A basic but comfortable hotel. They should put more emphasis on cleanliness. Good breakfast.

Located, friendly deal. Rooms with safe. Sloppy hotel, lack of maintenance in rooms and bathroom which I think are not expensive to fix and improve their appearance. For example, the lid of a missing electrical contact shows the cables outside and risky if someone touches them (plus a child). Broken and starry washbasin, using it creates uncertainty if it does not break completely. Bed quilt with several holes. Walls with obvious moisture already throwing the paint in room and hallways. If you're going through for one night, maybe and just maybe it's your choice. More than basic it seems Motel and motels there are better q that.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helpful and polite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However the condition of the cloths was depressing and the sink was constantly tainted. Were. Making arrangements so there were cloths on the ground and giving a bad look.

It is a good hotel it is economical, the reception is very attentive to if like your other staff, I liked the location where it is, it is a very quiet area, the hotel is in pleasant condition even if you can better the elevator service would be fantastic, it is the benefit of all, the food that is served in the buffet is very rich has a very nice seasoning and I like the variety of food, I'm just very pleased with my visit and I can recommend it extensively.

I like this hotel. It is well located, has a business room and restaurant. The place is very quiet.

The hotel is in the area, Rosa, the safest and most central of Mexico City, close to all the major attractions. The subway is little, although you can choose to use more conventional means, taxis or tourist buses. The hotel was under renovation at the time of the visit to cleave the rooms more comfortable and cozy.
The kitchen (only tested for breakfast) is excellent and abundant.
The staff is the most positive note, they went out of their way to help us make our stay better and more practical, from the advice on what to visit, to the private taxi service to reach the various places you select.
I highly recommend it also for the great value for money.

Located in a central Sona, good prices to stay, an excellent Spanish four-stroke meal with a snack included at a good price, accompanied by a glass of red wine from the house.

The room was comfortable, however the room I touched was not completely soundproof; I could hear the person in the adjoining room talking on the phone. The breakfast they offer is good and nice. Overall I consider it to be a good hotel for the price-benefit ratio.

Excellent location. The breakfast buffet I'm afraid is not very special; It is convenient if it is included in the room rate, otherwise it costs $210 per person and the options are scrambled egg, yogurt, granola, potato chunks (as you can see, nothing too appetizing to be remembered forever). The room had no windows, which affected the ventilation and made the room very hot. The bathroom was very old and small and the shower tiny. One day they forgot to clean the room. The Wifi is very weak (we never got a signal more than a minute). It is not a very comfortable stay, but the proximity of tourist sites is unbeatable.

Good location, very rich breakfasts, close to restaurants and areas of interest and places to visit. Very quiet. Only the bathroom had a malfunction. But it was notify and arranged.

January 3, 2018, unfortunately I have to express a terrible opinion of this hotel! We booked through the agency of El Corte Ingles and when they arrive they tell us that they have no water or for the bathrooms. Some guests acecaron with us to complain that they had already several days stayed there and could not even go to the bathroom because there was no water had to do one over another! Much less they could bathe and if they wanted to bath they had to go to a nearby gym.
It is unfortunate that the hotel simply wash your hands! Of course I cancelled my reservation and found another hotel two blocks away (mission Express, Zona Rosa) without any problem! Unfortunately I don't recommend it at all!

I didn't have very good experience with housekeeping, the mug was a bit dirty, and I didn't have the lid on the strainer so it smelled a bit. Then the TV didn't grab the cable very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was good, but however the service is bad, it seems that they are in a bad mood and the buffet not pleasant, we pay extra for it and only one day we use it. Thank you very much but I don't come back.

The restaurant of this hotel has an excellent variety at the time of the meal, it is characterized by being coarse and of very good taste, excellent quality and the seasoning is of a huge guarantee, but if that were not little, the price of the food is quite accessible, it is a quiet and warm place to be able to eat and talk, excellent to order a coffee for the table, by the way, the attention of its staff is very good and warm.

It's a good hotel. Clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet is very rich, though not so varied. In my personal case, I wish the bed had an extra blanket or a thicker quilt.

Stayed 5/20 to 5/24… Had a good experience. Staff was extremely warm and friendly, Service was excellent. Bought the breakfast included room package with buffet. Buffet had ample amount of food. Hot and cold with freshly squeezed orange juice. One morning I was in the mood for an omelette and they made for me with no hassle. The only complaint I have is that this hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms but they provide fans which worked very well. However there are no screens in the windows so I had some mosquito issues during my stay. I got bitten quite lot which made for a somewhat weary stay over the next few nights. If they are going to have opened windows they should have them screened to keep the pests out. Other wise, I enjoyed my stay. Miguel, Bryan and the rest of the staff are GREAT!

Location was good, but other than that the room was not pretty, the bathroom had a broken window and I could hear the guest in the next room in his bathroom. Also, they gave us a room with a window to the lobby so we could hear the telephone every time it rang.

Just in front of a cultural center (Fusion) and two blocks away from Reforma Avenue and also from Mexico Wax Museum. Hotel has great price and good location.

Good place to stay, not a ver good view but good location near the city center, does not have any calefacción por cool air.

I requested a quote for a group of 80 people. They told me that I had to send an email and sends it a day later.
Not receiving response a day later, I became to communicate with you, and I was asked to send a mail and the following early day was going to be.
Again I didn't receive it. I communicated with Joselyn Galvéz and very bad wins told me "I invite you to seek another option for your lodging".
Very poor service and customer care. I didn't stay to realize the kind of hotel that are.
I suggest that they train people to improve service to its customers, and dump staff offering poor service.

Great location, excellent service. Most staff know enough English to help an ignorant American. We stayed a week in March, very comfy, but note that it's NOT air conditioned, so summer stays may be hot. Good restaurant, the Breakfast buffet is well worth the extra $6 we spent (for two) a day.

The worst hotel I have ever been! No air conditioning, no fridge, a lot of noise, clogged shower, old towels, ripped sheets, dirty floor, bugs everywhere, elevator not working properly! Run from this place as fast as you can!

Economic and good services. During my stay per trip jobs, I received a very good attention from the staff. Very clean and unlike other hotels of its category, the WI-FI signal and work space in the lobby, very good.

Truly the worst that I've hosted me lately and not exactly with the best rates. The location is good in the area rose, is very close to the Plaza Reforma 222, so there are services to the wee hours, by beginning the facade of the building shown reckless and not help the dirty aspect of London street, check-in, was quickly and politely by the receptionist, which, by the way, looking for a good side, could be the staff in all areas the first bad point was that not give keys extras for access to the room, continuing with the arrival of the extremely, Elevator, reception halls and generally inside the hotel are perceived uncaring and still clean look dirty and abused, the second bad point important is sold as "triple" room when they are not suitable for that our room for three people only had two beds that were not even good size, we request a mobile bed or mattress and was denied to us, ending only with ourselves pushing the beds to make a bed on the floor with the blankets, the triple room nor had with more than two towels (quite old) nor more than two soaps which had to request again the friendly service the rooms do not have climate, isolation of noise in the rooms is very bad and can preview it from the fourth front still with a normal conversation let alone the night noises. The decoration of the rooms as well as the rest of the hotel is very little detail, many chipped, broken tiles, etc.

Missing a bit of maintenance to the rooms but yes very good ed. I liked the hospitality.

Si buscas un lugar donde alojarte y además vas con tu mascota, aquí es el lugar, tiene estacionamiento, la zona es muy tranquila y además tienen precios muy accesibles.

Good hotel, very good service from the staff. Always clean and tidy. Cheap and well located. Library and computers with internet access. Convenient price/quality ratio. We were with my family: Lady and daughter. We would return.

They mention q have internet but after 9 pm turn off it and who knows q hr enabled it are 10:30 and not yet enabled it. According to energy-saving. Bad policy! More for the cost of the room.

The relationship between the price and the quality is good.
I would say that overall the service is standard, the location is good and worth worth visiting it.
