The staff are described as extremely welcoming, polite, and attentive; many guests describe the service as "true Japanese hospitality." Employees meet guests at the door, assist with luggage, and show great care for people with limited mobility. There are many foreign employees on staff who try very hard and remain friendly. The check-in process is smooth, and the staff provide detailed explanations regarding the rules for using all facilities.

The hotel offers breakfast and dinner buffets, which guests rate very highly for their variety and quality. The unlimited crab, steaks, sushi, and seafood dishes are particularly noteworthy. For breakfast, caviar, caviar with rice, and seafood are recommended. Traditional kaiseki dinner plans are also available, characterized by high quality and a large number of courses. Soundproofing may be insufficient: in some cases, footsteps from neighbors above and below can be heard.

The hotel uses a system where guests select their necessary amenities and yukatas in a special area in the lobby before checking in. Bottled drinking water and sometimes ice with water are provided in the rooms. Hairdryers are installed in the bathrooms, although some guests noted that their power is too low.

The heating system is functional; however, managing it can be unintuitive, and guests sometimes have to verify the settings at the reception. One guest expressed concern about the lack of air conditioning or the inability to create a breeze during the summer period because the windows are locked for safety reasons.

The hotel is very child-friendly: children's yukatas, special plates, cutlery, and even noodle cutters are provided in the restaurant. There are arcade machines for children, for which they are given free coins. In the lobby, guests can observe fish, parrots, and insects, which is very popular with young guests. The public bath provides special mats for washing infants.

The hotel has special rooms for guests staying with pets. The staff are very friendly toward dogs; however, in public areas such as the lobby, animals are requested to be kept in crates. The hotel provides basic supplies such as puppy pads and paper tableware, but there is minimal specialized equipment for animals.
