It feels like my own home, I've tried all the hotels in Tasikmalaya but the most comfortable is only this Hotel Horison. The beautiful and cool room design combined with the warm weather, the room and bed are very spacious, the service from the staff is super friendly and very welcoming, especially from beautiful Dilla, I feel special and that makes me want to keep coming back to stay here. Thank you Hotel Horison for the service and the most comfortable Hotel ever in Tasikmalaya, especially they gave me special price and front of Lobby Hotel there is Meatball Restaurant some of my fav food they called (Bakso) 🤪, I will come back and that's for sure. Love you guys, see u soon.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Horison Tasikmalaya! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were great, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming.
What made the stay extra special was the amazing service from Kak Sherly and Kak Meliani. They were both incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. They made me feel truly cared for and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay.

Breakfast at restaurant really good. For the food really tasty. Staff very helpfull and friendly. Mr Latief was excellent. Give a good service. Really love with the ambience. The air very fresh. Hotel area was clean.

A wonderful stay experience. Room are spacious, comfortable, no disturbance at all. Best location. And the staff very helpful, eezy breezy to request late check-out; Teh Fasya would love to help.

The room cleanliness is worth mentioning, service was excellent (any request we had was fulfilled promptly and with a smile). Strategic location and easy to find. An Unforgettable Stay in Horison!

This hotel have very filthy towels and not clean bed sheets.
The only good thing is the staff.

Thats all cool, like this place the room actually good like its so much, I will repeat to check in the room, so guys you have to try, I like tutug oncom so much, ACTUALLY ALL REALLY GOOD.
And the receptionist its a really kind caroline and ferry was really kind🤍

I stayed just 1 night. Check in around 11.30 pm. The receptionist is very nice, and polite. She offered us hot herbal tea. Check didn't took long. Breakfast was also nice, many choices. I think good recommendation for this hotel.
Location is at the center of city. The hotel location is a bit hidden but still okay.

The whole things is good enough, the room is spacious, the clean of the room is good, the variations of restaurants food is also good. The staff were good in service, except the egg corner of restaurant and housekeeping staff. The egg corner staffs, I had to reminded several times to get mine. Whenever I reminded her, they always asked me to be patien. Other guests that came after me got their eggs before mine. This made that staff not professional. Bad service, bad attitude. The housekeeping staff more or less the same. I asked for cleaning my room, but they didn't come.

Good hotel 👍👍 and good breakfast.

The place is comfortable, the service is friendly.

Cause are simply the best and beautifull place.
