Came here straight after a long night shift at the hospital, running on fumes and desperately needing a good cup of coffee before I had to rush off as a groomsman for my friend’s wedding.

The service here was truly great. I had an early flight the next morning and requested breakfast to go. The staff were fantastic and packed a generous and delicious meal for my whole family.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Medan and had a truly wonderful experience from arrival until departure.

JW Marriott Medan is an excellent hotel and easily one of the best places to stay in the city. The buffet was very delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality food and great presentation.

We had the pleasure of staying twice at this property during a week in Medan, once in an Executive room and once in a Deluxe suite.

Honestly, this hotel is amazing! The room was super comfy, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff?

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast has good variety and the location is convenient. Overall a pleasant stay in Medan, though facilities could use a little refresh.

Stayed at the Four Points Jakarta for a night. Near to the Gambir Train Station. Needed to get information for the train to Bandung.

Easily the best hotel ive stayed in. The STAFF are the greatest, starting with aldi, parlan until all the housekeeping, the smile is always on there faces and they make you feel welcomed.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan! The rooms are comfy, the staff are super friendly, and the location is great. It’s perfect whether you’re here for business or with family.

My third time staying here and every time it has been a very pleasant experience. The front desk, especially Karin, always attended to my check-in efficiently and with a constant smile.

All is good about the hotel. My checkout is at 11 so was thinking to play table tennis but was told there is no ball but they have the bat.

We stayed 5 days in a standard room and we liked our stay except the issue of ventilation and cleanness.

But the receptionist is not too friendly.
Waiting and calling him and her, but doesn't say anything until they treat you.

Truly great rooms and staffs. Aris was awesome enough to bring me around during his time off and showed me aroud which was truly appreciated.

My recent stay at The Arista in Palembang was truly enjoyable. For a five-star hotel, I found the pricing to be quite reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise.

I was only staying one night at Batiqa Pekanbaru, so theres nothing much to review about the hotel experience. But for the room im staying it was a good comfy one.

We had a workshop last year in Aryaduta Hotel. The room was cozy, and they cleaned it everyday. The service was good, we had coffee n tea in our room.

Old but gold. The hotel is located in Palembang’s prime location where you can easily find two malls within 500 metres.

This favehotel is quite different compared to other properties. This one is bigger and my room is also more spacious.
The look is still fresh and employees are well groomed and polite.

The hotel is centrally located in the city and is near to many tourist attractions/beaches. Many nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast is definitely better than most American hotel breakfasts.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is big and near the beach. The room is spacious and very cold. The amenities are complete, Wi-Fi working well, no issues at all.

The sea view from the restaurant is awesome. They have express laundry, and it quite fast, only took about 3 hours to complete. The room is clean, and the swimming pool area is well maintained.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Pekanbaru. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made my rest truly enjoyable. The check-in process was fast, so I didn’t have to wait long.
