I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung by IHG. The service was excellent staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.
The hotel’s location is also a big plus. Situated in a great area, it’s convenient for getting around the city, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for leisure or work.

The whole experience was a 10 out of 10. The rooms are clean, spacious, modern and filled with amenities and facilities. The pool and spa are great value for price. The restaurant produces amazing food and the breakfast is great! Above all, the personell is friendly and truly helpful! If you visit Bandung, please also visit this hotel!

This was a fantastic stay for our family. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of local and international foods. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were really friendly. Big thanks to Norman, Debbie and Elita who treated us like royalty. (Eggs Benedict with signature hollandaise is a must).

Pak Julius and Pak Hardy went through the extra miles to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were very touched by their sincere actions.
The Suite room is super clean and huge with complimentary fruits and separate walk in closet. The sofa is so comfy.
Our dinner at mosaic restaurant is very pleasant with so many food variety.

We stayed at Crowne for 3 days 2 nights. The room is clean and thanks for the upgrade. Its huge and customer service will msg you if you ever need anything. The concierge team is superb! Everyone is very helpful and always smiling and ready to serve you. Walking distance to famous shopping district. Breakfast os variety to choose from. Will definately stay here again soon!

Had room upgrade due to sound proof on the first one. Front desk had quick response and assistance.
Breakfast it's very nice especially soto bandung, tahu goreng, and ubi goreng.
Room sound proof need to be improved especially on the connecting rooms.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night during our vacation in Indonesia. Rooms were clean and super comfortable. The service was excellent, from the reception desk to the restaurant staff during dinner and breakfast. Everyone was friendly and consistently made sure we were enjoying our stay.
Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The breakfast selection was amazing, so many options, and everything tasted great. We also had time to swim and work out at the gym. The pool was fantastic; the only thing that could be improved is the gym facilities. But overall, everything was great.
Thank you to all the staff for being so warm and for making our holiday memorable.

A good 5 stars hotel that maintains its standard through the years.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful especially at breakfast. They have a very good breakfast spread with many different kinds of food to choose from.
Rooms are standard as what you'd expect for a high class hotel but personally I was hoping that they'd be impressive.
The vehicle access to the hotel is rather steep and so is the access to the basement carpark so do be aware.
Other than that it is a pretty good hotel.

I was staying in Crowne Plaza Bandung for a business trip and honestly, it was such a great experience! the hotel itself is super comfortable, but what really stood out to me was the service. From check-in to breakfast, every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. You can really feel that they care about the guests. Big thumbs up for the team. Such amazing hospitality!

Booked this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was such a lovely experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. Ms. Mawarani was especially kind and attentive — she assisted me and my family so nicely. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Hotel. One thing I want to highlight during this stay is the impeccable service. The check-in process was incredibly fast; we were given our room key in less than 5 minutes. I don't know why, but this time we were upgraded to a more spacious room on the 21st floor. We also received excellent service for breakfast both times, especially from Anisa, who was always helpful and offered everything we needed. Besides the service, as usual, the hotel's strategic location for walking to Braga is a highlight. A leisurely jog around the hotel or even to Dago Atas is also convenient, as the path isn't too busy. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Thank you, Crowne Hotel, for a wonderful experience.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Bandung by IHG for a company event, and it was a great experience. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with excellent service from the staff. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food with great flavor. The swimming pool is impressive, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, the location is very strategic—close to many attractions and city spots. A perfect choice for both business and leisure stays in Bandung.

A very nice hotel in a perfect location. At the check in counter, you were offered a drink. The room was clean, bright, airy. We got complete amenities for a suite. With another hotel (in another town), you get minimum amenities even when you stay in suite. The hallway was ac’d, has no smell/offensive odor. This hotel has martabak, one of our favorites foods/snacks in Indonesia. Everyone was so friendly. Our host in dining room was Mawarani, she’s super friendly and attentive. We would definitely come back to stay here. As a side note, we were also offered “healthy drink” consisting of ginger, lemon, honey to keep us healthy during the stay, lol.

One of the best breakfast buffet served. Pleanty of stations with offering of traditional dishes to international ones.
Room is huge. Security is tip top as they have metal detector at entrance and every vehicle that comes in is checked with metal detector as well.
Location is great, very near to Jalan Braga so you can always walk to chill at cafes (plenty of them around). Grab is very easy to get as well.
There's laundry shop that charge by weight as well nearby so no worries for those on a long stay.
Shout out to Ananda for giving a good service during breakfast, checking on us if we need anything.
Highly recommend this hotel and would come back again.
