Strategic place to reach the historic center of Matera in a few minutes. Mrs. Maria is a true hostess… she pampered us with her breakfast. Refined and local products.
We took a tour with the guide who showed us the various routes among the stones and visited shops. We will be back.

Excellent location a few steps from the center and well-kept location; the owner is serious and prepared. Impeccable cleanliness, breakfast with local products and plentiful. Absolutely recommended, I was there ten years ago and returned with pleasure.

We chose this b&b only because I read all the positive reviews and I want to confirm everything I read: the structure is brand new, beautiful and very welcoming, the rooms are large, tastefully furnished and with bathroom. The location is also strategic because on foot you are close to the center and the Sassi. I leave a final applause for the owner Maria, a helpful and kind person. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Matera, we will be back.

Very welcoming B&B, with attention to detail and very clean. The property is located just outside the pedestrian area, behind Piazza Vittorio Veneto, the heart of the city, very convenient for visiting the Sassi, as well as unloading luggage and parking the car. Our triple room was very spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished; the mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable; the bathroom was large with a large window, equipped with all the accessories and the soft and scented sponges. The breakfast is truly Top: I had never found fresh croissants and brioches from the bakery! But the choice also ranged from biscuits of all kinds, focaccia, fruit juices, etc. The owner was very kind, she gave us the right tips to best visit the city and — at our request — she booked a guided tour for us, suggesting the best option for our needs. We couldn't have asked for better.
