This hotel. Was right on the street of all good food and drinking places and about a 7 min walk to two metro subway stations it felt safe and upmarket area. Hotel.

The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the room is a decent size. Although it is close to the train tracks, we did not hear any noise during our stay.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this APA hotel for 6 days. The room was small but enough, bed was comfortable and the shower was just right.

My first time staying at this hotel chain. The hotel is located minutes from the train station.

Excellent place to stay if wanting to explore Hachijojima. Super friendly and helpful staff. Right next to ferry terminal.

I stayed here for ten days and on my last day I got a light flu, because of this I wanted to check out late on my last day and the front desk, H Miyazawa, was extremely helpful in making that happen.

Great location close to a few train stations. Very quiet for central toyko. Clean and tidy. Compact rooms so squishy if 2. Towels replaced daily. Room service after every 3rd night.

I recently stayed at **KKR Hotel TOKYO** and was absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.

Rooms are comfortable although the furniture is quite old-style. There is a public bath inside with sauna and hot/cold pool. Breakfast is excellent and offers a very varied selection of foods to try.

I was unable to have dinner at the hotel, which was both disappointing and neglectful. I had previously requested information and restaurant reservations through the chat service.

Standard APA Hotel. Service was great and location is fantastic (close to everything, including Shinjuku station, shops etc).
Rooms are very small though, especially if you’re a bit taller.

You get what you pay for. Decent sized room for a small couple. If you have heavy duty luggage then I’d avoid. If you’re travelling with backpacks you’ll have enough space.

This place is worth reserving the full room to yourself!

It was fine as far as capsule hotels go, based on what I've heard. It was my first time in one.

The room was definitely meant for one person when they say that lol but it was nice and cozy. The heat works so well and love the heated toilet seat. I would def stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 weeks during a business trip in late May. The room was bigger than Tokyo and very convenient. The staff is outstanding — incredibly helpful and kind.

Tucked away behind the station convenient close good low key hotel. Clean rooms courteous staff. Perhaps ask for room facing away from the station tracks if you want a less noisy stay.

Koji, the manager, was the kindest guy and made my experience very pleasant. I stayed here with my boyfriend and 2 friends. He always greeted me everytime I came through the lobby.

We had a fantastic stay! Mr. Kuma, the reception was very helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. He also has great insight into the area’s food scene.

Decent capsule hotel, very friendly staff, unfortunately the manager/owner found it too much an ask to store one bag for me for a two day gap on a three night stay. Really disappointing.

The capsule experience was beyond my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, clean showers and a large organization area in a very pleasant atmosphere.

This hotel has a funny welcome gift of a token for the capsule machine near the elevator, which dispenses some little snacks that "Machida's famous goodies.

I am a 69 year old recently separated Aussie. 43 years= 2 Life sentences. Stayed at this place.

The capsule is decent but sadly it gets really hot in the night. I had the Air Conditioner on maximum and it was still very hot and I had a lack of fresh air.

The biggest flex for this hotel is the 2 minute walk to the station. There is also a microwave and free water in the lounge which is excellent for heating up bentos. Service is prompt and fine.

So the room was very clean. You are provided with soap, shampoo, and conditioner along with hand and face soap.

I forgot my wallet and passport here, but thanks to the kind receptionist who helped me keep it safe.
Lobby is nice area to dine my konbini food and beverages.
There is coin laundry nearby.

The biggest plus point was the location of the hotel — smack right in the middle of the food alleys of Ueno.
