One of the nights my daughter and myself were unable to sleep due to the neighbour room making too much noise around 2:30am. I called the reception up straightaway to inform them to which was dealt but unfortunately I was unable to sleep again until in the morning around 5:00am.
When I went down to ask the receptionist was unable to compensate the night. I also found a dead lizard in the room and the safety was breached as they gave my room card to someone who asked for my room without my permission but luckily the other person was my other daughter who was staying at a relatives home nearby.
I did speak to the manager and he could only offer to give special price which I am not accepting.

Nice hotel, friendly service, room cleanliness needs some corrections, be more thorough and vacuum. Food is good, staff is polite and helpful. Suggestion: Continue to improve room cleanliness. Good job to Mr. Syahdan at the front desk, Mr. Shandi, and the lady at the restaurant who told me about the Tasik specialty souvenir shop (sorry, I forgot the name). Recommended for places to stay in Tasik.

A pleasant one!
+ Happy with the room. It is clean.
+ Happy with the room rates.
+ Happy with breakfast meal. It is delicious.
+ Happy with the service, all staffs are well prepared with smiles and well trained.
+ Location is on point!
— Wi-Fi was not really stabile. Pretty hard to do zoom meeting in the room.
Other than that I am happy guy. Will definitely come again.
