in the cafeteria of the hotel because it is rich and they have a good service, highly recommended anyway.
