My experience at ZHM Premiere Hotel Padang was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed.

I stayed at Mercure Padang from 9th to 13th December during a deeply meaningful trip to Padang, where the main purpose of my visit was to help victims of the bandang floods, especially those affected

For first timer like us, this hotel offers so much such sea view, facilities, and access.
Neatly arranged and friendly staffs. The Gym facilities and swimming pool are well equipped.

Hotel with small room but very clean. Friendly and helpful staff especially Ms Helgaa. The guest service agent who is always apper with his great smile. Explain all required information.

Having a visit while having a busy week. Their food were incredible, I love the pasta. The staff was very helpful and there is live music every saturday night.

I love the beach view. The room are really nice. Breakfast is great and the swimming pool are great.
There are toilet and store to buy snacks near pool.

Nice bright room, very clean, comfortable bed, decent Wi-Fi, fast laundry service, expansive breakfast included, restaurant good and with Babek Sawa another good eating spot only a block away.

Great value! Awesome stuff, swimming pool with bar area, pool and aircon rooms. Plus they do your laundry for free. Couldn't ask for more… 💯

Family VIP room nya mantap,

We stayed here for three nights, breakfast is good, but go early for better choice of food! Rooms could be cleaner, but overall are really good and soundproof.

My go to option for stays before mentawai islands. So close to fast ferry and they have free pick up and drop off service. Location is close to nice restaurants and cafes. Staff is so helpful.

Small room, simple, but very comfortable and has nice ambience to it. Reminds me of my favourite hotel chain, The Premier Inn :) suitable if you dont mind functioning in a small space (i dont).

Room: deluxe type is fine. If you travel with kids, I highly recommend you take up the deluxe type. I booked a room superior and the room is so limited. I need to upgrade to a bigger one.

Strategic location, 3 star room, 4 star service, within budget. Suggestion; improve the service, cleanliness and quality of the facilities.

I complained to the receptionist because I got smoking room, the smell was bad. Then they moved me the new room, it was better.

We had a pleasant 1 night stay in this hotel before flying back to Malaysia. Everything was decent about this hotel. Counter service was good, very welcoming.

My first time staying in this hotel. It turned out to be above average. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly. The location is also strategic, especially if you fond of durians.

I had iftar here with my friends during Ramadan. The service was friendly, fast, and efficient, no unnecessary delays, just straight to the point. The staff were always smiling.
