Me and my dad stayed here from May 31st to June 2nd and it was a great time there.
During check in, we were helped by this person name Mine.

1. Going to the hotel – The hotel has a pick up service from Togo station, but YOU NEED TO BOOK by email 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, as the bus only come per demand basis.

Staying here for 2nights and the staff is so kind & can be put my luggage here before check-in time. Enjoy the welcome sparking wine & chill with onsen-jacuzzi in room. Really recommend!

My stay at this hotel stood out to me as one of the best I had in Japan. The location is close to a train station and family mart. The hotel was very clean and modern.

I stayed at One Fukuoka Hotel in last December 2025.
I really loved it. The room is spacious and beautiful. There were plenty of complimentary snacks in the lounge as well as in the room.

The hotel boasts a superb location, right next to a shopping mall and directly connected to the Tianshen Underground Shopping Mall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Fukuoka as it was only a 5 minute walk to Hakata Station to catch the Subway and to meet up with our two 1 day Tours.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at — very clean, staff is kind and friendly, nice study/work area, extensive book collection, and toiletries and laundry available.

I had a lovely stay at this place! It's just a quick 10-minute stroll to the subway and bus stops, making it super convenient to get around.

This place is a great choice if you are open to staying in a dorm room. I typically prefer capsule hotels and didn't think I would like this setup, but it completely won me over.

I stayed in the mixed dorm bunkbeds and I was surprised to find that they offer a cleaning service to change the sheets and make your bed.

Comfortable, modern hotel a few minutes walk from the city centre and all the major restaurants, 10 min walk from the railway station. Clean, well-equipped rooms, good WI-FI, friendly personnel.

I had a great stay at Hotel Trad Hakata. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the whole experience really comfortable.

Located high on a hill east of downtown, with spectacular panoramic views of the city and harbour. Parking is available onsite and managed well.

Beautiful spot out of the way from the tourists. Peaceful and quiet with great food. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We loved our stay here and was a highlight of our trip.

Came to this hotel for one night stay with my baby and it doesn't disappoint. The staff is helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus service is a plus.

The hotel is located in an area with good access to Kumamoto's downtown and Kumamoto Castle. The facilities are clean and the rooms are comfortable.

I have been here a week and almost everything has been perfect.

I visited Kitakyushu in the morning and stayed one night on my way to Beppu. I am so satisfied that this is an accommodation that only I want to know about.

It was a very, very nice inn♪ The landlady had a warm atmosphere at first.

Warm and welcoming service. Free-flow amazake, apple juice & “Detox water” (flavored with orange slices & mint leaves) at the lobby.

Free Ramen at certain times of day, free ice cream at certain times, manga to read. Jelly and water in fridge upon arrival.

I believe that every hotel has its unique charm, and this one is no exception.

To me, the room is a bit small. The breakfast at executive lounge is limited and standard.

Great Hilton property! Superb rooms! Awesome ocean views. The breakfast buffet is pretty huge but very busy with a nice variety of things.

Recently stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I would highly recommend it for Fukuoka visitors. The staff is great, & special shout out to Ms 中谷 for her patient assistance.

A classy hotel that we stayed at for two nights whilst in Fukuoka. Near the city centre, convenient walk to the train station, and has good amenities provided.

I was a bit upset that there's no closet in my room. The wall is too thin, that's why we can hear things from the other side, but I guess it's the same in many Japanese hotels.

Very nice hotel. I booked last minute because it was pouring rain and I wanted something close to the station after long ride on the train.

Execellent stay and location on buses and trains connections. Rooms were clean and moderate room size, comfortable and relaxing. Great and friendly staff met our requirements.

Toyo Hotel Fukuoka hits the sweet spot for location and comfort. Just a short walk from Hakata Station, it’s perfect if you want to drop your bags and dive straight into the city.

The location is great, the rooms are small so it's hard to store lots of luggage.

Nice, big, and clean rooms. We took twin room with a bathtub. Very friendly staffs. Highly recommended. Close to sushiro, mos burger, 7-11, and Lawson. Very close to airport with free shuttle bus.

The hotel rooms are new and clean. Quite spacious for 3 pieces of luggage too.
They are very responsive over email and accepted my booking for the shuttle bus almost immediately.

Not far from the station but if you have big luggage you have to drag it uphill a little bit 🥹. The street in Yufuin in the evening is very quiet and dark so recommend to get back to the place not

A pleasant little house, run by a kind lady and her cat.

Good overall. Clean, but small in ground floor and need to carry luggage to walk the stairs. Not recommend for elderly.

Beautiful and quiet place, beautiful interior, bright and big living room with kitchen. Everything is clean. There is a washing machine with dryer. Great place for friends or family for good price.

It's a unique spot for sure. The sulphur smell in the area and around the onsen takes some getting used to.
Parts of the hotel is great and other parts a bit run down, but great value over all.

Quickly addressing some concerns from previous reviews based on a stay in April 2024. The hotel does NOT feel old. Entryway, amenities, and rooms all feel modern.
