A family hotel & resort. Super suitable if you bring your family for a weekend gateway. Love it: + Breathtaking view of mountain + Pool, flying fox, garden, paintball, horse riding, golf, archery, etc + Affordable room service menu + Delicious taste of food Hate it: — Room is far from parking area (they provide shuttle bus) — Large double bed they claimed is a queen size (2 person max only, not 3 as in the website) — Pool is for children only.

Good place for weekend getaway, but acces to the place not realy good.

If you like camping but want to feel like a hotel so this is it the place you are looking for. They provide a hotel look like a camping ground. Good for spend short break with kids. The hotel have outbound facilities such as flying fox, flying bike, fishing, gun shooting and swimming pool. The restaurant have a great taste and friendly staff.

Came here twice with my family just to kill time. We just went to see the so called "mini micro zoo". You can see birds, rabbits, ducks, hen, birds, rabbits, ducks, hen, birds, rabbits, ducks, hens. Well our kids love it… thats all that matter. There are also some playgrounds for the kids where they can enjoy their time. After done with playing you could eat in their restaurant. Food was so so, price? Well… you don't have the choice when your kids are hungry rite?! :D.

Here for my friend’s wedding. It has a pool but for children. Good for taking pictures as they have liberty statue and Merlion statue.

Great place to spend with your family, they use spring bed in the room, and you can ask for extra bed with no additional charge, there's swimming pool for kids. The view is great coz we're near mount Salak.

Kesini untuk gathering, tempatnya enak dan sejuk, nyaman untuk ngobrol. Harga makanan lumayan mahal untuk snack/appetizer & dessert nya. Makanan utama nya lumayan enak, namun saya temukan untuk sate pada nasi goreng tidak fresh daging ayam nya ud bau.

Pengalaman yg tidak terlupakan. Menginap ala tenda. Lebih cocok klu disebut seperti model kemah nomaden daerah mongol. Untuk keramahan pegawai, sampai breakfast/sarapan patut diacungkan jempol. . Tapi. Kebetulan pas malam hari pertama kan pesan makan malam tuh di restonya. Menunya nasi timbel, ayam goreng + sayur asem. Minum teh aja deh. Itu aja harga dah lumayan mahal. Waduh ngak sesuai bgt. Ayamnya keras. Malam deh menjelang bobo manis. Kebetulan lagi ada acara gathering group lain. Dan acaranya pas bgt samping belakang tenda. Alhasil berisik juga ya. Walaupun acaranya selesai sampe jam 9an lebih (lupa deh). Setelah itu br deh tenang dan anak anak br bisa bobo. Over all bagus. Cuma mungkin pas kami kesana waktunya aja yg ngak tepat.

Waaaaah ini keren banget! Asik banget tempatnya. Unik tenda (kamarnya). Recommended bgt buat gathering.

This resort is known for its Mongolian-style rooms. Very near to the Nangka Waterfall (Curug). We visited the restaurant. The price, like other resort I believe, is quite pricey. The bonus is you can see Mount Salak from the restaurant.

A great place for a short weekend getaway with family. A short drive away from bogor, this place has great views and a nice slightly chilly air. The food and restaurant is delicious, unique concept for lodgings, and quite a lot of activities to play with the family. From flying fox, paintball, pools, etc. I'd say it's worth the money if that's the kind of leisure you are looking for.

Love the scenery and the concept of this resort. Kids will love it here. Many activities and you will feel close to nature. The service should be better, we stayed for 3 days and our room Aircon were hot. After that the hot shower is cold. They need to fix it with lots of time. Should have been better.

Room were clean but the walls are too thin. We were visiting in group and one of my roommates can't sleep due to random weird noises in background. We got the Mongolian room and most of my friends in another one are experiencing the same thing. Everything else is what you'd expect in a 4-star hotel. Good for team, family gathering, or anything in groups.

So nostalgic. Tempatnya high-end banget. Harga nginepnya juga mahal. Rugi kalo nggak dibayarin kantor kesini. Wajib nginep karena aksesnya juauuuuuh bingits. Jalanannya juga sempit & macet gara-gara angkot. Siapin kondisi mobil yang terbaik, karena kalo malem jalanannya gelap banget & sepi.

A unique Mongolian style cottage. Standing in the background is magnificent Mt. Salak. The meals are very excellent. Great for 1-night escape only, longer than that I'm gonna getting bored.

The ones with wigwam like roof is the furthest from the lobby and resto. Have to take a car. But they provide the transportation. Nice place for company gathering. I can't say the same for family because the food is pretty expensive.

It's a kind of "glamping", a glamourous place for camping ground. There is a Gunung Salak mount behind the place, make us breath the fresh air.

Great place of Mountain resort. Have beautiful mountain view, excellent resort facilities dan services. Great taste and delicious food and drink. Perfect place for holiday or gathering. The location is around Halimun Salak Mountain Bogor.

Approach : Approach is through narrow roads. Getting a big vehicle like bus is bit difficult. Traffic is not too smooth but it moves slowly. Parking : Ample parking space available. Facilities : they have almost all the adventure facilities like flying fox, swimming pool, small golf area, table tennis, pool table, small kids play area, water slides, conference hall, Futsal area, restaurant etc. There are small improvements and repairing required in some rooms though. Hot water available all the time. Rooms don't have bright lighting and not so many power plugs are available. Food : Food is delicious and lots of varieties during breakfast. Staff : polite and professional staff. Value for money : I found the room prices slightly expensive for the kind of room. Price range of upto 700k would be reasonable. But considering the fun facilities for the kids, it is a good place for a family stay. Can be very quiet and lonely during weekdays.

Good for outbond, good service.

The room rate is quite high. You do get nice background of Mount Salak. It got swimming pool with slide. Some mini outbound for kids, mini golf driving range. In my opinion is too close to one another. The Place is clean, but it felt plain in comparison to Safari Lodge in Cisarua. The breakfast has some variety but is not tasty, this is my subjective opinion though. The hotel staff are friendly and polite.

Located outskirt of kota Bogor, this place offer you lot of excitement. They have pool with water slide even tough not big but quite entertaining, also the have some rides for kids and teen like, flying fox, high rope, low rope, tree house, also activity like shooting target, paint ball, etc. Moving to the room, they create environment like indian, so the room concept is like apache tribe tent, but inside is just like hotel room, you may see on my photos. Since the place is really big, guest must use shuttle car provided from the hotel to transport from lobby to the room, the view also amazing, very recommended if you want to escape from daily routine.

The road to get there is so narrow and traffic jammed along the way. The staff is not friendly, the food is over-priced and doesn't taste good I will not go back there again. The environment is quite nice though. Very near to salak mountain. Nice view.

Wasn't so happy being here as it's more suitable for family with kids and teens. No spas or other relaxing facilities for grownups. But new experience in staying in camps although it's very not soundproof.

I like the mountain view. Also there is swimming pool, flower park, deer. There is music entertainment on saturday night. Meals is so so.

Great and fun place for family and company gathering. A lot of activities are available. There are swimming pools, futsal and basketball court, flying fox, paint ball, a game room. The rooms are a bit far, so you need a transport which is provided by the resort. Unfortunately, the transport is not too reliable as it doesn't have a scheduled time and is not standby 24 hours.

Nice hotel with lots of features. You could go for swimming, golfing, gardening, or even playing paintball. Some places are not maintained well.

It's nourish my Childhood delight. Reading books about Indian and The Mongolian tribes, it pops in my mind — > Adventures on the last frontier. The Highland Resort Hotel Bogor — it is the place for your family as well as the corporate need for gathering or functions, which can improve your work ethos. It is truly fun adventures, both ways.

One of the better resorts close to Jakarta! Definitely had a good experience. Went here for church camp and the staff provided great service. Food was good, hygiene was good, and the place is very well maintained!

Unique shaped villas, mongolian and apaches. Remote place, good for family gatherings.

This is a really nice place to do group activities, we stayed in a barrack, the place is spacious, we're a group of 17 people, and it has 7 toilets in the barrack, although we noticed some bugs in the toilets but we're still ok with that considering this is supposed to be camping ground. The foods are nice, breakfast has various foods, parking space are quite big. We have a really good time here. For XL users, note that there's no reception there.

Stayed over the weekend last week with 16 of my friends. Had a very good time there. They had this kind of barrack where we could sleep together. The food is good. Best if you bring your child to do some activity here. You can also do corporate gathering (outbound / team building). Swimming pool for children also available (with water slide)

Very cute midwest-themed outdoor resort, with fancy teepees, camps and horse ranches. Highly recommended for family with young kids. Close to several waterfalls, about 30 minutes hike to nearest waterfall although can be a very crowded hiking experience during holiday season. Customer service is great and satisfying vast choices of food.

It's nice for family outing, but in compare between its rate and the room condition (and the taste of their food) is actually pretty steep, should be cheaper than they asked. Read more review about this resort on my blog.
