I mainly enjoy the experience for the special event, Krug Igloo. I choose the French course. The food and service is absolutely amazing.

Had a blast in the hotel, pinnacle of service from the staff and even better design and facilities.

We had a fantastic 5-day, 4-night stay at The Vale Rusutsu (Feb 14–19). While the resort itself is beautiful, the service is what really stood out. We want to give a massive thank you to Hsin Ling.

A special highlight for me was the Ski Club classes.

During my stay in May 2025, I was impressed by the exceptional service and cleanliness. The bath was spacious, well designed, and offered an ocean view, with water of excellent mineral quality.

Premier room with 4 beds is comfortable for family of 4. Location is walking distance from stellar place and Daimaru. I feel service can be better as they don’t have voltage transformer.

We have a fantastic 5 days’ stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo.

Best mid price range hotel during our trip across Japan. Well maintained and great service. Room size and condition are great.

Strategically located in the shopping street of Tanu Kikoji, drug stores & convenience stores are all a stone throw away.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights for me and my mom. This hotel is good and affordable. I got it around 120.000yen for 10 nights.
It was near susukino, only 5-10 minutes walk.

The room was very spacious and came with a kitchen and a washer, which was a big plus. Free coffee and tea are provided in the lobby.

After staying at several InterContinental hotels across Japan, this was without a doubt the best Intercontinental experience I’ve had.

What a fabulous location and modern environment with everything you could need.

Despite low service expectations based on the outdated website, the local expatriate staff were all hardworking and provided excellent service.

The twin room is contemporary and spacious enough to have two suitcases open with room to walk around. Storage is limited but as we were here only one night this was not an issue.

We had a great experience here. It was one of my best hotel experiences I ever had and I stayed at hundreds of hotels and resort over the world.

Stunning property. Staff were very friendly, informative and efficient. This place is terrific value for money. The room size was huge with a sitting area as well as two extra large single beds.

I stayed here for three nights in late September. Although the building itself is old, it was spotless and well-maintained, so I never felt uncomfortable at all.

No complaints. Super nice Sauna with cold and warm baths. Gym bit small but sufficient. Sight from 11th floor was super nice. Staff was very friendly.

I just had a fantastic stay at this Grand Mercure. Staffs were super friendly and nice and kind. Lounge was huge and free! Room not brand new but very clean, elegant and classy.

The hotel looks dated from the lobby and elevators, however, the rooms were newly refurbished. We enjoyed the rooms, along with the view of the mountains.

Had the pleasure to stay 3 nights here two weeks ago. Due to the reviews I had low expectations, plus the fact that they only have one coach and is always fully booked.

I don't understand how this is a 3 star hotel? this should be at least 5 star! in my opinion and rightfully so. The dinner and breakfast buffet here was amazing, everything was clean and great.

Very nice, clean and modern onsen hotel. Stayed here with my family for two nights and also enjoyed the onsen baths (they have indoor and outdoor baths).

We liked this ryokan. It was very quiet and relaxing. The food is very delicious, the onsen is real onsen and the service is very friendly.

80 Years old iconic half Ryokan half Hotel Very effort, hard working staff. The meals are all Japanese style therefore not recommended for whom do not eat raw fish.

At first I was a little surprised by the price of a room, but after staying I would certainly recommend and I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed in the capsules and it was seriously perfect for the price — what a bargain!

Capsule beds are high tech, with mood lighting, reading light, and outlets to charge your stuff. They also lock. Felt super secure.

I stayed and skied here recently. Location is perfect! Its basically a ski in ski out resort, and ski rentals locker and dining facilities are all great.

The resort is just outside the beginner's ski area on the West Side of Rusutsu. You need to take the East Gondola to get to the West side with the better and more exciting runs.

Nice little touristy town with a few things to do. However, the town exists because of the hotsprings. So people come maily for the Onsen. Managed well but be warned: you go in the nude!

I did not get the chance to try the hot spring 🥲 My friends did and they said it was very good.
The hot spring opens up to night time, so there are plenty of time.

A non frill small hotel with a great cafe at the lobby. The pastries are high quality and delicious. The onsen is very hot but we can use the grand onsen at a big hotel opposite.

Fantastic hotel, extremely comfortable, modern, with the best café in town at the lobby. You have to try their creations!
Staff was kind, bathroom was luxurious, beds clean and super comfy.
