I only stayed at the Mercure Padang Hotel for 1 day and I enjoyed my stay there, starting from the nice, clean and comfortable room. The food menu in the restaurant is really delicious, there is a new menu and I tried Pak Uwo's coffee, the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ms. Salsa housekeeping.

Stayed for one night in transit. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable, clean and good size. The breakfast buffet was nice and catered to a wide range of tastes. Security was always attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for accommodation in the area.

Very nice hotel. When you drive to the hotel you feel that it is in a very poor neighborhood. The hotel looks very nice though. It has a swimmingpool in the heart of the hotel. It's only 5 minutes walk to the beach.

The hotel’s location is excellent—situated in the heart of Padang city, it's close to popular spots like the beach, shopping malls, and local eateries. Beautiful hotel in Padang with all the facilities you can ask! Beautiful and kind staff. The food was great, it is open at all the time and the room is perfect, you can also choose for a smoking room if you desire it! Nice to find it! Try it! If you are planned a trip to mentawai this is the right place where to stay!

We stayed at the Mercure Padang for two nights, one night before and after our trip to the Mentawai Islands. We stayed in interconnecting rooms and the beds were very comfortable and the aircon temperature was adjustable, worked well and was quiet. The views from the rooms were nice. The hotel is close to the oceanfront where there is a lively atmosphere with food stalls and little fair with rides. We had dinner at the restaurant and the buffet breakfast which was varied and delicious. Would recommend this hotel.

We held a seminar in the Mercure ballroom. This hotel has a strategic position in the city center, suitable for meetings with invitations from various companies. The ballroom is quite large and sufficient for meeting participants of up to 150 people. Indonesian buffet food is a real favorite. I've been to mercure padang for a few times. Mercure is a good hotel with a nice view, ocean view. I love staying here because the staff is very friendly, especially Ms. Cecil. She's very helpful and kind. The bellboy also helpful, he helped me with my luggage and stuffs. Definitely coming back here the next time I come to padang.

I have travelled to Padang several times and found the Mercure to be the best hotel in the area for value, comfort, customer service and ease of access to Padang and the ferry to travel to the offshore islands. I rate the Mercure Padang very highly, it is great!

Security is good, the service is satisfactory, staying here can get a room according to request, the reception service from Ms. Intan and Ms. Resty is satisfactory, the hotel is close to the beach and there are lots of culinary delights around the hotel, the swimming pool is clean, all the employees are very satisfying, the hotel is good and highly recommended.
