SPA Hotels in Hokkaido

Staffs are all friendly. Really great price for the rooms. They have pretty new facilities than most of niseko hotels. Rooms are comfortable and price are fair.

This was our first ski trip to Niseko with our three children. Honestly, we booked this place mainly because it was good value for money, and we didn’t know much about Niseko at the time.

Cozy and comfortable place to stay. Three bedrooms can fit a big family or a group of friends. This cute looking accommodation is fully furnished, especially the equipment in kitchen.

We visited the private onsen. Very cool. Doesn't have a view but the water is nice and hot. Service was awesome. I can not Comenta on rooms. But the private onsen was cool.

We visited in August. Staying here was such a great experience. The room is clean, modest, and comfortable.

Not far from Furano central. Came just for the Onsen. Good hot temperature indoor & outdoor. Indoor got a cold pool & hot jacuzzi. The hotel has a staff testing the water temperature. Clean & tidy.

American here, never been to an onsen before I went here. I would advise that if you have never been, please do some research about how it all works before you go.
That said, it was great.

This was my second stay here, and it was once again a wonderful choice.

My family of 5 had a good experience at Hotel Mahoroba. It is a large hotel that caters to tour groups. We all stayed in one tatami room which was fairly spacious by Japanese standards.
Pros.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of July 2026 for our summer vacation.
The first impression?

We stayed at Jozankei Manseikaku Hotel Milione on our second night of the trip. The room was cozy, organized, and quiet. While we were out, the staff helped set up our futons.

I stayed and skied here recently. Location is perfect! Its basically a ski in ski out resort, and ski rentals locker and dining facilities are all great.

The resort is just outside the beginner's ski area on the West Side of Rusutsu. You need to take the East Gondola to get to the West side with the better and more exciting runs.

Cosy, kind of posh inn that seemed to be manned exclusively by one extremely competent, attentive staff — kudos to him.

We chose Lake Shikotsu for our last location before heading to New Chitose airport the next day. This hotel is a hidden gem and very roomy.

This is my second time staying here, and I’m so grateful to the hotel! During my first visit, I accidentally left my doll behind.

From check-in to check-out, the service at ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose was fantastic.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

A convenient hotel which is zero distance between the depature/ arrival hall. All you need is to access on the halls by the hotel's elevator.

After a long day of traveling to Tokyo in the midst of a threat of a canceled connection to Sapporo due to snow, Air Terminal Hotel in the new Chitose Airport (Sapporo) was a welcomed relief!

This hotel was super modern and clean. The only thing that I didn't like was the layout of the room. It seems like there were too many doors.

Great service and nice room! We slept very comfortably. The bathroom shower was especially lovely.

Hotel is somewhat dated but still clean. I like the welcome drink of corn tea at the concierge.

We LOVE Omo7 Asahikawa!
We just wrapped up our 2nd weeklong stay there (2 years in a row). We returned because the staff, amenities, and proximity to mountains and food are EXCEPTIONAL.

The hotel is just amazing, but I really want to make focus here in how nice, efficient and helpful was the staff here.

Absolutely no complaint. Given the prime location and affordable price, the room space is considered spacious. They serve ice cream/sorbets, prebiotic drinks, and salt ramen at specific timings daily.

The location is excellent. Very close to Susukino Station and the nightlife area. It’s lively outside but still quiet enough inside for a comfortable stay.

Very good location, nice and clean rooms, our booking came with free breakfast with a variety of menu everyday, typical japan hotel room size with bath and tub.

It is a high class category in Kitami City. The room is large. No complaints about the facilities. Breakfast is a buffet. Good location too.

Located in the downtown area, there are many restaurants around the hotel.
There is also a men's sauna in the hotel.
Free for hotel guests.
Bring towels from your room.

Definitely one of the best hotel in Nemuro, though room rate is not cheap. The lady in the frontdesk is friendly (but the man on night shift was rude).

The room is tatami /futon style. With a public bath in the basement of the hotel. Robes are available in the rooms. An unforgettable experience for my family.

It is in a secluded area, private. The Onsen is spectacular with views and facilities. In the winter is beautiful, there is a convenience store in the hotel that sells snacks and drinks.

The views and service and rooms are 5 star. The only issue is it's isolated so there is not much choose for dinning. Really enjoyed the rotenburo views of gardens and ponds.

Overall hotel is clean. We got assigned to the new wing which was new. Beds were comfortable.

I booked my stay through Agoda. Please be aware that the standard reservation does not include breakfast, and it absolutely cannot be purchased at the hotel on the day of your stay.

Sometimes, if I really like a place, i'll leave a review shortly after checking in. I was tempted to do so here but I waited until after dinner.

Best hotel in the area!
Fantastic location, friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, fantastic onsen and great restaurant — both buffet and set menu.

I stayed here for a trip to Niseko, which is about a 30-minute drive away. The hotel has some wonderful highlights, but also a few downsides to consider.
