Hotel baru. Bersih, wangi. Dekat dg berbagai tempat makan di sekitar. Ga jauh ke jembatan ampera. Sayangnya Wi-Finya lemot. Klo ada kerjaan rada repot.

Very nice hotel. Large room & good breakfast.

It's a good place to stay for it's price. However they could've provide a better bathroom equipments, because the night I stayed the bath towel looks not really nice that even the rag towel looks better. Plus, the check-in process is hella long that the rooms are NOT READY at 2 p. M.

I loved staying here. Good breakfast and nice rooms. They're lacking of staff I guess and service needs to be improved because the first night they called me in the middle of the night and asked me to come down to the reception desk to confirm my identity when they could do that earlier that day or in the next morning, that's not cool and I wasn't happy about that because I was already asleep. But overall the facilities are great.

Love : The room interior is new, they're redecorating. The restaurant menu is moderate & have reasonable price. The breakfast options is fine I love the Jamu and the buffet is never boring. Hate : 3 out 5 days during my stay, the AC in the hotel corridor was off, made it stale air : (Once, I was locked outside due the access card at 10pm, super tired, but the reception didn't pick up their phone after >6mnt ringing and several time attempts. Not professional.

Nice room and have good location near to Pempek Candy, Pempek Noni, Palembang Icon, Palembang Square.

Easy to access, strategic location (close to many food vendors, masjid, and malls). Very good reception service, cozy rooms, very good treadmill and static bike in the gym, although no swimming pool. Cleanliness of the bathroom and the towels can be improved. Overall it's my first pick for budget hotel in Palembang.

Nice affordable hotel, but if you travel with child, I'll said the room is small.

Great stay with close proximity to Shopping Malls (Palembang Icon, Palembang Square, Transmart, etc) & Place of Interest (Ampera Bridge, Kuto Besak Fortress, etc) Would be great if the gym can be provided with TV.

Good for night, and about 20 minutes to airport.

The pillow is thick and uncomfortable. Foods are okay, but limited in selection. You cannot ask for additional access card, and that is totally disappointing especially when you stay there with partners from different institution (in case you're attending seminar or stuff like that. Location is nice, close to pempek candy and any other culinary spots.

This is first time stay at batiqa palembang whereas give excellent service, clean&comfort room, and delicious breakfast ever. Overall thats great for me!

Lokasi hotel strategis. Pelayanan memuaskan. Kondisi kamar aman dan nyaman.

A new hotel in CBD location. Staffs need more traning, some of them are less experience. I don't like the window in the bedroom which is too low until floor, less privacy for lower floor.

Comfort bed with comfort pillow… good place to rest after hard work or trip.

The design of room and many other places in this hotel is very cool,, I love corner inside the building,, the location is very strategic and near the largest mall in Palembang.

Service is good but not outstanding. But it's location is very strategic.

Good hotel with a reasonable price tag. The hotel is rather new and everything is great. Very comfortable room and bed. The food we've tried at the restaurant was good and price reasonably. I would come back to stay here if I'm visiting Palembang again.
