I had a really pleasant stay at this place. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

It was an enjoyable place to stay regardless the room is not really new. They have gym operating for 24 hours and swimming pool for 12 hours. It was also have a great view of city night.

So happy to experience the city for the first time. The hotel located was just right in the city center. My room was newly renovated, spacious and clean.

Premiere is always such a treat! If you are planning a meeting or event in Pekanbaru, this is the best hotel to choose.

I've stayed at the hotel a few times and the staff have always been outstanding. Always very responsive, attentive and quick to address reasonable requests.

I was staying at the Hotel for 5 days 4 night.
I arrived quite late to the hotel as my flight was delayed and catch up with my friend in Pekan Baru.

We had a great stay here during our weekend together in Pekanbaru. All the staffs we encountered there are very professional, attentive, and respond to our requests with care and expedience.

The hotel completed with gym, sauna and swimming pool.
Located at business street, parking lot is limited during weekend. Room is comfortable enough with hard mattress.

I’ve only been out of my country just a few and to a beautiful hotel like this, was my first time. The experience would be the reference point for me for now so I am going to rate it 10/10!

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Pekanbaru. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made my rest truly enjoyable. The check-in process was fast, so I didn’t have to wait long.

Hotel facilities area great. We enjoyed the free entrance to sauna, steam room, hot and cold pool. The hotel building is wide and feels very spacious. Great place to stay.

Spend 1 night here, just for transit before back to home sweet home. The room good, not that cramp but not too spacious, just nice.

This is an awesome hotel with an amazing breakfast! Clean, well furnished and decorated, large outdoor pool and close to western restaurants and an Indonesian food court.

Maybe the location is somehow strategiec but also not. It is between the transmart mall. The plus is quite near to rhaudatul jannah. A big clean masjid. Room clean and spacious.

Great choice to stay in Pekanbaru. The choice of breakfast menu is good and taste great. Will be back again in the future. Recommended for business accomodation.
