We had two lovely days in Berastagi with Leo! He takes care of us and was very nice. He recommanded good adresses.
The volcano trek was so good with a beautiful sunrise.

This facility offers the essentials very well. It is worth the money, especially for locals yah. Everything is functioning as expected.

It is a recommendation for you guys to stay here that who have a short holiday. The service was nice and the room was spacious.

Hot water shower, great location! Helped organised tours and onwards travel and sharing with other guest to keep our cost down.

We stayed in the king size room and it was one of our best rooms in North Sumatra so far. Bed was spacious and comfy, and bathroom even had a hot shower. Mery was such a kind and helpful host.

Greatly enjoyed staying here. The rooms and facilities are clean and modern. The hosts are very friendly and help you with anything you need.

We had an amazing stay, thanks to Smiley and his wife Cecilia. They were so fun, helpful and just knowledgable about everything.

Recommended homestay to stay in Berastagi with a great service by the owner. It feels so homey and comfortable to stay in the house, also located very close to the main road.

The room was clean, the owner friendly even if they spoke little English. My shower didn't had hot water but overall the stay was good. They have a nice balcony with tables where you can eat or smoke.

This is a very beautifully 😍 set up hotel with a good hotel view. They're in the midst of renovation. This rooms are renovated well. This hotel in Berastagi is on an elevation on 4K feet ASL.

August 2025: Nice hotel next to funland. Decent updates, well kept grounds, some obvious renovations happening. Lobby feels like a mountain hotel in Colorado.

Great contact with the owner, he even offered us ride with his car to the hot baths, half hour from the guest house.
Rooms are ok, take your towels and soaps with you.

Anton and the staff here are really helpful and speak good English.
The breakfast is good — banana pancake and coffee.
The shower is lovely and very hot!

In Berastagi, it was difficult to find a Grab ride to the airport.

Amazing coffee and wonderful staff, the owner gave me a free espresso as welcome drink once he heard I am italian. The room is ok, basic and comfortable. Great place!

This hotel offer classic and old style room, but with international facility. Services were very satisfying. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast menu was varied and plenty.

Beautiful grounds, with swimming pool, and various things (mostly aimed at children). If the weather had been nicer, it would have been great to spend more time in the garden.

The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful.

Very clean room with western toilets. Shower is hot and the place is perfectly located to go walking everywhere. Adi the manager is amazing and helped us with everything!

Big thanks to Leo — he spoke English and texted well to organize a driver to Ketambe and rent a scooter. Rooms are basic but have hot shower. Walking-distance to town.

According to the taste and location is quite convenient.
