The best hotel I’ve stayed in, in the Medan-Toba area. Just the breakfast spread alone makes me want to come back. The rooms are awesome! Clean and cool.

We enjoyed staying there except for some difficulties with bathroom malfunction of hot water tap — eventually thus was fixed properly but no apology made for inconvenience (hot water a necessary item we think)
We enjoyed the facilities, particularly good are pool area, restaurant & room service. The cek out processes seemed to be over complicated & we were told the computer was not working properly so the bill had to be half written by hand. This was ok as the reception staff member was pleasant & professional but took 45 minutes to do & at the end we were told that the housekeeping staff had found stains on the hand towel which was apparently a problem to them.

Very nice hotel. Room is spacious, wonderful swimming pool, and good food. Lobby is on the 9th floor though and room facilities seems a little outdated.

The hotel is well maintained and cleanliness deserves a praise. Hotel managers are accommodating to your requests and answers well to any of your enquiries. I enjoyed my stay there with them and felt very much at home. The only drawback in my opinion is that, the hotel does not provide massage/spa facilities, as such slight inconvenience if you wish to look for spa facilities within the city itself.

The hotel was good in term of lobby, pool side & coffee shop, but not for the room since it’s already old, damp, smelly pillow & head shower was the same as in my boarding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location was great, in the middle of the town (I stayed there in room 1039 — Cik Ahmad Bays)

Stayed here overnight and was delighted. The room was spacious and well equipped. The minibar snacks and beverage costs is also at a reasonable price. Breakfast spread is also good. Lots of choices and also tastes good. Only downside is the egg corner, when I asked an omelette, they put the cheese just before they took it out of the pan. And therefore it doesnt melt and still a bit hard. Both omelettes that me and my husband ordered was in the same condition. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again with our childrens in the near future.

It is a five star hotel. Everything is fine and worthed with the money I spend. I just have a little bit problem with the AC control in the room. It's set automatic and I can't control the room temperature. Then in some I occasion I feel the room is too cool.

I stayed in the Grand Deluxe room. Stayed there for 4 nights for some business. Loved it. Professional service. Amazing rooms. Rooms were neat and had all basic amenities needed. However, service could be better improved as the receptionist promised to deliver us the other room key within an hour but to no avail. Had to go down an remind them about it. Otherwise it was an enjoyable to stay here.

Good hotel.
The onsite customer service was average (apart from the restaurant) but when we contacted the mother house for a problem we had, they took the situation well in charge and quickly and they filled some gaps.
The restaurant was very good, as much for the breakfast buffet as the a la carte dinner.
I recommend.

The service at the hotel was really nice. However, the gym is rather a small one. I was thinking that the gym would be at least double the size than what they have now (consider the class of the hotel). Other than that, it was a pleasure trip to Medan.

Room was super comfortable, even the cheapest on like the one I booked. Check in check out were a breeze. Loved the pool and the breakfast! Cannot fault this hotel except their complicated lost and found procedure and their lack of communication among the receptionists. I requested a late check out (12.30 so extra 30 minutes) in the morning which they have said yes and confirmed it. Yet a little before 12 they called again to the room to remind us that the check out time was 12.00… — _ — my baby was sleeping and the ungodly loud sound of the phone woke him up. But even then our memory of the Aryaduta is still a good one.

Nice hotel in medan. Good rooms and clean. Properly filled minibar and clean bathroom and good bed… friendly staff and very good breakfast with a wide variety of foods and drinks. In the evenings you can done there and food is good and tasty. Good place to be.

One of the good 5 star hotel choice in Medan. Located beside shopping mall: Palladium, and near the airport train station (about 400-500 metres far away). So from the Kuala Namu Airport, you can directly go to the hotel by using the train. After arrived in Medan City train sation, you can continue your trip to the hotel by taxi, or by pedicab, or by online booking taxi (Grab or Go-Car) or you can walk while you enjoy the view of Merdeka Walk (Merdeka Walk is the Zero Point of Medan City). From The Hotel, you can visit the historical place, like: Tjong A Fie House, Kesawan Square (with it's Tip-Top Restaurant), Medan City Train Station, Merdeka Field and Medan Post Office. The Distance of those places are only about 400-500 metres, not far from the hotel. I stayed one night here in 10th-11th March 2018.

Great location, friendly staffs, delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean and big. It has swimming pool and gym. The price is reasonable.

Great place with great location, many Medan culinary near from the hotel. Receptionist is in nine floor. Their staff are very good and friendly. Facilities are gym and pool, there’s no spa there, the pool is clean. Breakfast are variable and delicious. Rooms are big and clean, unfortunately the bathroom was a little bit smelly.

Very good Restaurant, very varied choice.
During our visit, the pool was dirty (water cloudy), on the other hand beautiful site.
We had a little different with the management, which after explanations and discontent, we were very compensated.

Definitely my hotel choice whenever visiting Medan. Been to other hotels but the swimming pool in Aryaduta is the best one. Nurhayati from sales was a great help when arranging our room reservation. Will be back for sure.

This hotel is strategically located at City Centre, I found the property is well maintained and the lobby is really cozy. It has really nice courtyard pool which really suitable for those who wants to pamper themselves on the weekend… Moreover the staffs are friendly.

Great hotel and staff but I was sitting at the pool two guys came up to asking all sorts of questions one sat on one side the other on yhr seat behind I think they were looking for anything I adk what they were doing and saying its for a video onthere phone so I think they slipped through security.

Very nice hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. Front desk service is excellent. They were very keen to advise and assist first time travellers to Medan like us. The resort stye pool is huge and clean.

Good Hotel, with a good bfast. only the loby has to be access from level parking lot.

The reception located in 9th floor. A bit difficult in registration. But all sort out. The staff are friendly. And able to speak english well… a luxury atmosphere…

The hotel foyer is very nice, the pool was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing and staff at breakfast were beyond helpful.

This Aryaduta Hotel has a strategic location, close to Benteng Field, and beside of Palladium Mall in Medan city. Eventhough we have to go to 9th floor for check in, we will get nice view around Medan city.

Nice and comfy hotel… And I'll consider it to be reasonably priced for the room and service which you're getting (booked a room with twin beds for US$70) … Had a 2hr in room massage was good, felt my muscles being worked well and the also reasonable priced at IDR 340, 000 … For those who prefer more peace and quiet, recommend that you ask for over of the rooms facing the outside of the buildings. The rooms that face inwards faced the swimming pool and it got a bit noisy for me in the middle of the day when there were kids playing at the pool… Which was normal hahaha… But lesson learnt for peace and quiet, get the rooms facing outside Will strongly consider to come back to stay at the hotel again in the future if I'm visiting Medan…

Clean and spacious room. Restaurant was one of the best in the City.

Bad… Very bad. They placed my near booster pump. So noisy, and when I want to change room, they said not available any other room.

Good International relaxing hotel in center of Medan exhausting city.

So helpful. After a flight cancellation we were back for another night. Greeted by the manager who was sensational. The pool is beautiful and the evening seafood extravaganza was beautifully presented, cooked and great value for money. Any time we are in Medan we will stay here. I wish we could bottle the service and take it back to Perth, Australia.
