Pekanbaru Hotels

Recently I travelled to Sumatra in particular Pekanbaru and stayed at the Swiss Bell Hotel which I found to be an exceptional property.

So happy to experience the city for the first time. The hotel located was just right in the city center. My room was newly renovated, spacious and clean.

Premiere is always such a treat! If you are planning a meeting or event in Pekanbaru, this is the best hotel to choose.

I was only staying one night at Batiqa Pekanbaru, so theres nothing much to review about the hotel experience. But for the room im staying it was a good comfy one.

I was staying at the Hotel for 5 days 4 night.
I arrived quite late to the hotel as my flight was delayed and catch up with my friend in Pekan Baru.

Hotel location is near central, few minutes to the big Mosque. Staffs are friendly. Room is so so. But no fridge and if you need hairdryer you have to ask and waiting for long time!

MY Fourth time in This hotel.
Price wise is worth it.
But the rooms need refreshments.
Surprisingly the towels are very good.

This favehotel is quite different compared to other properties. This one is bigger and my room is also more spacious.
The look is still fresh and employees are well groomed and polite.

Hotel with the best service. Staff is very helpful and professional in communicating always chooses events here and the sales always understand what you want. The food tastes the best🤩

We had a great stay here during our weekend together in Pekanbaru. All the staffs we encountered there are very professional, attentive, and respond to our requests with care and expedience.

The hotel completed with gym, sauna and swimming pool.
Located at business street, parking lot is limited during weekend. Room is comfortable enough with hard mattress.

4 days stayed in here and all is awesome. Low budget hotel with good quality. Very recommended to you guys who have a limited budget.

Service was good, staff are all nice.
Room was okay for 2 star hotel and it’s with breakfast. Bed was a little wobbly and it’s an old the room but good enough.

The service is good, and the location is close to restaurants, food stands, and a traditional market. However, sometimes it smells like cigarette smoke everywhere. Overall worth the price.

I’ve only been out of my country just a few and to a beautiful hotel like this, was my first time. The experience would be the reference point for me for now so I am going to rate it 10/10!

This is my first time here, I came for event in the hotel hall. I can't review the room 'cause I didn't stay here.

Hotel facilities area great. We enjoyed the free entrance to sauna, steam room, hot and cold pool. The hotel building is wide and feels very spacious. Great place to stay.

For a 2 star hotel it feels like a 4 star hotel. I think what makes it special is the hospitality of the staff, super excellent.

Booked 3 rooms, for 2 nights for family.
Strategic location, pretty quiet although it is in between 2 big mosques, breakfast was sufficient.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Pekanbaru. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made my rest truly enjoyable. The check-in process was fast, so I didn’t have to wait long.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by Jeje and Bimo during breakfast at Novotel Pekanbaru. They were extremely attentive, friendly, and professional.

Nice place to stay for 3 star hotel. Floor already flourished with wool carpet and room is decorated well. Breakfast option is limited though.

Spend 1 night here, just for transit before back to home sweet home. The room good, not that cramp but not too spacious, just nice.
