The room was nice. The service was so-so. They forgot to bring breakfast. They do bring it to your room, by the way. The location is near Kok-Tobe. Walking to the hotel is a bit of a challenge.
Snow-white soft bed linen, towels, robes.
Service.
Good breakfast.
Soundproof, feeling like neighbors are sitting in your room.
The floor was cleaned in the room only after my request, after check-in.

We spent four nights in this spacious, quiet apartment with a terrace overlooking a lovely park. The host was very responsive.
Stayed here for 13 nights all up.
First 10 nights then extended my stay.
Staff were more than helpful and professional.
Always contact us for our 3 day cleaning service.
Location is fantastic.
Great location. Comfortable apt. The mattress was too soft for us though. The kitchen has gas and some utensils you can cook.
I arrived late like at 2 in the morning and the check in was seamless and very easy to get my room.
We booked seven rooms for a group of children (12 years old) attending a tournament and were very pleased with our choice of this hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the airport. The rooms are super clean and new; it feels like we were the first ones to stay there. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The best part of this hotel actually the Kairat Almaty stadium just across from my room.
Very good location — close to many restaurants and public transport. The hotel itself is nice, with clean rooms and a decent breakfast. Overall, a great place to stay.
Good service. And that there are balconies.
The hotel is old, old air conditioners, there are not kettles and refrigerators everywhere.

I came to check in around 5 pm or later. I was told the room will be ready in 10 minutes which actually was longer. Anyway, the room should have been kept ready for the normal check in time.
Spacious room, attractions within walking distance.
Hard mattress and pillows, no renovation, modest for a luxury room.
The room itself is comfortable, quiet and clean.
I lived on the 4th floor. Wi-Fi barely reached there, so it was almost absent, although it was advertised.
