SPA Hotels in Hokkaido

The first impression was… well… It reminded me of a D&D campaign. The lighting was dim the hall looked like a dark dungeon corridor.
The room, however, was well lighted and rather spacious.

Glad we booked the Portom last minute even I have to pay to cancel the Sapporo hotel since the JR service was not in full operation due to heavy snow on the day we arrived and we didnt want to queue

I love the spacious room, convenient location to the train station and market. It is a hidden gem. The staff was eager to help and smiled all the time.

Hakodate Danshaku Club Hotel & Resorts.
I stayed at the Hakodate Danshaku Club Hotel & Resorts near the Hakodate JR station and the vibrant Morning Market.

Beautiful hotel, mountain view twin suite was very spacious, thoughtfully outfitted, incredibly comfortable beds. Loved the layout and views.

Having traveled extensively across America, Europe, and Asia—and as longtime Hilton Diamond members who usually stay at Waldorf Astoria or Conrad properties—this was our very first experience with

Excellent location and great experience!
The location is super convenient, right next to the JR station and Aeon mall. The room quality was great, and the staff provided excellent service.

Very conveniently located right next to Asahikawa station. They have free lounge drinks in the evening (coffee and tea).

Stayed here for 5 nights. The room was super comfortable for 2 adults. The window has double shades, so you can reduce the amount of light coming in even more.

Rooms were standard sized for Japanese hotels but it was the care, location, and amenities that made our stay so memorable! The staff of the hotel are very attentive and helpful.

Otaru Furukawa is an excellent onsen hotel located right in the heart of Otaru. It was exactly what I was looking for while looking for accommodations in Otaru.

An unforgettable stay at Hotel Ryokan Furukawa. We stayed in one of the large rooms for four adults, facing the Otaru Canal—the dawn and morning views were absolutely breathtaking.

The loveliest onsen manor / hotel accommodations! It looks like the manor of a really rich grand uncle from the 20s.

First time to Hokkaido!
Saw Onuma Tsuruga Resort online and was impressed with it and decided to reserve a room with private onsen.

My friend and I had a lovely stay at the La Jolie Motomachi. Rooms are charming and location is great. Stones throw away from the ropeway and Motomachi site seeing spots.

We had a wonderful stay here during our first visit to Hakodate, and the city exceeded our expectations.

Century Marina Hakodate is a clean, modern and extremely well-located hotel.

On the last full day of my 3 month stay in Hakodate my wife and I used our Onsen Passports to visit this highly chic waterfront spa Hotel. Best rooftop onsen experience I have ever had. For $17.

Pros:
Our 1 bedroom suite was VERY nice. Ample room, great dining table, great couch, full kitchen, washer dryer with laundry pods, great bathroom, separate toilet area, and comfortable sleeping area.

Amazing resort! Probably the best ski resort I've stayed at. The service is exceptional — the staff go above and beyond, great location and great amenities. Would definitely recommend!

A truly Japanese hospitality! The staff knows our needs before we even asked. We stayed for 2 nights with our toddler and the chief providing accommodation and food alternation for our 2 year old!

The quality of the facilities and restaurant are both excellent.
I was worried about wine pairing/sake pairing, and I was able to mix and match the pairings, and I appreciate your courteous service.

It’s my first snowboarding trip and we Stayed at The Maples Niseko and it just made the trip really easy and memorable. No stress, everything was smooth from start to finish.

We had a fantastic stay at The Maples in Niseko. The hotel is beautifully located with easy access to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for skiing.

Amazing resort! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Mei, William, and Eric were stand outs and were incredibly helpful and nice. Very good people!

Rooms and hotel facilities were exceptional. Very convenient access to the ski area and a variety of restaurants inside the resort. Housekeeping needs improvement.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and enjoyed it very much.
The hotel has a warm, personal atmosphere and is family-run, which makes the stay feel welcoming and authentic.

Lovely and cosy little hotel by the side of the road inbetween the Shirotoko visitor centre and Shiretoko 5 lakes.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with my friends. The staffs are helpful, friendly and great English speaking. Hotel is located from the JR station north exit within 5 min walk.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. After a long flight, we were happy to say we had a very very good sleep.

My stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo was excellent from start to finish.

Located within a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, this hotel was the perfect accommodation for our trip.

We stayed as a family of three, husband, wife and 2 year old baby from 26 June to 1 July i. E. 5 Nights.
Hotel is conveniently located in Susukino district which is a central hub in Sapporo.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. My experience was superb. Loved the breakfast spread they have every morning. Their luggage storage service is super convenient.

You can’t ask for a better location in Sapporo.

First time to this hotel on a brief visit to Sapporo. It is in an excellent location next to the train station with direct trains to the airport. The hotel was very clean with excellent service.

Club Med Sahoro is a fantastic choice, especially for families with kids.

We just had a wonderful 6 days at Club Med Sahoro. The quality of the team is reflected in how smoothly everything runs, how clean the resort is and how happy and accomodating everyone has been.

Everything from the staff, the location, the food and rooms were everything you picture when thinking of a relaxing and pleasant stay for a hotel.

Room, Breakfast, Staffs were excellent.
Breakfast was a top notch experience.

Good place to go ski, need to walk 5 mins to gondola.

The location is excellent — ski-in/ski-out. The room was clean and well maintained, and the equipment was in great condition.

Had an amazing stay at Muwa Niseko — the rooms and service were absolutely perfect. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I will one hundred percent be back.

This place isn't the best, it's the bestest.
The staff was awesome.

Great hotel in a convenient location.
Rooms were clean and decent size.

We absolutely loved it here. The hotel has family hotel positive touch. The traditional dinner in the room was delicious and copious (merci chef Watanabe).

We stayed at this property for two nights with our large family, and it truly left a lasting impression.

We had an amazing experience staying here! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the service throughout was excellent.

Absolutely loved this place!

This is a Top 5 hotel experience type of place. Actually, I hesitate to call it a hotel or even a resort because doing so feels cheap. This is so beyond a hotel, beyond a kitschy resort.
