All‑Inclusive Hotels in Sumatra

BnB Lounge is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy good food. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasty, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

Love this hotel so much ❤️
Room, service also the food was great overall.
I hope I can go back there soon ☺️

We had a wonderful experience hosting our seminar at the hotel. The entire team was very professional, communicative, and friendly throughout the event.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Medan and had a truly wonderful experience from arrival until departure.

JW Marriott Medan is an excellent hotel and easily one of the best places to stay in the city. The buffet was very delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality food and great presentation.

I was only staying one night at Batiqa Pekanbaru, so theres nothing much to review about the hotel experience. But for the room im staying it was a good comfy one.

I had such a great stay at BATIQA Hotel Pekanbaru!

Stayed for one night here on weekday. Unexpectedly beautiful beach and mountain view from the lobby and my room. All staf were kind and friendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is big and near the beach. The room is spacious and very cold. The amenities are complete, Wi-Fi working well, no issues at all.

We stayed for a couple of nights as part of our honeymoon and it was great! The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and they even called us in the morning to ensure that we didn’t miss breakfast.

I believe this is the best hotel you would experience if you stayed in Palembang.
Pros:
* just across from Palembang Icon.
* spacious room, beautifully designed, premium feeling in every corner.

This is a very nice hotel, mercure padang. I stayed at this hotel for one night only, but I hope next time I can come back here.

I stayed at Mercure Padang from 9th to 13th December during a deeply meaningful trip to Padang, where the main purpose of my visit was to help victims of the bandang floods, especially those affected

Another great stay in this Hotel.
The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out.
The room was quite cool and comfortable.

Rooms are big. Level 8 and above have been renovated and looks very modern compared to the other levels.

We had a workshop last year in Aryaduta Hotel. The room was cozy, and they cleaned it everyday. The service was good, we had coffee n tea in our room.

Old but gold. The hotel is located in Palembang’s prime location where you can easily find two malls within 500 metres.

Its always a please stay at Adimulia Hotel, the one and only to go anytime I went business trip in Medan.
Rooms alwaya nice and comfy, service always best.

Great service, great location and hotel. 2nd staying here. Friendly staff especially Kak Wulan. Recommended. Thank!

Really liked this hotel. Very well appointed and the employees were very helpful. Erwin, especially, wanted to make sure we had an Indonesian experience.

My stay at Sheraton Medan Hotel was truly delightful from beginning to end. The warm welcome upon arrival immediately set the tone for a memorable experience.

The hotel is centrally located in the city and is near to many tourist attractions/beaches. Many nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast is definitely better than most American hotel breakfasts.

We stay For 4 Night and So Great. The Location was so Perfect. Humble Team and Clean Room. So Recommended for Friendly Family Trip.

Tempatnya cukup nyaman, sajian restonya enak, dn pelayanannya ramah.

My third time staying here and every time it has been a very pleasant experience. The front desk, especially Karin, always attended to my check-in efficiently and with a constant smile.

A standard hotel overall. The room was not quite as nice as the photos depict it to be. The location is really good, and the breakfast buffet was great!

What a friendly place! Great central location right on the river, restaurant with river views. I came here 40 odd years ago and still love the place.

Great experience staying here, it’s a simple place, very clean and hospitable. I felt safe as a solo woman traveller and the food is great too. Run by a family of women! Support this local business.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Specially Mr. Roy Gunawan (Front desk). Very Good hospitality and service. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience staying here. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are very kind. Special thanks to Pak Roy and Muslim for their friendliness and excellent service.

I had iftar here with my friends during Ramadan. The service was friendly, fast, and efficient, no unnecessary delays, just straight to the point. The staff were always smiling.

The hotel here is very comfortable and very cool, perfect for those looking for a vacation. There's also a nearby mall that's perfect for a family getaway.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Pekanbaru. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made my rest truly enjoyable. The check-in process was fast, so I didn’t have to wait long.

Location wise absolutely right in front of the jetty where people ride on the boat to Samosir island. Our room is on the old wing. Lots of steps and long walk to room 135 but very quiet and cooling.

This hotel was one of the best choice near "Pantai Bebas". The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. Services were quite satisfying.

Overall Experience: Very Good.
This hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right near the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring.

Just got back from Batiqa Hotel Palembang, stayed in room 620 from 7 Sept to 11 Sept, and I have to say—the staff were amazing!

From Malaysia & stayed for 1 night at Aryaduta for birthday trip, they prepared sliced cake with decorated fruits in the room upon checked in.
