Hostel Viator

Very comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. The host is very welcoming and gave great recommendations for restaurants in the neighbourhood. The location is a bit less central but still walkable from the city center, so we didn’t mind.

An excellent hostel for those who don't like purely tourist hostels. It's more like a guest house, with a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The hostess is very kind and responsive, the house is very clean and tidy, the prices are reasonable, the location of the house is in the city center, all parks and establishments are practically nearby. All conditions are available, shower, restroom, kitchen (where you can cook for yourself), washing machine and a cozy courtyard. This is the second time we have stayed here, and we recommend it to others✌🏻

We stayed four days in this amazing hostel and we had an amazing stay.
Why we like it so much:
1) rooms are big, comfortable and super clean.
2) toilets were clean.
3) location.
4) It has a kitchen fully equipped to cook.
4) and the most important one, we were amazed by the owner’s hospitality. She was trying to find all the possible ways to help us. She was very patient with us. She gave us watermelon, pancakes, and this always with a big smile :)
We would definetly come back here! This is the place to stay in Almaty!

Super hostel! It's hard to call it a hostel. More like a guest house. Very cozy, like home. It feels like I came to visit my family. The location is good, a landmark behind the Kazakhstan Hotel. Nice hostess Elena. Everywhere is absolutely clean and tidy.

A-MAZING hostel. I can't thank Lena enough the hospitality she gave us, the cleanliness of the facilities, shuttle service, and it's close to many places (particularly Kok Tobe)

Very cozy and clean. It feels like being at home. The location is ideal, in the center. The house has several bathrooms, which is very convenient. You can cook if you wish. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. The hostess Lena is wonderful and good-natured. I advise everyone to stay here. You'll see, you won't want to leave👍👍👍

This is a small guesthouse located in a quiet residential area. It is around 15-20 mins walk to downtown. It has 4 rooms only with shared bathrooms and toilets. It is extremely clean and warm atmosphere. The host Lena is very kind, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this small home feel hostel!
