We liked everything about Donna Gina. The check-in process was easy, there was parking at the location for our rental car, and the historic area was an easy walk.

First of all everyone should visit Matera once in their life. It is a special place in the world. If you go I highly recommend Vetera Matera as the hotel of choice. It was wonderful.

Staying at this beautiful luxury cave hotel in Matera was a dream come true. Cave 17 was romantic, authentic yet with modern amenities. We had a comfortable stay.

This is one of the most memorable places I have ever stayed. They have maintained the feeling of the caves, and it is incredibly charming. We had room 26, which was very large.

The property is very well tastefully furnished. The welcome was special, pampering us for the entire time of our stay. The rooms are all spacious, very well kept and clean.

I stayed in the lovely Room The house has been beautifully renovated. The hotel is perfectly located right beside the Via Fiorentini and they even suggested a convenient interior parking for my car.
