The room is very clean and comparatively bigger than typical Japan hotel room. It’s very cozy and quiet to stay. They also have indoor onsen and sauna, which is very nice.

It is not new,
5min walk from the station,
And the service may not be up to 5 star expectations.
But.
It is clean and maintained well.
Has own onsen and comes w sauna.

The hotel is exceptionally well located, right next to the Chinatown area, making it very convenient for dining and sightseeing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Super clean hostel and I loved that they provided clean towels for every day and other toiletries! The pods were also large and comfortable!

Very spacious “capsule” style rooms which are so much more than capsules honestly. I have a lot of luggage and I could fit everything in the room. Everything is cleaned on a daily basis at 10am.

Convenience of transportation. It is close to Chinatown and you can walk to Glover Garden.

This is a newly built serviced apartment–style hotel that is exceptionally clean and well maintained.

This place is quiet and relaxing but it is 21 mins away by foot from the next bus stop to town. However, you can ask front desk to pick you up and drop you off beppu station upon arrival/departure.

Highly recommend. The outdoor private onsen is absolutely amazing. Rooms were beautiful, clean, and private. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well.

Very friendly staff, quaint and quiet hotel. Large space and japanese style room was a good size. Hotel is a bit old, but felt clean. The bath houses are traditional japanese separated by gender/sex.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Beppu.

I stayed here for two nights. The location is excellent, situated next to the Tokiwa Department Store, Yume Town, and the Oita Bus Station—very convenient.

Amazing hotel attentive to detail and the service is beyond expectations. They over three of four onsen experiences to choose from free of charge. Two outdoor onsen also comes with sauna.

It was my first time in Yufuin, and I ate delicious food and had a relaxing time in the open-air bath in each room, which was available 24 hours a day.

It's right after getting off the Yufuin interchange. The welcoming and customer service with a smile is wonderful.
The bath is warm and there is a bath in the room, but I love the large public bath.

Love this ryokan tucked away from Yufuin city (5 mins by taxi, 30 mins if you walk). Charming.

This is one of the best hot springs I have ever visited. I will certainly return next time and rent a car for greater convenience. The staff and locals are very friendly. A truly wonderful experience.

We had the most amazing time at this Ryokan. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Staff were uber professional, friendly and spoke very good english.

After reaching Fukuoka International Airport on 23 Oct, we made our way to Yufuin for a night stay after arranging our luggage at the T-Q-Bin to be sent directly to our hotel in Kumamoto.

5 stars all the way! My favourite accommodation in my whole Japan trip in September. They had an indoor and outdoor onsen, good when you’re tired after a long day of walking or waking up early.

The view is amazing. It looks like a nice cafe view in Bukchon Hanok Village.
