TBH, I had such a pleasant stay here 🤩. Arrived in BDG earlier than expected and they kindly gave me a FREE early check-in 🥳.
So happy. It really helped a lot bisa awal for check-in cuz jd punya waktu buat istirahat dlu b4 explore bandung. FREE jugakkk!
The admin, receptionist, and all staff were super friendly, helpful, and also very fast response. Feels nice to be treated warmly from the moment I arrived.
The room is great, clean, and comfy totally recommended to stay at Vue Palace, ARTOTEL Curated ✨plus, the location is so strategic! really close to BDG station, which made everythinn so easy for me.
Definitely would love to stay here again next time, thankk uuuuuu ❤️❤️

We spent 2 nights at Vue Palace Bandung. We booked the room through an agent, but during check-in, the receptionist informed us that the voucher was only valid for 1 night due to a mistake made by the agent.
Additionally, there was a staff member—who I believe is a supervisor—whose attitude was quite disappointing. Instead of assisting us professionally, she said with a rather unpleasant tone and expression, "You booked through an agent, didn’t you? " Honestly, it shouldn't matter where we booked as long as we paid for our stay.
Fortunately, the issue was resolved after the agent confirmed with the hotel, and we were able to check in successfully.
We truly appreciate the other staff who served us warmly and attentively. I requested a change of the TV remote and bed sheet due to technical issues and cleanliness, and the team responded quickly and politely.
Regarding breakfast, we noticed that some food items were not refilled once they ran out, so it’s better to come early.
The swimming pool also appeared murky, and there didn’t seem to be any visible cleaning activity. Similarly, the bathtub area in our bathroom was quite dirty, especially under the tile mat—it wasn't just stubborn stains, but actual dirt.
We sincerely hope that the service and facilities can be improved, as this hotel has great potential to attract many families due to its strategic location near the city center.

The staff Cahya purnama really helpful and we love the food in this cafe. The food was absolutely delicious — every bite was a treat! I especially loved the vegetables; the sayur selada was a delightful surprise and something totally new for me. The rice was bursting with flavor and complemented the rest of the dish perfectly — such a wonderful combination overall. Big thumbs up to the waiter too! He served everything with a warm smile and made sure the presentation was spot on. Great food, great service — what more could you ask for?

The hotel was ok. It was functional and had all the expected amenities and there was an outdoor pool. The room was comfortable too. I didn't have dinner at the hotel, but there was plenty of choice at breakfast. It was easy to walk to some of the interesting places to see and also easy to get a Grab taxi to see some of the more distant places of interest.

For the Agoda promo price at IDR 400rb ish nett/night, I would say that this place is just right for the price.
We stayed in Studio 25 and the room is "not yet" renovated, has aged condition & old furnishings but for that price, you get decent facilities:
— Location is perfect, near to most Bandung favorite restaurants.
— Room is spacious, clean & bright.
— AC is cool.
— Towels and Bedsheets are clean.
— Fridge works well.
— 2 mineral water bottle per room.
— Clean bathroom with shower & bathtub.
— NO bad odor in the room.
They will provide hair-dryer on request. Gym is under renovation.
It is enough for us to have a good night sleep.

I stayed one night in a Studio 50 room and found the room and bathroom spacious. The bedroom and bathroom are brightly lit, clean, and fragrant, making it comfortable to open a laptop in the room and not spooky. Both hot and cold shower water flowed freely. Likewise, the air conditioner runs well and is cold. There is a 32-inch smart TV with various entertainment channels such as Netflix, YouTube, etc.
The check-in process was very smooth, and I got help from the receptionist, Kak Amel, so I could enter the room almost 2 hours earlier to rest. Thank you so much, Amel.
The hotel's location is very strategic and close to Bandung train station. Around the hotel, there are several snack and souvenir centers within walking distance. The hotel staff service was very helpful and friendly, from security, the receptionist, and even the technician who helped me with the TV remote problem.
However, some things need attention, such as the walls and doors that are not soundproof, so you can still hear the sound from the next room or from the hallway. Likewise, the TV remote and hot water kettle are worn out and must be replaced.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Vue Palace Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience. Here’s my detailed review:
Location and Accessibility.
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Bandung Station, making it very convenient for accessing public transportation like trains and the Whoosh high-speed rail.
Wi-Fi.
The Wi-Fi was impressive throughout my stay. The speed was very good, and I had no connectivity issues, which is a big plus for any traveler.
Dining Options.
The hotel has a restaurant in the lobby, and there’s also a café just outside, giving guests multiple options for meals and snacks.
Nearby Attractions.
One of the highlights is Kartika Sari, which is within walking distance of the hotel. It’s a perfect spot to buy souvenirs or gifts during your trip.
Room Experience.
I stayed in a room with a pool view and a stunning cityscape in the background, which I absolutely loved. The bed and room are comfortable and suitable for couples, making it a cozy space to relax.
Areas for Improvement.
However, there were some issues with my stay. The bathroom in room 404 had an unpleasant smell that needs urgent attention for a more enjoyable experience. Additionally, the bathtub looked old and not well-maintained, so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Improving these aspects would significantly enhance the overall stay.
Value for Money.
The hotel offers good value for money, especially considering its location and amenities.

The location is great and the lobby is well decorated and has a classy vibe. Unfortunately the rooms are just outdated with cheap decor, moldy shower and worn furniture. The breakfast is good with a selection of Indonesian and western food, and they even have people cooking eggs on request which is great. The taste of the food is also good and the dining area has a nice ambience.

Very good welcoming from this hotel. I got this cute mirroring art from Amel & team. The breakfast was goooooood. They have valet service at lobby area free of charge. The roommmm is very comfortable & clean also. It’s very very touchy. Thanks from the bottom of my heart🖤🖤🖤🖤

Spending time at Vue Palace on the weekend feels like home with a warm welcome from Amel and several very helpful security guards. Unfortunately the swimming pool is currently under repair and cannot be used temporarily. Close to the station and there is a bathtub, the price is worth it for the strategic location. Additional breakfast is one hundred thousand and in my opinion with a lot of variety it is very cheap. My input is to ask for additional facilities such as a shaver, I need them but there aren't any.

I reached this hotel 1hour earlier from the check in time, receptionist told me I can check in early but I have to do a good review. Hotel is outdated, all the furniture looks like needs refurbished. Bedsheets have stain on it. Bathtub look very yellowish and all the wood is rotted. Few hours after I check in, my room was blackout, desk phone not working, I have to go downstairs and inform themselves, waiting for an hour to get them fixed the electricity. Swimming pool water is dirty. Breakfast had not much choices, is only Indonesian food. While eating they keep asking to write a review. When I choose this hotel I deceived by the reviews. It not what the hotel looks like in the people reviews. Hopefully this hotel can done a better renovation as the location is very good.

Come to this hotel for my bussiness trip at 7th sept. Booking for twin bed room, but I need double bed. After negotiate with Amel to move to double bed, my request is finally granted. Its very helpful. She gave me a room upgrade with no charge. But, your swimming pool maintenance needs to be improved I think. But overall I felt comfortable staying at this hotel.

Always happy for comeback here! they maintain relation with guest are very well. Please maintain also to your gym equipment vue! because a lot of the gym equipment is broken. So sad but, rooms are clean and affordable prices.

Quite good experience staying in this hotel.
Great breakfast with friendly and helpful staffs, at all level from receptionists at counter to housekeeping service.
Room is large and modern-looking. Generally clean. Floor is tiled, with slippers provided. Wi-Fi is fast.
Bathroom has bathtub. Good water pressure and temperature selection is working. Water stain at corner and edges.
Value for price.

The strategic hotel that have very good facilities and also very good staff! First impression when checking in met Amel as Front desk agent, which really helped the check in process without waiting long, she was very friendly and warm, big appreciation for her. Beside that, the other staff I met were also friendly, giving greetings. And for the room is very clean, fragant and comfortable. Breakfast was quite varied and tastes quite good. If there any chance we will come back again. Great job Vue Palace!

Recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a convenient choice, particularly due to its great location near the train station. This made getting around the city incredibly easy. The breakfast provided was good, offering a decent variety to start the day.
The hotel itself is on the older side, which is evident in some of the facilities. However, it is well-maintained, and everything was clean and functional. The receptionist was very good, efficient, and helpful, although a touch more warmth and friendliness would enhance the experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Excellent service from hotel staff from reception, restaurant to housekeeping. Staff are pleasant and polite. The hotel lobby looked great but the rooms were old and not upgraded. Paint was peeling off in certain parts of the room and the toilet seat was discoloured and in patches. Overall, the room was clean and spacious. The hotel rate is reasonable and good value for money. The breakfast buffet in the hotel has a wide selection of food, western section, local section n etc. Enjoy the local section that changes every day. Was not satisfied with the bread section as most of the buns in the bread section are hard especially the soft butter rolls.
