Hotelnya bagus, lokasi oke, sempetin diri untuk ngegym dan berenang juga dan yg paling penting kamarnya nyaman, showenya mantap dan bisa tidur nyenyak. Nice and clean, and quite spacious. Food is okay. It has swimming pool. I used to stay at Aston Makassar, so I can expect what I will get here and they meet my standards. I wish I can stay longer to enjoy its facility, but I have to travel around for work. Thanks for your service, and as my gratitude, I hope you also enjoy some of pictures on your hotel.

Aston always give astoning service. The room is very big and clean. Lighting for the room is bright enough. Bed is firm and cozy with four pillows plus thick blanked. The negative impression the TV channels all blur not clean. They give a good and fair price. This will be my first choice hotel if I come to Jambi.

Nice room, good breakfast, however only 8 hours stay so did not have time to explore other hotel's facility such as gym and swimming pool.

It was located in the middle of the town. So many culinary places near the hotel. Room is clean. But no clothes drawer. Food is delicious, but the beef teriyaki is hard to chew. Pool is small. They have complete ATM choices. Wifi is poor. It always disconnect every 5-10 minutes. Internet speed is average.

We had meeting in Aston and all things are well organized. In focus and internet are very good, and the meeting room is spacious. Staffs are helpful and friendly. But we have to wait invoice because the manager in charge was outside the hotel.

Good and comfy hotel. I am hoping for more green including adequate storm water catchment space in the property.

Nice and clean hotel with modern design of the room, also they have a nice service, when I forgot to take my Identity Card after checkout, they're very helpful to deliver my card to the airport, Thank you Aston Jambi, u hv a nice customer support.

The stuff was friendly. The food was good, somewhat beyond average, but I didn't see a lot variety in terms of steamboat stuff. Hope to see more variety in the future.

Pretty decent hotel. I will definitely stay again. The food is good. Rooms neat and clean but maybe a bit more clean can be good — tables in the room, floors etc. The gym is quite ok considering its a small one. Overall nice place.

Salah satu hotel yang cukup dikenal di Kota Jambi, berada di daerah Kebun Jeruk. Lokasinya cukup mudah ditemukan, karena berada persis di sisi jalan utama. Pada saat datang saya disapa dengan ramah oleh seorang satpam yang betugas menjaga di lobby. Proses check in juga bejalan baik dan pengunjung harus mempersiapkan dana Rp200, 000 sebagaj deposit. Mendapatkan kamar di lantai 9. Kamar yang disediakan rapih, kalau soal kebersihan mungkin kurang sedikit, karena saya masih menemukan sedikit rambut jatuh di lantai kamar mandi. Saya cukup terhibur dengan siaran televisi yang beragam, serta sambungan internet Wi-Fi dengan kecepatan yang memuaskan di dalam kamar. Namun, saya menyayangkan kalau kamar yang bagus ini dengan segala fasilitas yang disediakan ternyata tidak kedap suara. Saya cukup terganggu dengan suara aktivitas pengunjung lain di kamar sebelah dan koridor. Saya juga berharap ke depannya Aston Hotel juga mengganti pemancur showernya, karena yang dipakai sekarang terkesan murahan dan air yang disemburkan kurang nyaman, kurang sebanding dengan harga per malam di tempat ini yang termasuk cukup tinggi di kota Jambi. Sarapan pagi di Aston Hotel Jambi, sangat memuaskan, banyak pilihan dan jenis makanan dengan rasa yang menurut saya enak. Ada juga saya dilayani dengan ramah oleh petugas pagi itu, yang menawarkan minuman teh atau kopi dan akan segera disediakan olehnya.

Great hotel. Wifi, room and food are excellent.

One of recommended hotels to stay in the heart of Jambi City, especially for business purpose. The room is clean and spacious. Good internet access and sport facilities are a bit complete with swimming pool and gym. The foods are great. And the staffs are nice and very helpful. Terima kasih, Aston Jambi.

A great place with welcoming staffs, too. We checked in at 7 pm and greeted warmly by the receptionist. Brief and efficient check in process (only showing our ID card and hotel voucher). The location is convenient. The building is new. They don't have shuttle schedule to aiport, however, they would like to do so for IDR 85.000 per car (not per person). I was a bit disappointed by the luggage delivery to our room. It took 20 minutes after we arrived in our room before the staff was bringing our luggages to our room (plus we called the receptionist about it, too).

Big room big bathroom. Swimming pool is good, breakfast is good. Skybar is fun and close at 11pm.

Clean room, helpful and friendly staff. Shower was running good and best of all is the breakfast.

My first time attending a business trip to Jambi, and Aston is my first hotel to stay. Because it is my first hotel, I think it is exceeded my expectation, because the physical appearance from the outside is mediocre. After spending the night there, I think the service, room cleanliness, hot water, room quality and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. I give 8/10 stars for Aston Jambi.

Very friendly, clean, tidy, safe, exceeds my expectations, fast Wi-Fi, equipped with air purifier, I sleep well and comfortable, very easy to find food around and mini market, very complete and tasty breakfast, provide transportation, and lastly available various facilities for sports and fitness. I will stay there again if I travel to Jambi. Thank you.

Not recommended. Front office's rude, Wi-Fi is relatively slow, room is quite small for the price it charges, breakfast selection is limited, everything else is just okay and nothing exceptional. I recommend other hotels in Jambi if you ever stay here for a long time.

This was a very pleasant place to stay with every detail well-attended to and very helpful staff; it had everything I would hope for from a mid-range city hotel, except unfortunately that the pool was under maintenance during my stay.

Nice almost nine (2015). The "superiors" are very good. Attention to the neighbors (many azans, welding workshops that work at night) : plan earplugs.

Breakfast menu was decent and changed daily. Room was clean and quick room service respond. Strategic location, though Jambi itself is not a big area.

Hello, This hotel has excellent, rooms, service, management and staff. They are completely costumer focused. I'm here on my 57th birthday, the management and staff baked a cake, sang happy birthday n had a small party for me, that was very thoughtful and kind. It's a pleasure staying here, I've traveled the world, stayed at many hotels, the Aston Hotel in Jambi Indonesia has truly been one of the best. We definitely enjoyed our comfortable and cozy stay at aston. No doubt will be staying at aston in our next visit. Helpful staff informing us of airport shuttle bus available for only IDR85.000 (as per 8 Aug 15). Keep up the great standard ;)
