Cordela Suites Tasikmalaya

Hotel is nice and good location close to indomart. But it's next to a restaurant that plays loud music till late at night. My room was on the 6th floor and could still hear the music.

My first stay in Tasikmalaya was made truly memorable by my experience at Hotel Cordela. This hotel offers an affordable stay without compromising on quality. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.
The front office staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Their warm hospitality set the tone for a pleasant stay.
Breakfast at the hotel was quite impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The flavors were delightful, and it was a great way to start the day. Special shoutout to Chef Riyanto, who was not only humble and approachable but also provided excellent recommendations and information about Tasikmalaya. His local insights added great value to my trip.
Overall, Hotel Cordela Tasikmalaya exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Tasikmalaya.

Try making a swimming pool on the top floor, it would definitely be better.

Its a suites hotel in the center of Tasikmalaya. Dindin Syarifudin the manager on duty is a helpful person. The front office staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth check-in process We enjoy our stay overall. We often stay here for the staycation. Although our house is just about 30 minutes away from the hotel. Hotel surprised me with a personalized welcoming message in my room.
And General Manager Pak Wayan R Astawa in the morning made us feel at home with his greetings.
I will definitelly comeback again for my next visit in Tasikmalaya.

Easy walk to some famous local food, new hotel, but need to improve the room cleanliness.

If you are looking for a good location, then this hotel will be the right choice. But if you are looking for a quiet stay, I am telling you that you will not have a good sleep. This hotel is so noisy.
We from the beginning requested a quiet room, but unfortunately the receptionists gave us a very noisy room. Even our 2 years old baby woke up many times crying because of the noise.
In the 8th level there were events of music and singing, the noise like they are singing exactly in our room.
I visit Tasikmalaya every year. And this is the first and the last time I take this hotel.
And to be honest, the rest of things are just like every hotel.

The room is relatively small, but very clean and look very nice. The bed is comfortable. It luxurious feels without being too much.
The breakfast buffet has so many choices. Extra points bc they serve Jamu! You can even mix the jamu yourself.
Very recommended.

Their service from security and reception are good. Room cleanliness can be a lot improved!

The best hotel in Tasikmalaya.

Exactly what i'm looking for a hotel to stay. Clean room, minimalist, and the location is very strategist. Their breakfast also have variety of food, and the taste is kinda okay for a hotel. The staff are very nice too.
The only downside would be the bathroom drainage, as the water takes too long to dry and create a small water pool after you take a shower. But its not a big deal for me.

I stayed at this hotel, and the room left a lasting impression. The modern and spacious design provided a comfortable atmosphere, and the cleanliness was commendable. However, our initial entry was tainted by the lingering scent of cigarette smoke, prompting us to request assistance from the receptionist for room treatment.
On the positive side, the hotel's central location is a major advantage. With the Grand Mosque within walking distance and an array of local hawkers surrounding the area, it's a convenient hub for exploring the city. Despite the initial setback, the overall experience was salvaged by the hotel's prime location and the responsive staff.

I was staying here for 2 nights and all staff were super helpfull. I made a wrong booking (2 rooms instead 1) and they help me refund within 21 days with 3% admin fee which acceptable for me. But what makes this review is 5 stars is because the team are super helpful, and trustworthy. I left my ipad accidentally in the room and realize 2 days after checked out. Text them immediately in the middle of the night and within less then half day, my ipad back! Super awesome! Really appreciate the service.

My first time staying at this property, at Cordella Hotel Tasikmalaya from today 15 Sep until 18 Sep 2023. I am bringing a kid, 5 year old) with me which unfortunately he got sick this morning, and he has fever. This afternoon, around 3-4 pm I heard a continue dragged sounds of tables and chair above my room. Then I learnt that above my room is a function hall.
Pretty sure the banquet staff dragged everything instead lifted those equipments. My son fell asleep since 7.00 pm because of his medicine, and awoken by a super loud friday night live music that started from 8pm and receptionist said that it will be until 11pm. And he also said that live music also happening in the street of Yudanegara beside in the rooftop.
So if you are expecting a sound proof room for a solitude, don’t choose this hotel. If you’d like to join the night crowd and party all night long, this hotel is suitable for you.
Actually I’m a kind of like this hotel because it’s quite new, great service from FO and HSKP, (have’t try the FB service and product yet) and everything works in order. TV can do the netflix and youtube (smart tv). I would give 5 stars for those things…but 1 star for soundproof room.

Family friendly hotel! The staffs showed their excellent hospitality. I would like to mentioned Mr. Iqbal & Ms. Fina?, also the room attendant who helped me to deliver the extra blanket when I freezing at my own room.
The AC works so well, Daikin never disappoints me.
The room cleanliness was so good. So comfy!
Breakfast section is so tempting especially for soto tasik and pasta bolognese.
Definitely will going back to this hotel, soon.
