Horrible new year dinner, unfriendly restaurant staffs, very very bad breakfast, became second rate guest because the restaurant prioritizes customers from outside the hotel instead the one staying in.

The location of the hotel is superb. Right next door to the Ciputra Mall and there are a lot of good food and spas nearby. The service however us disappointing. We were kept waiting for our room, even though we had already requested online for early check in. Then we were again kept waiting for the adjoining room key, even though the room was already cleaned. Furthermore, the room was not cleaned even though we had lighted the cleaning request button. Breakfast buffet spread was good!

In room dining service delivers food that is room temperature and cold. Unacceptable! They know how to take an order over the phone but, they do not know how to deliver the order while the food is still hot. This is not an international quality hotel, this is a local 2.5-3 star (at best) hotel. 1.25 hours to receive an ice bucket after ordering it, the food and beverage manager needs to be fired!

It is nice hotel in Pekanbaru and located near mall area. The design is modern and simple. The facilities of hotel are great. Breakfast is also wonderful with many variation. However, when dining in the restaurant, the stake is not as per star hotel quality. I ordered medium done stake, but it came out with fully cooked stake with some chili pieces on the plate. I had informed the restaurant but get reply that will inform the chef. It was rather disappointed to have special meal at the hotel.

Hotel in the middle of Pekanbaru city. The hotel concept is very modern and elegant. I like the spacious and clean rooms. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Food at this hotel is very varied and delicious. Fyi at the lobby there is an Xbox 360, very entertaining hotel.

All you can eat breakfast is one of the best services they offer you. Deserve a try.

I just hope Novotel keeps the quality of its service. Do not because it has been a lot of customernya then the quality of service decreased. Hopefully the service of the officers remains good. & please improve the internet connection (Wifi speed). Trims.

Food is good, bed is a bit hard, modern toilet and bathroom (just not convenient when you stay same room with friend since the toilet and bathroom door is no lock), place is next to the shopping Mal, located in the middle of the center of the city crowd such as restaurant, retail shop, food stall etc, overall 8/10

I love this view … decoration and expecially restaurant at Novotel when breakfast time… You can found & eat everything, believe Me… this is the best choice to spending your time with family or with your lovely… VERY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent location of the hotel just in the heart of the city. Great choices of food that they offer, staff and hotel personnel were very hospitable. Indeed it was a great experienced. I recommend this hotel to everyone you will never feel that you are far from home. I would also like to thank Yanto Firdo Arfi for his excellent staff and for the remarkable service.

Start from breakfast menu: it's pretty good. But for sushi isn't recommended at all, and if you in rush morning hour you're not suppose to choose the chicken black paper cause it's like a rock! The room service is good, the interior is nice. But there's nit vanity table for doing my makeup. The bathroom design is very nice. There are 3 seperate partition for wash, bath and "do your business". But, for the bathroom tools there's no shower cap, cutton bud and comb.

Best hotel in Pekanbaru. I've stayed in many hotels there but couldn't find a better one than this. Rooms are neat & clean with all necessary facilities. There are PS4's at the lobby for guests. A mall next building and nearby to Airport. There was offers on Agoda website from which I booked here at 50 bucks per night.

Foods are served hot and fresh. I mean you can choose ingredients by yourself and the chef will make your order. Like bakmie goreng, mie ayam, pasta, etc.

Had dinner and their foods are amazing! Aku suka bbqnya dan sushinya.

Location is good. Ciputra mall is adjacent to the hotel. Services are good, rooms are cozy & clean but a bit small. In size. The internet is average, breakfast is good considering the price tag. Good value of money.

Highly recommended hotel in Pekanbaru. Strategically located next to Mal Seraya Ciputra, dubbed as the best mall in town currently. The breakfast spread is excellent with a wide array of various choices. The hotel is very clean, the room is very modern and spacious and the services rendered are extremely good and we know Indonesia offers the best service in hospitality industry in the south east asia region. My kid loves the pool very much, like any other normal kid would do and the best plus point for this hotel is its normal rate, which I consider very cheap for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel's quite new and is strategically located nearby the mall. It is a good fit for in town meetings and workshops. Great variety of food and amazing croissant! Pros: delicious food, nice location Cons: nothing in particular.

Nice, new European style hotel. Restaurant in the hotel and a small lounge/bar with live music. Location could be better, but there is a mall next to the hotel that offers numerous food options including a Starbucks, and a hypermarket.

Nice and clean room, pretty good buffet spread for breakfast, next to a shopping mall, has Wi-Fi (although sometimes the Wi-Fi connection can get unstable), and friendly staffs.

Our first choice to stay in Pekanbaru. Clean and good service. Big swimming pool. Good food. Strategic location. The room is big and comfortable.

Came here to see their facilities. I found that they have good safety facilities and awareness. Two thumbs up. Just a minor improvement needed. It such a good place to stay for those who like to shopping as it is located next to a big shopping center in town.

New hotel in town. Very modern and comfortable. Many great photo spots around the hotel. Right next to a shopping mall which makes it perfect for a long stay. They also have a wide menu selection for the breakfast buffet.
