Hotel is in a good location, very friendly services, valet parking was always on point, very clean.

Friendly door guys and the location is fantastic. Although I took Uber the public bus stops right in front. Plus it's not too far far the airport.

I had low expectations with all thr negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. I booked on Expedia the night before arriving and they charged me exactly what the Expedia price was.

The hotel is comfortable, but especially the attention we received in the restaurant from Faviola, very friendly and with a very good attitude. Also the location is very good.

Great location, very safe to walk at anytime of day/night. Convenient for those taking the bus or metro. Got two bus lines to choose from from left or right of hotel, less than 5 min walk.

Greetings.
I wanted to take time out and write you this e-mail of my recent stay at your hotel 8/4/2025 and 8/5 2025 for two nights.

Rooms were ok, but details matter. Power plugs are too narrow to fit two standard phone chargers.

This hotel is nice and cozy and sits right in the middle of the Santa Fe business district, and the famous Parque la Mexicana and the Santa Fe Mall are well within walking distance.

Josue, Carlos and the entire Casona team were absolutely incredible. Gorgeous hotel, top notch hospitality, and Josue in particular ensured that we felt welcome and special every day.

Stayed at Casona in Roma Norte and it was everything you want from a boutique hotel. The location is perfect for wandering the neighborhood, and the space itself is beautiful.

The workers were super kind and polite. They were always checking up on us and the rooms were really clean and comfortable.

This is a really nice guest house. The rooms are generously sized, well designed, and super clean, as is the overall space.

Excellent accommodation, I have known the apartments since 2018 and they are always very clean, tidy and with all the amenities offered, the location is very central, touristy and accessible.

Our experience at Casa Donceles was excellent, they treated us very well when we arrived and throughout our stay there.

Clean, convenient, safe. I enjoyed my stay. The property is in walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and parks.

I had the pleasure and delight at staying at Condesa Haus recently. The studio suite I was staying in was nicely appointed, spic and span clean, and well sized.

Great place and very good location, super friendly 😉 staff.

If you go to the CdMx, you super, I recommend MC Suites Mexico City, all with extreme cleanliness, and very detailed attention, kitchenette, bathroom with hydromassage tub, 4K UHU Smart screens,

Isaac made the entire stay extremely special. From the moment we checked in to check out, Isaac continued to ask if he can do anything, offered umbrellas, and was just a pleasure to be around.

Overall excellent experience. I was warmly welcomed upon arrival, so off to a great start. The staff was always kind, friendly and so helpful. The manager, Javi, was outstanding.

This was my first ever time in Mexico City and Ana Polanco was the perfect place to stay. The service was incredible, the rooms were spacious and kept very clean and the location is great!
