This was the third year we stayed at this property, always around the same time, and we have loved every single visit.
The hotel itself is aesthetically beautiful, well maintained and peaceful.

We had an amazing stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. The property itself is beautiful, but what really stood out was the service.

Amazing resort! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Mei, William, and Eric were stand outs and were incredibly helpful and nice. Very good people!

Rooms and hotel facilities were exceptional. Very convenient access to the ski area and a variety of restaurants inside the resort. Housekeeping needs improvement.

We stayed here recently in Feb 2026 for the snow festival.

Best mid price range hotel during our trip across Japan. Well maintained and great service. Room size and condition are great.

The hotel is new with an understated yet tasteful interior design. I particularly loved the bathroom layout in the room. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Club Med Sahoro is a fantastic choice, especially for families with kids.

We just had a wonderful 6 days at Club Med Sahoro. The quality of the team is reflected in how smoothly everything runs, how clean the resort is and how happy and accomodating everyone has been.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights for me and my mom. This hotel is good and affordable. I got it around 120.000yen for 10 nights.
It was near susukino, only 5-10 minutes walk.

The room was very spacious and came with a kitchen and a washer, which was a big plus. Free coffee and tea are provided in the lobby.

A very comfortable stay and one I would happily return to on a future trip to Sapporo.

Great clean modern and central hotel. Perfect for us as we were taking a break between skiing Niseko and Furano.

We stayed here for a few days recently and this hotel, was quite different from other hotels, we had stayed in in Hokkaido. It is on the BIG! side.

This hotel was located on the hill in Shari-cho. Everything here is huge by Japanese standards. The lobby was massive. The rooms were large, quiet, clean but not quite warm enough.

Spacious room with balcony and great seaview! The hotel  also offers a free one hour private bath. The pictures of the hotel were taken from the pier in front of the hotel.

During my stay in May 2025, I was impressed by the exceptional service and cleanliness. The bath was spacious, well designed, and offered an ocean view, with water of excellent mineral quality.

Lovely onsen hotel experience. Stayed here for one night. I went looking for an onsen experience, but having tattoos, I didn’t want to bother with a public one or having to put on tattoo covers.

I stayed here for one night to explore Jozankei and enjoy some high-end traditional Japanese hospitality. I'm pleased to say that Grand Blissen Hotel did not disappoint in either of these aspects.

An older hotel that shows its high class. The mural on the ceiling of the reception is the first indication of the art and aesthetic of the venue.

I just had a fantastic stay at this Grand Mercure. Staffs were super friendly and nice and kind. Lounge was huge and free! Room not brand new but very clean, elegant and classy.

Amazing experience staying here. The hotel is in such a convenient spot right in the heart of Niseko, with easy access to lifts, restaurants, and everything else.

I stayed at The Vale Niseko for 5 nights, and the overall accommodation experience was fantastic! The room cleanliness was impeccable, and the front desk staff were highly professional and welcoming.

We loved staying nearly one week at this family run hotel. Rooms were good sized. Ski storage and boot drying room were excellent and well laid out.

Amazing location, good breakfast buffet included, great onsen. Room was dated but had everything we needed. Would stay again.

At first I was a little surprised by the price of a room, but after staying I would certainly recommend and I would certainly stay here again.

My recent stay at The Lake Suite Ko no Sumika in Hokkaido was absolutely phenomenal and completely exceeded all my expectations.

Excellent onsen hotel with in room bath open air looking into Lake Toya with Mount Yotei in the background in good weather.
I enjoyed the balcony with sofa looking the mountains.

Very nice, clean and modern onsen hotel. Stayed here with my family for two nights and also enjoyed the onsen baths (they have indoor and outdoor baths).

We liked this ryokan. It was very quiet and relaxing. The food is very delicious, the onsen is real onsen and the service is very friendly.

A real gem that feels like home. The team were very passionate and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and great breakfast.

Perfect location to get to the ski lifts. There is plenty of parking. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Vincent made the entire process amazing.

I stayed and skied here recently. Location is perfect! Its basically a ski in ski out resort, and ski rentals locker and dining facilities are all great.

The resort is just outside the beginner's ski area on the West Side of Rusutsu. You need to take the East Gondola to get to the West side with the better and more exciting runs.

Great place! I stayed in the pod, which locked with its own key card. Very clean. Large breakfast buffet included. Free shuttle to the lift, but you need to walk back.

We stayed in the capsules and it was seriously perfect for the price — what a bargain!

Nice little touristy town with a few things to do. However, the town exists because of the hotsprings. So people come maily for the Onsen. Managed well but be warned: you go in the nude!

I did not get the chance to try the hot spring 🥲 My friends did and they said it was very good.
The hot spring opens up to night time, so there are plenty of time.

A non frill small hotel with a great cafe at the lobby. The pastries are high quality and delicious. The onsen is very hot but we can use the grand onsen at a big hotel opposite.

Fantastic hotel, extremely comfortable, modern, with the best café in town at the lobby. You have to try their creations!

I had a very good experience while staying here. The hotel employees are accommodating, friendly, and efficient. I was in a room that faced the water and the view was beautiful.

It was nice that it had an ocean view near the beach and that you could also choose breakfast. This hotel is a converted love hotel, so it would be good for couples.

The ocean view when I woke up in the morning was amazing in a reasonably priced room.
The room was clean and the bathroom was clean, so I had a wonderful stay ^_^
I would like to use it again!
