Pricey but worth the stay. Staff is accommodating and we love our room. The view is great from our room. It's a winter wonderland looking at the snow falling through our glass windows!

Great hotel with excellent location, great view and ski facilities. Also love the food in the hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

We just had lunch with special request and they offered dishes which were very delicious and more than expected. Very kind staff and service!

Not the cheapest but one of the best hotel I've ever stayed. Clean room and hallway. Kind and helpful staff. Kids friendly. Clean spa. Big modern TV with internet and YouTube. We got the room with kitchen so it was spacious. There was washing machine with dryer. Bathroom also clean. Dinner and breakfast was very delicious. Now about not so good minor things. Shampoo, body gel etc. Bottles are very small. King bed size was rather Queen. The day we came was very windy and the seats in the hotel shuttle bus were covered with sand and small stones, driver couldn't provide wiper to wipe them. But over all recommended as a safe relaxing place to go.

Ski in ski out set-up. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The suite we stayed in had dish washer and laundry washer and dryer. Very convenient for drying wet ski gloves and thermals after a hearty day of skiing. Gotta love the private onsen. Very relaxing. The restaurant on the first floor has some of the best Japanese food I've had to date. Their beer, wine and sake collection is considerable as well. Hotel staff have been extremely helpful. Well trained and courteous. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend it. Pros: friendly staff, spacious rooms, good onsen, good breakfast, good restaurant, ski valet, clean. And the best bit: ski in/ski out. Super convenient. Right next to the holiday chairlift and hirafu gondola. The staff will take care of your requests — booking ski lessons, assisting with rentals, purchasing mountain pass, restaurant bookings etc.

A very nice hotel where price is above average but you get what you pay for. The staff are extremely friendly and wiling to help out.

A friend and I stayed here for 11 days recently and we loved it. We were treated like kings! Front desk were superb with any queries we had and the staff at the ski valet were extremely helpful to us and gave us tips on where to explore first. Our room was not big but for two of us it was comfortable enough considering we were skiing the whole day. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here, we will definitely be back next season. Thank you.

The hotel is extremely convenient. You can book ski rental, lift ticket, bus transfer all through their front desk. Ski in ski out and u can return ur rentals in the hotel. Good.

Tried Ann Dining this lunch time. Great burger, wagyu beef bowl was a disappointment, blue fin tuna bowl is only so so. Really enjoyed my hot chocolate, creamy and not too sweet, Lots of lovely looking items on the menu, unfortunately, last day in Niseko so will save for next time.

Great place to be here, I love her the moment I step in… Beautiful. Good b/fast n is next to the ski area, free shuttle van to village… must stay.

I've stayed at the Ki twice, and am already booked for my next trip. In terms of location, there is simply nothing better, particularly for more experienced skiers who want access to the Gondola. Staff have always been friendly. Rooms are modern and clean, and a reasonable size by Japanese standards (which are often very small by western standards! )

Modern, conveniently located, great service, beautifully designed. Wonderful view of Yotei mountain from a large glass window (must reserve a valley view room). Restaurant on the lobby is good with a nice wine list. The out door hot spring is nice, but ill located.

Delicious breakfast and small but relaxing onsen. But the staff members need some training on client management. A couple of them seemed like they were not happy to see us check-in… Also we had several pieces of luggages to carry but no hotel staff was offering to help.

One of the best hotels in Niseko area. Rooms are clean & tidy. The hotel itself is very near to the gondolas. We went there during summer so it was not too crowded, which was great for us. Rates are on the high side, but you get what you pay for. Breakfast is great as they serve local produce and organic rice. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. They sent me a follow up email regarding the trip before we checked in. There's 2 private hot spring (onsen), reservation is recommended. We would love to stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights and found it to be faultless. Room was amazingly beautiful, clean and spacious. Unbeatable location with chair lifts just meters away! Staff were absolutely stellar and helpful. The valet ski service on the first floor was great! Highly recommend.

Very good! We stayed there in the summer and had a great time. The hotel is very nice, especially the onset. The breakfast did not have a huge selection, but everything on offer was delicious.

We had the same experience as Chris below though with three children one had to go on the couch.

Had a fantastic stay at Ki Niseko in March 2015. The location doesn't get any better — right next to the Niseko Hirafu Gondola, which makes the the ideal place if you're looking to get out early for fresh tracks. Better than being on the Ace Family Pair side which can get a little congested early on. Their onsen is also a winner and a great way to relax a tired body after a day on the snow. There's plenty of good eating in Niseko, but make sure you spend at least one night at An Dining (Ki Niseko's in-house restaurant), which serves superb Japanese food. Recommend booking the 1 bedroom deluxe which gave us a fantastic view of Mt. Yotei on the only day it wasn't snowing.

Our stay at Ki Niseko was fantastic — the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids) with great facilities in the rooms, including washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher and two TVs. The aircon and humidifier/dehumidifier was an excellent addition too in Niseko where the weather changes a lot during the year. The restaurant was delicious and great value and I'd highly recommend reserving a family onsen (no extra charge! ). We came in Winter when the access to the ski hill was incredible and have now booked again for summer.

Come here if you like expensive and small rooms. Location, food and service — very good.
