A friendly hotel available to guests! On the material level, for the rooms, especially the studios, I am very septic at the idea of a clean in good and form, illustrating the two stars that the hotel claims to have. Even if it is a pity that a hotel does not offer "its guests" a clean and equipped kitchen, and a bed made square, nice to blend in in the evening on the way back from a good walk in Arlon! Below the breakfast was provided and good, and the lonely but peaceful atmosphere is most envious!

Incredibly poor maintenance. We were here with a crew of 30. Some people had ants in their room. Others found pubic hair of previous visitors in the bathroom. My room had not been cleaned or even so much as looked at in 5 days… Sound isolation is decent, staff is adequately kind.

Value for money good. We pay 79 euros for the room, 4 euros for parking, 4, 60 euros for tourist tax for a 4 coeptic family one night. The room is well equipped with separate kitchen, refrigerator and separate bathroom. Wi-Fi is free of charge.

I spent one night there in a room for four. The staff was really reactive when we arrived earlier than planned. You just have to know 2 things : the room we occupied wasn't really clean and was quite dusty + be sure to avoid the rooms that are near the road because the isolation is not that good.

Clean, well located close to the train station and the center without the disadvantages of noise. Warm welcome.

Low price, nice staff but not very clean.

We were 3 people staying in an apartment with 1 bedroom with a single bed and 2 single beds in the living room and kitchen. Easy system using codes to get in and out of the parking lot and the front door after the reception closes at 20:00.
Parking was close and only cost €4. Although we were 3 people, there were only 2 towels for showering. The lights were off in the hallway, making it difficult to find the room. The internet was horrible and the staff failed to mention that the codes changed every month, so the 1st of September we had no internet after midnight. This made it extremely difficult, since we were depending on Wi-Fi to plan our trip further.

For a night with the family have been in an apartment. Ok to sleep — otherwise the hotel needs a refresher. In the circumstances, efforts are made.

Hi, I just had 2 days there, I was charged the daily rate as expected, plus parking — total about as much as a 3* hotel. For a room with breakfast making facilites. The TV had no batteries in the remote, there was no coffee maker, no kettle to boil water, no breakfast cups, the single kitchen knife was blunt. There was also a part missing from the microwave such that the turntable was only supported by the motor, so anything put on there wobbled badly. The tiny fridge had a freezer compartment — unusable, the main door had been reversed, but not the freezer door so you could only open the compartment door a couple of cm. Oh also some kind soul changed the TV language (usable night #2) to Magyar… Also, on the way home we were called — to my answerphone (I don't answer when driving), that we had left a big bag in our room, and needed urgently to collect it. So an hour round trip and 56km later, we had been called because someone else had left their belongings in their room, not us. Really not impressed. That return was an hour of my time and 56km of fuel… This was not as good as fawlty towers…

Great rooms but the front desk sholdnbe open a bit longer. Very inconvenient to check in before or after hours.

Stayed Jan 2014 for one night, The landlord of my flat painted my flat. I arrived late, reception was closed but I wanted a room so I called the customer service number. I paid by an international Credit card and was given to code for the safe where the key to my room was. The rooms are like self catering they have everything, kitchen with all appliances and places to sit. Didn't like the colors of the furniture this dark brown old style. Bed was large and was made of those metal folding style like those extra beds but the mattress was big so it was comfortable. The showers and the Bathroom and all of the room were very clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast for the price you pay is very very bad. I wouldn't recommend taking it. No fruits no veggies no eggs no hot things, just coffee and some cereals and croissant, hardly no bread at all. It was 10 euros or something if I recall, the photo of the breakfast was very misleading. You don't need a taxi from the central station it's a 5 min walk. There is free Wifi.
