Great place to stay, overnight stopover with Air Astana en route to Bangkok.
Very good location, can walk to the famous wooden cathedral. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is incredible.

I stayed three nights at this hotel. The reception staff was friendly. The room, including good bed, was comfortable and clean. Compared to some places, everything worked too!

I stayed at Resident Gogol Hotel, Almaty for 5 days in October, and my experience was fairly mixed.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-kept, and the bathrooms were equally satisfactory.

Clean and well-kept. Great location, walking distance to Arbat Street.
No elevator (my room is on 3rd floor).
The breakfast is set menu, not buffet, but has 3 options daily.

I stayed for one night. The room was huge. Everything was clean and tidy. Shower gel, shampoo, and dental kit were provided. Drinking water was available at reception. The breakfast was very good.

Close to the airport. Luxurious room, comfortable bed, clean, they helped me carry my suitcases during the day.
Breakfast is dismal, served like in a cafeteria, with almost no choice.

Our stay at Qazaq Garden was truly one of the most memorable parts of our trip. The place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature — a perfect escape from the busy city.

We stayed here for three nights. The location is ideal — it’s near the city, situated uphill in a very quiet area. Taxis and delivery services can easily reach the property.

Had a lovely stay at the Rixos to celebrate our anniversary. Have stayed at this hotel twice earlier on my birthdays! The hotel is centrally located adjacent to a park.

I had good stay at rixos and from arrival to departure was great experience. Rooms are old style but very good and size is great. Breakfast is must eat. They have everything from spa to pool to gym.

The hotel is good and has a homey vibe. The food was okay and the staff were nice. However, one thing that really didn’t satisfy me was the internet connection. It was really bad and very annoying.

We stayed at the Grand Sapphire Hotel for almost a week and had a great experience. The room was clean—just a bit small—but the location made up for it, as it’s very accessible to many tourist spots.

Everything is ok, but the service quality can improve.

Friendly staff, 24/7 room service, porcelain tile floors. No carpets. The rooms are clean. Bathroom amenities and a hairdryer are available. Smoking rooms are available. TV without internet.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent—just a 15‑minute walk to the Singapore Embassy and only 2 minutes to small grocery shops.

My stay at Hotel Grand Mildom was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was available and are working as well. They aslo had a SPA which was wonderful.

I recently stayed at Mildom Hotel in the heart of Almaty and it exceeded all my expectations!

The room was spacious and came with a lovely city view. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with many tourist attractions within walking distance.

The hotel is large and fairly clean, but it’s quite far from the city center and takes some time to get there. We stayed here while waiting for our flight and paid extra for early check-in.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable.
They also provide free airport pickup/drop off.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions we had.

Old Sovjet hotel with lots of history within its walls. It has definitely seen better days but its a cool hotel to stay in, although it seems to be a little empty.

This was our last stop hotel from the 5 Stans tour with Lupine Travel. This hotel is very spacious, Soviet like atmosphere with dark hardwood furniture. Water stations on every floor which was nice.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 Nights at Hotel Keremet. Its a boutique hotel but very well maintained. It has only 12 rooms but the rooms are big and fully loaded.

Very far from the center of Almaty. There was no hot water, there was no kettle in the room, the rooms were cozy, clean but small, breakfast was 3.5.

When I arrived at this hotel, I was pleased to find the room spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did a great job, with the room being cleaned daily, including fresh towels.

Quiet area, beautiful cozy house, very hospitable and helpful hosts, delicious breakfast. Everything is great.

I liked the breakfasts, the neighbors, the friendly atmosphere. The beds were comfortable. Overall, I liked everything; I'd stay there again.

I stayed for over a week. They are open 24 hours, the price is reasonable, the bed linen is clean every day, there is constant cleaning, good internet speed, and the staff is responsive.

Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel was pleasant to look at and conveniently located near the bus station.
The other guests were very loud. It was noisy even at night.
