Rixos is an exceptional hotel with a splendid building, humble staff, best ambiance and guest facilitation. I stay for three nights and it was a best stay. From front desk team to house keeping department everyone is doing a great job. Special thanks to Amina for briefing us about the city ane tourist spots, Bakzet for his humble facilitation at the front desk and Almas for his kind services in luggage handling.
It is the best hotel to stay, live and enjoy.

Well, in general, the service of this institution causes only positive emotions, everything is done on a good, oh-no I would even say level. In this jaunt-breathing-cool (fucking) institution I spent 5 unforgettable minutes. Happiness successes all health, do not get sick yet.

Like the entire network of rixos qualitatively a different level of service and services. Cozy rooms with a relaxing setting, lovely lounge for meetings, delicious kitchen, great torsed hall.

Good place, but the staff need to choose more carefully. Absolute inability to solve problems. I had to call the manager. A kind of Rixos with Kazakhstani quality standards. No offense to compatriots.

An atrium hotel decorated in a Greco Roman style. Don't let your business partners fool you when they say heads of states and presidents stay here. This hotel really lives up to its classification as a business hotel and nothing like 5 star luxury hotel. The fridge and minibar comes locked so that should tell you something. If you're looking for luxury in Almaty then it has to be Ritz Carlton Almaty and not here. 5 times I asked for an engineer to come and unplug the bathtub that stayed stuck for 2 days and they always said they would come and nothing came of it. The room phone also had problems with poor reception. Sometimes, it wouldn't seem to dial to the front desk or guest services. The room decor tries to be Queen Anne style but it comes off as antiquated and old. The power plugs are poorly placed by the bedside and you would need a 2 or 3m cable to use the phone while in bed. They're seriously far away from the bedside. Breakfast was decent but could use more variety. The egg station staff were lazy and really didn't want to make omelettes. I suggest having breakfast outside in the leafy garden if the weather allows. Their pool is probably the nicest one in Almaty. Bigger and more spacious than Ritz Carlton or the Intercontinental.

A great stay and a wonderful experience. I was on a business trip during my birthday. The hotel provided me with complimentary birthday cake. It made the day that much more bearable and pleasant. Overall impressive and the service was grand. Would recommend to all.

This Rixos Almaty Hotel is a 5 star hotel. The staff are always polite, smiling, positive — just from this you want to stay for a while to feel like a real person who has at least a little normal attitude, and that he is a little looked after.
There are also conference rooms — several of them (halls), and large and small — it is already looking at the number of visitors.
There is also a restaurant at the highest level.
The additional services this hotel provides are all top notch. It's worth staying here. Or hold some kind of event. Or rent a bridal room.

Отзыв о летнике ресторана находящегося на цокольном этаже. Обслуживание хоть и учтивое, но очень медленное. Были на днях на бизнес ланч за 7 тысяч. Выбрал азаитское меню. Том ям средний. Роллы вьетнамские хорошие. Торт медовый тоже хорош. Что не понравилось так это само место где у них летних. Очень не уютно, как то не обжито что ли. Кроме того на столе не было салфеток. За такие деньги ждешь чего то особенного, но чуда не случилось. Еда как в средних заведениях города. Не впечатлён и снова не приду.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Feeling of great service, luxurious SPA brought a lot of fun to the whole family. The Hotel is perfectly located, you can have a great stroll in the surrounding area. I Recommend for family holidays!

High priority security, pretentious premium hotel for high-ranking officials and foreign citizens. Very beautiful, service is pleasant! Everything is super! And the spa is wonderful. Rooms are expensive from 80 thousand.

Update: Assistant General Manager of Rixos got in touch with me after my below comments regarding the stay and offer me a larger room and working internet connection. The funny part of this late fix is, I need to leave the hotel in 13 hours… Anyway late action is better than no action… For the first time in my business life I observed below kind of basic problems. Before my flight I requested for hotel transfer and declared my flight and time of arrival, however I had to wait for 30mins at the airport while I was nearly exhausted… When I told this to guest service, they only asked for an apology, thats all… Afterwards, I started to stay in a room where Wi-Fi didn't work for my computer. Then I asked for cable to connect to switch on the wall, reception told me that they didn't have cables to provide. Then I brought cable from my friend but I found that the switch on the wall was broken. I asked for help from reception for this issue (i don't remember how many times) and some technicians came to room couple of times to verify that the switch was broken. After hours, I called back reception as there were no responses about how they will fix the issue. Today the only solution is to change my room to move next to have proper internet (still I don't believe) … So poor communication and low quality of service for this time…

Great hotel, amazing lobby, lovely breakfast and kitchen in general, plenty of room for conferences and meetings, the hotel lobby is convenient to communicate and negotiate.
Good internet, there is a varied spa.
The room is comfortable but small. Warm bathroom floor.

Stylish luxury hotel. Very tasty culinary delights sell on the ground floor. You can buy cake to order. Very nice interior. Clean. The service corresponds to 5 stars. There are conference rooms on the basement floor.

Rixos is Rixos. Huge, spacious, bright, clean, cozy and expensive hotel. Along with Ritzkarlton, Intercontinental, Royal Tulip, Rakhat Palace and Ramada, Rixos is one of the best hotels in the city. Services and do not list. Any desire of the client will be fulfilled. You can even rent a helicopter. If any of the guests of the city allows a budget-staying in Riksose they will never forget Almaty.

Impressive cruise ship-this impression leaves the atrium when entering the front hall. Enough image associated service. I liked the boutiques with fashionable clothes and jewelry flicker, right eye is not a message… A good place for corporate meetings, especially with hotel guests.

I have stayed at this hotel for a few days.
High level of service. Even the standard rooms allow not only a good rest, not facing the everyday troubles, but also to feel that it is really a 5 star hotel. Nice room area, spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower, great mattress, pillow menu and other nice touches.
For breakfast you can choose dishes for all tastes, Japanese cuisine, Kazakh, European breakfasts and so on. Products are fresh. I liked the way the cook prepares eggs benedict, by the way, not in any hotel can cook.
The hotel is conveniently located in the center, close to a couple of good restaurants, a shop, a pharmacy, a currency exchange.
Next time I'll book Rixos again.
Also visited Riksose in Shymkent, there interiors are more pompous, but otherwise all the same.
There is a small remark to the spa area, but this I will tell the receptionist personally on the next visit.

Love it. Very luxury. Great service. Beautifully designed. Rooms are great. I have a view of the mountains. It’s one of the best hotels. We booked a NY eve here for 150, 000 per person at the best table. Not bad.

Loved the hotel. The service is great. The only minus-in the winter and in a room on a floor a cold breeze, probably because there is an exit on a balcony (a room for smokers)

Pros: helpful staff, great continental breakfast, spacious rooms, great views of the mountains from the balcony when the weather is nice. Delicious food! Nice pool and sauna. Cons: if I must, I’d say average toiletries.

The first were in your hotel on October 1, 2017. Purchased from you a package "photo session" were preparing for the wedding. That's what I'd like to say.
1. When we booked the room we were told one price and another (with taxes) when checking in. I don't feel sorry for just the feeling that you've been fooled. They'd say that's all at once.
2. Wedding for each person is a very exciting moment, so for us it was also exciting and we were told that they will give a cake or champagne. We asked for a cake and we brought it after the wedding the next day.
3. When cleaning the room removed everything (even cups for tea), and glasses of champagne dirty left. He asked for new cups and carried them for 27 minutes. I hope that only I came across such slow staff.
Now oh pleasant, you have wonderful and cozy rooms delicious cuisine and great spa, friendly staff. The photo session turned out to be excellent.

I have stayed there three times. Hotel concept is good. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is also very good. Lobby is one of the largest loby I have ever seen.

No decent words for the security of this hotel. Stopped me and my fiancee twice on our way to the lift in the evening questioning us asking for IDs with disgusting implications. In addition to that room service walked into our room at 9am while we were sleeping to look at the minibar. The worst experience in a hotel!

One of the best and most expensive hotels in the city. Very unusual and beautiful inside. Has no territory. It is bordered by a quiet square. Not very convenient location.

Unfortunately the hotel Rixos Almaty repeats the business model of Kazakhstan. At first everything is just gorgeous, and then slowly rolls down. We constantly spend there. The Interior of the hotel 5 + 5 + rooms, but service began to fall, extreme times was ashamed in front of guests for coffee break and dinner. The dried up fish, rubber, meat overdone tomatoes in a salad is not the first freshness know Ta condition when the skin in the mouth itself. We have quite a substantial sum, and the impression that fed us the remnants of lunch, and then yesterday. The next event will select another hotel.

Rixos is the very definition of the word "luxury" in Kazakhstan. If someone else is paying, it's the best. Unless of course, you want to buy a beer in the bar and you don't have an expense account… But, high thread count? Check. Great service? Check.
