Almaty Hotels with a Parking

I was there for an event, but it was well set up with old style hotel. It was cozy with the cold winter outside. The staff freindly and helpful.

To be honest selected this hotel accidentally but it proved to be a great choice.

Staff doesn't speak English. You have to download Russian in Google Translate. Lobby located at the back. Room is very clean. Lots of restaurant. Easy to take bus.

Good location. Nearby restaurants and convenient stores. Walking distance to Almaty 2 Train Station. Friendly staff. No lift but its okay. I will come back.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of everything. Cleaning is done daily. Towels and toiletries are changed daily. The bed is large and comfortable. The room is spacious.

The hotel's location is ideal, everything is close by. I was very pleased with the spa, sauna, and pool – the perfect end to a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious.

Nice rooms but getting to the reception is challenge as its at 17th floor and 2 lifts are slow.
Got best terrace view and nice food for breakfast.

It is a fantastic place! It's very beautiful and cozy, houses are very lovely, with everything you need including a sauna which sounds like a dream.

My stay at Aykun Terrenkur was average overall. The hotel facilities and room features felt outdated and fairly minimal, so it didn’t fully meet expectations in terms of comfort.

Modern hotel in the center of town. Room enough spacious even if, using ot for business, I would prefere a full desk/table and a proper chair. Clean.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The food was absolutely top-notch — every meal felt like it was prepared by a master chef.

Convenient location, everything was within walking distance for me. Beautiful, laconic design of the hall and room, clean bedding and bath amenities.

I spent 4 nights at Rahat Palace (April 21–25, 2026) during a business trip with key partners, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our room was super nice with a walk-in shower and large bathroom. The room had an in-room safe, refrigerator, and hot water pot. A large desk area with ample plugs for electrical equipment.

One of the best hotels in Almaty. Highly recommended for individuals or families.

Good Hotel and Neet Room. Not so far from town and there are many restaurants available nearby. Hotel has 24*7 restaurant, SPA and Gym. Room is very neat and all the amneties are available.

Upon arrival I had amazing check-in by Ms. Kamila and Ms. Symbat was a great check in and they are very polite and professional.

The location is excellent. Right next to the office. Overall, in the city center. Breakfasts are okay. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and overall had a pleasant experience.

We had an amazing experience at the Hotel in July 2025. Its located at a prime spot with a lot of restaurants, malls and cafes nearby. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was a good spread.

Excellent location (big mall across the street), clean room, strong Wi-Fi, good service from the reception desk. Happy with this hotel.

We had a good experience — the staff was very accommodating, let us check in early and was very helpful. Rooms nice as well.

Staff was friendly, breakfast delicious and rooms very neat and clean.

Breakfast was good and compliments to the morning staff who served the daily breakfast especially Angelica who was being very attentive to all the guest needs.

The Ritz this place is not, so if that’s where your budget and expectations are, it’s not a place you’ll enjoy. Its quaint, old fashion, tucked away, in so many ways, its Kazakhstan.

Great hotel on top of the mountain with a wonderful view. To reach out the hotel, I needed to use cable car from Medeu parking area that will take approx. 1 hour.

This one is a nice hotel, situated a bit off from city centre though. Staff is nice and polite, serve with a warm smile. Few small pointers could have been a little better.

It’s new and nice. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are small but not tiny. Very quiet outside. There is a great Turkish restaurant just outside. It’s 4 stars but rooms and beds are quite 5.

I stayed at Resident Gogol Hotel, Almaty for 5 days in October, and my experience was fairly mixed.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-kept, and the bathrooms were equally satisfactory.

Clean and well-kept. Great location, walking distance to Arbat Street.
No elevator (my room is on 3rd floor).
The breakfast is set menu, not buffet, but has 3 options daily.
