Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. The staff were all warm, friendly and welcoming. We were given excellent restaurant recommendations and reservations made.

The hotel was newly renovated so everything was squeaky clean. The room we booked was spacious, and came with a large balcony with a great view of the city, especially during sunrise.

When we arrived in Florence from Milan, we booked and Uber and our driver told us that he loved the place as he was a part time driver for their service.

Outstanding hotel with a great location. We had a beautiful room with a balcony. We could see the Duomo from the balcony and our bathroom. Everything was within a 15 minute walk.

Lovely hotel with very nice and helpful staff. The rooms were cleaned every day. Public transport availble. There are only 2 stops to get to the centre. I highly recommend it. We will be back.

The villa is beautiful, it is an historic building with beautiful paintings and period features. Comfortable bed. Could improve a bit the cleanliness of the rooms, but everything else was very good.

We spent a night in Florence as a transition night, traveling from Spello to Cinque Terre. This was such a comfortable and well-managed hotel. The guest service was top-notch!

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Boutique Hugo in Florence. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home.

The hotel is small, situated on thecthird floor, no lift if you have a lot of laguage it may be a problem. Stayed for one night, the area is 10 min walking from the center.

We spent 5 nights and felt comfortable and at home at the bnb. The room was cleaned and made up daily up to standard.
Breakfast was plentiful to keep you up until dinner.

We stayed at Hotel Alfieri9 in Florence and had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the bathroom was also super clean.

We loved our accommodations at Villa Tortorelli. Information for check in was detailed and complete but still a bit tricky.

The villa is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Florence, but there is no noise coming from the street and the area is very peaceful.

We stayed in the family suite for 5 nights and our experience was wonderful. Barbara is an excellent host with a very kind heart.

This hotel is truly wonderful. It feels small and cosy, but with the level of service of a grand hotel, it really has the best of both worlds.

The hotel is located close to the city center in a quiet area. The room had a beautiful view and was cleaned daily. The breakfast offered a wide variety for a small extra charge.

The room was large and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a little further away from the main activities of Florence, but still not too bad. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Garden Blue hotel. The front desk reception staff were unfailingly helpful and kind, getting us taxis, recommending restaurants, and giving directions.

Stylish & clean hotel. Later on found out part of it is student residence, felt a bit out of place but overall good experience.

Overnight stay as I was departing from Florence Airport in the morning. Well located about 12 minutes walk from train station. Gaining entry was a little strange.

Luka is awesome! He really helped me get settled in and made sure I had what I needed. They do a great job at making you feel comfortable and providing great resources for newcomers.

From the outside it is hard to realize how big this place is. There were already big groups of students were staying here.

Nice and reasonable stay. The staff is quite strict though. Services could have been better. In our 2 Nights stay, we did not get fresh towels, neither enough quantity of soap.
