Everything was fantastic. This place is a real gem. I stayed here in two connecting rooms with my two adult daughters and had a wonderful time.

Excellent location in Roma Notre. Next to lots of shops and food. The room remains quiet even during the busier times of day.

This hotel is upscale and is well located close to major sites in the city. The rooms are lovely and there are several restaurants to choose from. The food was delicious.

The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Rooms were very clean with all basic amenities but small and slightly outdated.

The hotel is a class act! Beautifully appointed rooms as well as lobby area. Starbucks and 2 restaurants on lobby level. Lavish buffet for 430 pesos including made-to-order omelet bar.

Nice large suite with very comfortable bed. In a more quiet street. Downside: barthroom ridiculously tiny and gym is not really a gym with 2 machines.

Close to reforma, restaurants and bars. Very nice and spacious rooms. Stayed on the 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette.

The room was a bit older and smelled a bit damp but was super clean and well maintained. The location was outstanding and the courtyard was so ambient and beautiful. Excellent value for money.

I stayed at Hotel Casa González for 4 nights while I vacationed in CDXM. The hotel is super cute with beautiful landscaping and cozy rooms.

We stayed 6 nights and it was a great experience! Very friendly staffs, especially the waiter, Gustavo, in the restaurant Ala Parrilla, is very nice and provides excellent service.

At the end of April 24th, my stay at the Marquis Reforma Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Jose and Sadot.

Absolutely loved the staff, hotel, amneities of this hotel. Very modern, beautiful decorated and extremely good price. I spent a week at this hotel while visiting Mexico City.

I stayed here with my mom and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! It was pretty cheap for us to call a car anywhere from this location.

The front desk step are very, very friendly and helpful with recommendations for things to do and eat in the city nearby.

Spacious and nice room with a basic kitchen (would be great if coffee was free). Two queen beds, but the pillows were uncomfortable.

I stayed from August 2-9, 2025, in a Junior Suite.

The service at this hotel is extremely good — some of the best I've had during all of my travels. Location was great as well. Rooms are a little rundown and in need of a refresh.

My partner and I spent one night (before our flight home) at this hotel. From the very first second, we felt extremely welcome. The staff spoke English, which was a very welcome bonus.

I stayed here for 2 nights April 2026. The location is great—there are nice, relaxing cafés nearby as well as lively street stalls where you can really feel the local vibe.

The location is excellent, close to everything you need. It has the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hostel, delicious and it is differed every day.

My experience at Volga went from good to extraordinary! The facilities are super cool and incredibly unique.

Absolutely LOVED my stay at ULiV Cibeles. Honestly one of the best stays I could’ve picked for my solo CDMX trip.

Clean, no frills place to stay, super easy check in and check out. Note that the rooms (at least mine and my friend’s) didn’t have safety boxes for storing valuables.

Rooms are a little dated but still nice. I had the junior suit, pretty big, huge patio. I will say, put your do not disturb because they will come around 9 am checking on you.

The shower was amazing, the water pressure was perfect, plenty of water.

When room service even made my dog’s bed every day (who loved it BTW! ), I realized how very important client satisfaction was for this establishment. The staff excelled at this.

My first time in Mexico City, I booked this hotel based on the photos. However, I was surprised to find that the reviews mentioned issues with Wi-Fi and water temperature.

Breakfast was incredible. I'm from the US and I most always stay at Holiday Inns. The breakfast here was distinctly Mexican but had American fare too.

Rooms are average, but the friendly bilingual staff and close proximity to everything downtown was perfect.

We had a wonderful four night stay at Casa Izeba. The room was well laid out and comfortable with lots of windows and a view of the treetops.

Book this hotel immediately. My sister and I absolutely loved our 5-night stay. The location is incredible, the rooms are comfortable and spotless. The hotel is gorgeous and fashionable.

Had a great time in Roma Norte staying at Hotel MX Roma! The hotel is ideally situated a short walk from pharmacies, grocery stores, convenience stores, dining and street food.

The hotel was clean, the room was well equipped with a safe, iron and ironing board, air conditioner, TV and a comfortable bed.
There are power outlets close to the bed and the bathroom sink.

Great location to nice places and restaurants but the area needs to be cleaned up and once the building next door is finished, it will be even better.

Awesome, 100% value for money. The gentleman at the reception was also helping in translating Spanish to English for me and recommended a very helpful tour guide.

Old school 90's style hotel.
Everything works, service is good and clean. With a nice view to the city.
Connects with a little shopping mall, walking distance for street food and a few cool places.

I visited the Hotel Del Prado and had a great experience. The staff is friendly, rooms are functional, convenient location, and the food at the restaurant is great. I plan on coming back this year.
