Very helpful receptionists, room and kitchen is clean. Great location for you to get those attractions easily by walk. From railway station Almaty only 2.5km.

I booked this hotel by accident on the website, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean, the prices are reasonable, and the location is in the city center. It's a very comfortable hotel.

Of course the cleanliness is, as always, at the highest level. But it’s worth replacing the robes, towels and all these little things. Change the plumbing. Everything has an expiration date 🤷‍♀️

The whole impression of the hotel was spoiled after, upon check-out, they demanded money from me for the minibar, which I did not use.
