A lovely new hotel to look at and the rooms are very nice — but it seems money was spent on the aesthetics and certainly not on the content or service.
This is not a tourist hotel — but for business trips.
Receptionists sit (or rather hide) in the darkness behind the desk, usually on their phones. After four days, not a single 'hello' or 'good morning' or 'welcome back, have a nice day? ' Instead, check out was a sneer and a grunt — probably because I disturbed his game? No… 'have a safe trip, thanks for staying with us! '
Awful service!
On arrival, we were asked for MORE money since there was a 'house rule' (? ) about children having to pay EXTRA to the booking agreement that we had made (and fully paid! ) An uncomfortable and very unprofessional approach after our flight and arrival to the hotel.
Don't be any later than an hour after breakfast starts or most items will have gone and rarely refreshed. You can ask waiter for a coffee, but then you have to notice and then go to the bar and collect it yourself!
Location — for tourists, its miles away from anywhere!
This hotel is for business men who eat early, dont care about service, dont want anyone to be polite and just want to retire to their nice room (but watch out for shower and toilet leaks! )
