Clean rooms but I the lady at the desk didn't pay much attention to the guests. Hotel rules are quite ridiculous — doors close at 11p. M. + showers are free only for a couple of hours. Also I'm disappointed they didn't take a photo of our group : — ( (

Thin hard mattresses. Dirty beds. Hotel services are expensive. 12 people slept in one room. It was the first time I saw such a hotel. I was embarrassed for my partners (43 people). The hotel is located in the center of Almaty, it is the 2nd capital of KZ. We have been coming to Almaty for 4 years now. 2 times a year. Before that, we stayed several times at the hotel on Temiryaznva Street-13 “Apartment”. There are different conditions and services. Prices are cheaper.
