Very dirty. Long hairs left in room. Itchy my body. Too bad.
Hood house for a large group. We had 5 adults and 4 kids stay and plenty of rm for all. It wasn't close to any sightseeing places.

I’m not sure why this has such low reviews. We stayed here for the Kyoto leg of our 20 day trip and it’s the best place we stayed by a mile.
Absolutely spotless and clean. You’d think you were walking into a show house it’s so clean.
Three rooms. Two bedrooms upstairs with 3 beds each, lots of space. The divided living room doubles as a third room with futons which are VERY comfortable. Fabulous sleep.
Two separate rooms for toilets, a shower room and a powder room.
It was perfect for our group of four. We had plenty of space and it’s easily the best place we stayed over the course of our entire trip.
Location is a bit far, but 15 mins to a train station and there’s a bus stop like 5 mins away so it’s doable.
Highly recommend. This will be where we stay anytime we come to Kyoto and will recommend it to all our friends and family.
