Room condition was great! I will definitely stay again next year for my ski trip.

The Portom Hotel is situated within the international terminal of New Chitose Airport.

Good location, convenient that it’s right above the station and a large mall. Friendly enough staff. Nice onsen including an “outdoor” pool.

All very good but pity windows cannot be opened. Clean room. Entire hotel smoke free so no risk of getting smoke stench room. Fast Wi-Fi. Strong hot shower pressure. High floor with nice view.

It’s a very nice and intimate place to stay a couple of nights in.
Once we drove our car into their car park, their staff came out to direct us and help with the luggages.

It's not often you get to give a hotel 5-stars — mostly you can find one or two tiny flaws that deduct half a star. Not so for Otaru Furukawa.

We stayed at Sansui Niseko from 8–10 December, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish.

The best hotel suite I've ever stayed in Japan! I ordered a one bed deluxe suite for snowboarding. The room is huuuggge and the service was awesome! Every staff members is super nice.

I love the spacious room, convenient location to the train station and market. It is a hidden gem. The staff was eager to help and smiled all the time.

Hakodate Danshaku Club Hotel & Resorts.
I stayed at the Hakodate Danshaku Club Hotel & Resorts near the Hakodate JR station and the vibrant Morning Market.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for our multi-generational family trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay at The Maples.
We originally chose it as its ski in/ out but what we didn't expect was the incredible service.

I mainly enjoy the experience for the special event, Krug Igloo. I choose the French course. The food and service is absolutely amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Kasho Gyoen. After several days of packed itineraries, spending two nights here allowed us to finally slow down, relax, and enjoy some much-needed rest.

Kasho Gyoen was my first all inclusive onsen experience and they set the bar so very high. Located a little past Jozankei’s main village, the location felt like a quiet and peaceful little secret.

Located within a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, this hotel was the perfect accommodation for our trip.

After a long flight we were looking for somewhere that was easy to get to and comfortable for an overnight stay. The Solaria hotel was a great choice.

Good turnover for the night. Centrally located just 10 mins away by car to downtown Hakodate. Rooms are decently sized. Hotel has a lift. The reception are friendly.

The hotel is definitely one of the nicer ones in Hakodate. Location is very close the Hakodate station and morning market. I saw a king crab with legs the size of my 4 year old's arm.

Rooftop Hot Springs is a fantastic experience! It’s new and clean, offering a real onsen experience. There’s a mini bar right outside that serves ramen, ice cream, and Hokkaido milk.

One word about this hotel… WOW. It was plenty luxurious the amenities is plentiful. The lobby is nice and grand. The staff is extremely helpful.

Stayed here during the winter ski season. The ski in ski out area is pretty small and tight.

If you want spectacular service in a sleek and modern hotel located on a great ski mountain with the world’s best and most reliable powder snow, then Muwa is the place to stay.

We had a fantastic 5-day, 4-night stay at The Vale Rusutsu (Feb 14–19). While the resort itself is beautiful, the service is what really stood out. We want to give a massive thank you to Hsin Ling.

The hotel's facilities and environment were good and comfortable. The staff were generally friendly and kind. However, one staff member, who wore glasses, was slightly overweight, and not very tall.

Traditional family run Onsen overlooking the Ocean and we were hoping to see the drift ice.

Great spot to stay for Shiretoko national park. Staff make you feel welcome and the rooms have an excellent view of the water. Food is sensational.

Great hotel with reasonable price and handy location close to JR Station. We are family of three and the room with three beds was a bit small. However the overall experience was excellent.

Hotel is conveniently located (near shopping malls and 15-20mins away from Odori Park) and what is great is that you can get to the hotel from Sapporo station via the underground passage.

The loveliest onsen manor / hotel accommodations! It looks like the manor of a really rich grand uncle from the 20s.

First time to Hokkaido!
Saw Onuma Tsuruga Resort online and was impressed with it and decided to reserve a room with private onsen.

Room, Breakfast, Staffs were excellent.
Breakfast was a top notch experience.

We were at our last stop a tad apprehensive about this property, various things popped up that made me question our choice!

What a fantastic experience, from beginning to end! I have to commend the staff. Every single person we met went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs.

By far the best location and best apartment hotel in Niseko.

The hotel accidentally damaged the wheel of my wife’s carry-on luggage, but they took full responsibility and promptly purchased a brand-new replacement for us, which was truly appreciated.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from the JR station after you exit. The service was outstanding, and every staff member was incredibly kind and friendly.

I stayed two nights at Hotel Emisia and found the room comfortable, even though it was a bit too warm. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I also tried the local specialty, katsugen.

Our room is beautifully designed in modern Japanese style, very woody and cosy, and quiet too! It is very small but feel so comfortable and homely! The bed linen is soft, fluffy and warm.

We stayed at both Keio Plaza and Keio Prelia before. Both are good location and within walking distance to Sapporo station.

Lovely hotel at a convenient location, particularly if you are planning a lot of day trips. 5 mins walk from Sapporo JR Station, connected to Daimaru. 7/11 and Seico Mart opposite the hotel.
