A good hotel, although the service does not yet fully meet international standards. However, the work of the receptionist, Dilyana, deserves high praise — she is professional, attentive, and a very pleasant and beautiful Kazakh girl who genuinely strives to help guests. She is fluent in several languages, including Chinese, which deserves special recognition.
A lovely place with an amazing team. The receptionist called Dilyana is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Her positive attitude and care make a real difference. It’s clear that guest experience is a top priority here.

I absolutely loved everything. The hotel is fantastic, brand new, perfectly clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is excellent: English or European. I always chose the European option, which came with salmon. The coffee was delicious. There are ironing boards on each floor, the rooms are well-ventilated, and they have all the necessary amenities, right down to the robes. The robes are new. There are plenty of cafes nearby, a delicious pastry shop, and a Magnum store. I'll definitely be back!
We stayed in room 214, and the Wi-Fi didn't work.
