The hotel has an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Hakata Station. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

We stayed 3 nights and could not fault the hotel. Helpful friendly and efficient staff. Small but comfortable rooms. A few minutes walk to Hakata train and bus station makes this great location.

Great location. Staffs are helpful n cheerful. Arrange our parking with wonderful courtesy.

My four night stay at the Hotel Monterey was perfect. I was given a charming single room, not tiny at all.

Got a extremely good deal through Agoda. Rooms on the high floors have spectacular views of the city and ocean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Traditional Japanese style room, service including making the bed with sophisticated prediction of customer's need, although bathroom are so tiny, it only deduct a little bit from its great service.

Best hotel I stayed at during my trip. I was by myself and the hotel was like a tiny apartment with a fantastic view of the mountain. Luxurious if you will.

When staying here, keep in mind that this is not a typical hotel. Room cleaning is only provided for stays of more than 3 nights.

The hotel located very close to subway exit. Lobby is located on 2/F floor while restaurant is on the 1/F. Front desk is efficient and pleasant. The hotel is new, though not spacious.

Expectation for an airline company JAL was set too high. Don't let the name and the interior of the lobby fool you. Their rooms are just slightly bigger than APA.

We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 AM and requested an early check-in. At first, it was not available, but my husband asked again and the hotel kindly accommodated our request.

This is a newer hotel, so everything felt fresh and very clean. The room size is on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for a city-centre stay, but it was well laid out and comfortable.

This hotel is in an excellent location next to BIC and all kinds of Shopping. They let me keep my luggage till 2pm while I went to load up on Christmas gifts and eyeglasses at JINS.

Stay in Jan bit of a late review, decent business hotel. Easy train trip to airport and a 10 minute to the main entertainment/shopping area in Fukuoka. Polite and efficient staff.

I would recommend this hotel due to a number of factors. First the twin room we booked was very spacious with comfortable beds. The level of service from the front desk team is outstanding. Thank you.

The room was quite spacious and located right in the city center. The bed was very soft and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.

Strategically located close in proximity to most things within the heart of Fukuoka city, this hotel had everything we needed.

Great location. Self check-in, but staff actively help. Room is small but attractive. No view from our room. There are only 2 lifts for 13 floors so there were lines occasionally.

If I were giving it a score: 4.5 / 5. For what it offers — location, cleanliness, good facilities — it’s a very solid choice in Fukuoka.

Spacious rooms, it even has a quite big desk. Comfortable bed too! The room looks very new and has a nice touch to the style.
It is quite centralized with quite a few stations very close.

The hotel is a bit outside of the downtown core but if you’re driving this shouldn’t be an issue. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet even with the air conditioning one.

This hotel is truly excellent. It is well-located—close to the Catholic church and the park, and near a shopping street; even Sihailou is nearby.

Property is located just at the foot of Glover hill within walking distance from the bus station that connects to the central train station with pretty high frequency.

The hotel is located up a really steep and winding mountain. But it boasts really pretty views of the city and sea channel. Can be seen from the sea view rooms and the top balcony.

Awesome views, both night & day view. Located at the hill top with spectacular view of the river and city. Hotel separated into two blocks the main & annex.

There is a 7-Eleven on the ground floor which is really convenient. The lobby is on the second floor, where you can pick up the toiletries that you need.

Modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The entire facility is spotless and offers great value.
