Arion Suites Hotel Bandung

Staff gave great service and it has lots of amenities provided. Will come back again in the future for another stay. The room is spacious but cleanliness can be improved. The breakfast spread is huge. We were served by Winda during the breakfast and had a good chat with her.

The room is comfortable. The linens are good. We stayed for 4D3N. Location is close to Bandung train station. Breakfast spreads are great too.
For improvement, the air conditioning is a bit slow. At night it feels a bit warm in the room. Would be nice if I can be a bit more colder.
Overall it’s a nice hotel.

Great tasty food for a good price. We arrived late at the hotel and wanted a quick meal before going to our room. The seats in the lounge were not the best for eating, but that could have been because we were late for dinner and the restaurant was already prepared for breakfast.

The service here is absolutely amazing! The check-in process was smooth, and they even made sure to fulfill my special request from the booking. The food spread was extensive, and there's no language barrier to worry about since most of the staff speak English well. So, for non-Indonesian speakers, you're completely covered here! Location wise: Its walkable to braga streets, 15 mins walk.

It's average hotel but on a great location as its so close to bandung station also. Walkimg distance from braga city walk. Hotel is some what old, but maintaining well, buffet breakfast is very nice, above average than any 3 star hotels. So much varieties n the staff at restaurant so nice n well behaved.

The rooms are very spacious, with very large and comfortable bed, rooms and bathroom was clean. Rooms are quite dated, but not yet shabby. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of different things. In a good location to explore the main sights of Bandung on foot.

Are facilities old feels, my refrigerator in the room not have power button, thats gone from there 😅
But staff done turn on by their equipment.
All staff so friendly, their keep the facilities still cleanliness so have vintage nuances, food variety and staff Mr. Naufal so helpful when a breakfast, the bandrek drink too sweet and less ginger taste.

I was given excellent information regarding Bandung and the staff 'Pak Wildan', the concierge is awesome and he is very informative and friendly! Overall room is nice and the vibe is absolutely great. Recommended for guest that ever visit Bandung. Definitely will be a return guest.

This hotel is very close from the train station yet the rooms are definitely terrible. Sheets were dirty (cigarettes marks, dirt and hair). The shower was in terrible shape and we could smell cigarettes all over the room. The staff is reactive but definitely not polite and not surprised when I explained to them the situation. Definitely the worst hotel I’ve been to in Indonesia.

Pro: Location is great, close to alot of eating place especially foods that people buys for gift such as Kartika Sari, Prima Rasa, Mayasari, Bakso PasKal, etc. Rooms wise it is as expected, 2 stories with 2 single beds upstairs. Wifi is great.
Cons: Swimming pool looks better in picture, our rooms air conditioning especially the one upstairs is not cold and at times smell like someone is smoking somewhere close by, water pressure sometimes is very small on some occasions. The hotel has to main lift but they are quite small, only can accommodate max 4 people with small luggage.

First time staying in this hotel booked by my brother. We booked two deluxe room at first, then the staff recommended us to take the family room without any additional charges. The family room is on the 4th floor with a good view. The room consists one queen sized bed and two single beds on the second floor. It has separate aircon (the classic older gen daikin ones) for first and second floor. The bathroom was clean with tolerable size and didn't produce bad odour because the circulation was excellent. I didn't had my breakfast in the hotel because I had to get back to Jakarta for work, but the room service was just okay. I ordered mushroom soup with watermelon juice for 85k rupiah, the taste was quiet hearthy, but it would be better if the bread was not soaked in the soup, was put more mushroom topping and it was steaming hot. The menu in the web needed to be completed with additional info of foods and the phone number for room service. I hadn't gone to either gym, spa or the pools and resto. It was really close to the Bandung Train Station too. It took less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, this hotel offer the old classical kind of style, with quiet comfy rooms and good hospitality.

Nice and friendly hotel people, and the rooms are nice and clean. Toilet is a bit small but other than that the rooms are fine.
About 6 min walk from Bandung station and about 4 min walk to the nearest Kartika Sari. Great location.

A hotel with a strategic location right at the centre of Bandung. Close proximities to shops and restaurants. We stayed at their family suites which was massive and comfortable. The room is old but have all the basic necessities you need (shampoo and shower gel was kinda watery tho). The pool also need some cleaning.
Our highlight was the breakfast. A great variety of local and international breakfast and the staff was very helpful. We were impressed by Nando's hospitality and his readiness to help. 5 stars to Nando!

Family rooms have mezanine inside. Two single beds is there.
Swimming pool is on the rooftop.
If you come to Bandung from Jakarta with highspeed train, you can stop at Bandung Station and take a wlk to the hotel.

Nice place to take a rest time.

The family suite is so cozy, clean and convenient. We love it!
