Overall a good room for the price. But unfortunately the room smelled like smoke, even if I asked for the non smoking room. Granted the hotel is fully booked and many events in it,, thats why I still gave 4 stars.

Perhaps the best hotela in Jambi… nice bed… great breakfast… one thing that bother me the pool which is near the restaurant… so definitely no swimming in the morning.

Lobby dan kamar luas plus nyaman. Tinggal 2 hari dan mendapatkan pengalaman yg memuaskan. Live music di BnB Lounge kerenn. Staffnya friendly banget. Spa/massage nya jg OK. Sampai ketemu next trip yah. Thanks swissbelhotel jambi.

I usually stay in Swissbel Hotel Jambi at weekend. The bed is very comfortable, breakfast & in room dining are very good. Also I am a SEBC member, it can alone me late check out at 4PM. This is very useful for me. They always ready the room before you check-in. So it doesn't take too much time to finish the check-in, the staff were also very nice just like your friend. I really enjoyed the time when I stayed in Swissbel Hotel Jambi. Ibu Santy, Ibu Amelia, Pak Bayu they always help you when you have any request. I should say thank you for them & their team.

Good food for good people Its so delicious indonesian food with friendly staffs. I love the open place space, and also clean. Enjoy your breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner at swiss-cafe restaurant.

Impressive. They offer over the top breakfast and that's why I really want to come back there. They took care everything from clean sheets and towels up to providing a comb. I mean a comb. That's very detail awareness of what client need and that should be appreciated. Wonderful job serving your client very well.

Kamarnya besar banget coy, super lega dan nyaman bangetlah. Toiletnya juga luas dan lega banget, melebihi ekspektasi. Shower deras banget dan panasnya pas. Wifi di kamar juga speednya tdk mengecewakan. Proses check in berlangsung sangat cepat dan smooth. Senang menginap disini. Next saya pasti kembali.

Perfect place to stay when in Jambi. Good spacious well equipped rooms, and a good spread at the buffet breakfast.

Overall good hotel and services. Only avoid room 701 if you need Wi-Fi, it's a blind-spot room.

Near City Center. 4 Star Hotel. It's very good place to have a business meeting. For moslems, you'll find Azizi mosque about 100 meters east accross the street.

The room and environment are quite comfort. But this place is bad for the service. Usually the room is clean at the morning, so when we return to our room, the condition will be clean but, in this hotel, they will clean your room at afternoon, starts from 2 PM. If you run out of coffee or sugar, you need to ask them, and believe me, it'll take more time to see your coffee or sugar arrives at your room. One more thing, when the hotel management put the meal schedule, they usually clean the banquet later than the schedule. But in this hotel, it becomes faster than the schedule, half an hour faster than the schedule. This hotel management must review all SOP and how their employee do the SOP. You see, big name is not a guarantee to get better services than average hotel.

Comfy, nice service and near to mall and restaurant to get vary meal. The hotel breakfast so so, I dont like the menu.
